Verw worst and pathatic service centre . all employees, Service manager and Owner all are mindless, illetrate and unskilled people. There were no service centre only timepass or your time would be killed in Honda purnea. If you want to save yr time, money and fuel then plz don't go Honda car showroom/service centre in Purnea. I have never seen this type of Showroom . I will also file a complain to Higher authority of Honda Car India about how the people have lack of work knowledge, skill and decepline .

I have never seen such a horrible service center in my life. Insurance claim was not paid properly. They did not do what they was supposed to do. The work that was supposed to take three or four days could not be done in twenty-eight days. As a result of leaving the car for so long, the music system of the car has damaged and the gear has become jammed. Besides, both the arms are damaged, the one side light is damaged,the horn is not working. In this condition the car has handedover. Employees and service managers lie a lots.

I never experienced this kind of frustrated service from any Honda service provider. All service executive give respect and work hard to maintain customer value, but at this service centre "Pratima Motors Private Limited (Supreme Honda), Purnia, Bihar", has no respect or no one cares for customer value. Service executive do not understand things clearly, assume things more and do not give value or importance to discuss. Way of dealing wth customers is worst, it look like customer is needy and without them customer is nothing. I can not or will never expect any such kind of frustrated service from Honda. I never complaint for Honda service, I have multiple Honda cars in my family but this time experience was really very bad. I will never recommend anyone to visit this service centre.

It's, really a nice showroom, the overall experience was great, the dealership is really nice, the staff and the people were Nice and Polite..But there's a bit problem in Time Management, like if you go for service at 10:00 am, they will return your car at 3:00 pm, I mean Boss what is this, the service is really Slow , you need to improve it in that case..

The worst service center of Honda here in purnia. They don't have knowledgeable service staff, worst of the worst car service . They just speak sweet words and do nothing. The loot as much as possible. Honda company should close the service center in purnia. It's just ruin the faith , goodwill of Honda. It's the last time , I had given my car there. Now enough . Most of the system not works properly there, but charge for that also . It's my personal experience saying never trust them . Ever.
