I given 5star for this place neet/clean and calm. This place more expensive compared with local icecream parlour. But quality is ultra. We can able to choose the small cutting of chocolate and takes what ever we want. This place available birthday cakes and chocolates and more ice cream items. Middle-class and low class place people such a expensive place. But having good service here. We can eat cakes and chocolates inside.

Quality was awesome with good environment, but based on the quality, cost was huge for middle and lower class peoples......

The service person was friendly and charming, but the system's online payment mode was disabled. So I couldn't pay via gpay which is very inconvenient as I'm total cash free guy. But the cashier guy offered me some ways to transact.

The person who scooped our ice cream was very rude. He threw his scooped several times making an unpleasant sound. He hesitated to give us what we wanted. I feel very pity for ibaco to have this kind of employee.

Very good variety of icecreams, they were very tasty. I thought they will not have many toppings but to my surprise they had good stock of all important and tasty topping. The guy at counter gave samples for all the different flavours and helped to choose the right one. The flavoured cone was a highlight and we all liked it very much.

Not like before we order a bday cake for 990 which is not worth and no flavour and taste like ice. 19 Feb 23

Poor customer service, bad experience with staff, they simply denied my order telling there are chances to for insects to be fall on ice cream while eating, he try to avoid the business, irresponsible person...

Decent ice cream parlour in the town. Ckean and neat place. Only the issue is the price.

Ordered ice cream cake yesterday.They forget to put ice pack in the ice cream’s cake.it’s all melted.waste of money.really disappointed with the service. Kindly check before dispatch.

Worst service.we went Saturday but ac is not working and ice cream fully melted due to hot..and they not accept the return also.waste of money and we enquired about the expired ice cream which means fully melted icecream to service women and she didn't response properly. We raised complaint against the service to corporate and one man from corporate team replied that now ac is working.but there is no compliment for loss.we pain around 750.very very worst people and service. even ice cream also not good compare to other branch

In the parlour my fav. Fig and honey and orange.all artificial not original one.rate is nowadays very heavy.
