I won't recommend this hotel to my acquaintances. This hotel charges the most common customer services to guests such as the extention of stay (100 Baht), extra towel, losing/damaging the room key, etc. It seems to me that they are seeking for the reasonable issues to charge the guests. The hotel staff are probably needed to be re-trained for the better management towards their guests.

Just arrived home from an amazing 17 night stay at The classroom. I have been to many hotels in Pattaya over the past 16 years, this was my 3rd stay at the classroom and I don't think I will stay at any other hotel in Pattaya again from now on It's only The classroom for me. Excellent management great room cleaners and fun friendly girls in the bar also the food is very good with great prices. I will be booking again very soon Thank you all.

Location of this hotel can't be beat. Steps from world famous Walking Street yet not ON Walking Street. A short walk out the door will get you to Beach Road, Walking Street, food options, malls, and all modes of transportation. Hotel itself is a bit old but very clean. Service is top notch. Yes there's occasional noise coming up from the street up to the higher floors but this is Pattaya. The city that literally never sleeps.

Great Sports bar, serving delicious cold beverages and food. One can sit inside or out, lovely staff and atmosphere. Also modern accommodation above at reasonable rates.

Good friendly staff, great girls ,a good range of beer and food. Nice rooms to rent at reasonable prices. Have great music on Friday night and can get busy in there

It exceeded my expectations greatly. Having stayed at other bar/hotels in pattaya my expectations were kind of low. generally speaking you get what you pay for so while the price is cheap the rooms usually have that over used/ rundown look. I am very happy to say that the room was clean, well cared for and had amenities greater than expected. the bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water. towels and linens were in good shape without looking like they had been washed 4000 times. the balcony was a nice touch. also, even though it was right in the nightlife area the room was quiet with no noticeable noise from the street. furthermore, i arrived early to thailand so was at the hotel about 1pm. checkin is normally at 3pm however, they got the room cleaned and ready and let me in about 2 pm. in general i feel that in a city like pattaya a 3 pm checkin is ridiculous since many people are arriving from long international flights. really who wants to sit in a lobby or bar for 2 or 3 hours after flying 15-30 hours and then a 1:30 taxi ride. however, that issue (which is personal and not intended as a negative on the hotel) aside. I absolutely reccomend this hotel and will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Wish I'd found this bar earlier in the week. Great food, cold beer, good company. Watched AFL then Cricket. Choices everywhere

One of the best places to stay in Pattaya. Close to walking street and easy access to places like treetown Staff are always friendly and the food is spot on

Fantastic hotel that ticks all the boxes such as cleanliness, location, substantial sports bar with daily happy hours and many drinks on tap etc. lift to all levels and private hotel entrance... but if you are looking for value definitely book direct because the owner provides a 100 baht daily credit to use in the bar/restaurant plus generous long stay discounts. Wide range of rooms to choose from for all budgets - the penthouse room is incredibly good value for it's size. Easy 5 min walk to walking street and 300m from Royal Garden Plaza (on the baht bus route). Easy to get down to Soi Diana and onto Soi LK Metro / Soi Soi Buakhao just by jumping on a 10 baht bus, there in 2 mins.

Close to the beach and walking street, Employees are really friendly, stayed here for 4 nights, had a perfect stay, guest friendly as well. Really a class hotel as the name suggests

Lovely people. I ordered a lot of parcels from Lazada to the hotel but unfortunately they got delivered before i checked in. They collected it and kept it safe for me. The rooms are big and super comfy. Extremely well located as well. Everything is on the website and printed out for reference. Can't recommend them enough.

Regular Bar/Sports Bar now. no more Go Go. Good Thai and Farang menu.

Absolutely brilliant 🙂 had a 1 month stay and already booked up again...that sums it up..great clean room and great amenities. Great staff which is the key to the whole place. Without happy staff a place is doomed. Food superb also and location perfect for all you want

The reviews speak for themselves. This a fantastic hotel. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities you may need. A convenient side entrance accessible by key card is located at the side of the bar as well. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Any issues one may have can be quickly and easily resolved. The bar/restaurant has amazing food.

Great bar and chill spot

One of the best watering holes in Pattaya with a rich history (formerly classroom agogo). Now a fantastic venue to watch all sporting events, loads of TV screens showing all different sports plus hotel rooms. Super friendly English managers are always on hand to chat with about anything and everything. The Kitchen serves classic snacks and pub favourites. I always find the staff to be attentive and lovely. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.

Dropped in for dinner on Saturday night food was good had the saty chicken and Thai fried rice with shrimp prawns all good nice staff sports bar worth a look

I just came to the unfortunate conclusion of a 3-week stay at the classroom hotel in Pattaya Thailand. This hotel far and away exceeded my expectations. Very clean very professionally run establishment. I had a fourth floor room with a partial Sea view nice balcony with table and chairs. Room was very quiet in spite of ongoing road construction nearby AC was strong and noise free well stocked mini fridge enough English channels on the satellite TV strong and hot water pressure and a great cleaning everyday done promptly when I would leave the room. But best of all was the staff, very friendly and personable and a joy to be around on a daily basis. They are what make the hotel stand out above the rest. Also the full menu was quite good as well especially the breakfast, the pizza and the Thai food. If I was you I wouldn't look anywhere else the classroom will make your vacation one to remember, it sure did for me and I can't wait to get back.

The old glory not to fall for. It's history is interesting, so is location for single tourists in Pattaya. I stopped over for a couple of nights before joining my diving school. They charge for everything other than the shampoo and the soap. Rooms are good. Big, equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, cutlery etc. Most probably I was the misfit. People who would like to stay in Pattaya and enjoy the nights that it's famous for, an excellent choice for them. The beach front is just a couple of minutes walk so that's like a super advantage. Due to low in tourist tide, I guess the alley has become quiet- so it's good.

Very clean and spacious room. Friendly and responsive staff are very helpful with anything you may need. Private keyed entry is also very nice. Will definitely be staying here again.

This place was on my "to visit place" Nice and big area inside. TV screens if you like your sports. Friendly staff. Decent prices for beers. Didn't try the food.
