Forced 2-for-1 drinks (At double the price. You don't get one free). Avoid. Go somewhere that doesn't force you to buy 2 at a time. What if I want 3 or 5 beers? Too bad. I must buy 4 or 6. And you can't share your drinks either. I didn't see a sign. If there was one, it wasn't well placed. You sit down, order a beer, and they bring you a bill for 2. Don't support places that engage in this type of business activity. There are plenty of other places around Soi LK that don't do this.

I was only in the bar and not the hotel. Bar is great, very relaxed place and nightly live music and the band is arguably the best in Pattaya (exception may be the Hot Tuna on Walking Street). Some beautiful ladies around but not pushy... and the pool table is always well organized by lady named Moon.

Used bar only. Live music every night is ok. Free pool but very popular so you have to wait on a list and winner stays on. Only 2 stars because they have a policy of buy 1 drink at double price, get 1 same free. So forced to spend on drinks you may not want and not allowed to share...they only bring free one after you finish first one! And service not that good because girls are freelance so only interested in hooking up with single men...so if you are already a couple no one is really interested in you as a drinking only customer. I don't go there now. Many bars have music and pool... no need to suffer from their bad policies.

Great location in the heart of LK Metro, every night the bar was busy with customers and ladies. The rooms were clean and a good size, but unfortunately the bed was hard which gave little sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend a stay here for the experience.

I have just returned after 2 weeks @ Billabong. Its a great place to stay. The room upon presentation was very clean. Housekeeping and replenishment of the mini bar fridge was done daily. Huge room with good sized ensuite. The main bar has 2 for 1 deals 2pm to 2am daily. The owner Greg possesses a wealth of local knowledge and is very informative and helpful. The place is situated right in the middle of action town. Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended . Budget price. I would return.

On Saturday 8thOct2022 , Billabong bar in Soi LK Metro has a scam practice in place , when ordering drinks thru barmaids. It's called a 2 for 1. You pay for 2 drinks and only receive 1.Ordered 1st round. Bill 130baht. Upon ordering 2nd drink ,still being charged another 130 baht. Ordered 3rd drink ,bill was 390 baht.Bit expensive. Enquired about bar tab.We have special,where you order 2 drinks for 130 baht. So where is my second drink of the 1st purchase. Her response was that I already had 4 drinks, meaning they deliberately overcharged me 130 baht overall and tried to stiff me on another drink (San Miguel light). You have been warned ,to keep an eye on your beer tab . In house band , playing music sounded like screeching 🐱🐈 ! Post menopausal freelancers to avoid as well !
