We had a good meal and service. Reasonable priced. Good tasting food and selection at the buffet. Sat outside and had a beautiful view.

The place is beautiful, the menus options are an excellent value, delicious taste and service staff & chefs are super friendly. I am definitely going back and highly recommend this restaurant.

A restaurant offering international buffet. The restaurant is part of Hotel Hilton and it has a fabulous beach view. Staff are mostly friendly. Fruits and dessert and Seafood-oyster section were good but not the whelk, steak and pork or meat section-meat was not cooked at the right texture. Pork or beef steak was tough and the whelk and jellyfish was tasteless. Overall it was a pleasant experience but the price was a little bit expensive for the inconsistent food quality.

Went for Friday evening buffet. Food was pretty good, with solid selection of sushi, BBQ, cold cuts, Asian cosine and desserts. However drinks are not included in price and overpriced in my opinion. Another serious problem was the restaurant was seriously under staffed. With not enough staff, tables were not cleaned and ordering drinks took ages.

I was there last 3 years 10 times and buffet was excelent but today it disappointed us with quality and service . Very poor buffet. Small oyaster ,No cheese selection, low class apetizer , bad sushi, ham was low quality , a fee dishes for 1099 baht buffet. We got 2 bottles of Cile red wine at high price ...low class , service very bad , use to be shift our own plates by ourself ,Waiter are not carefull. Not recommended any more

The food at Edge is above average quality. I’d recommend going there despite how pricey it might be. A negative would be that they need to add more options. But regardless, I still really enjoy this place. The views are lovely from the terrace, and can even be appreciated from the indoors. Staff is lovely, thank you!

First The Horizon, happy hour, 2 great alcohol free Pina Colada's, Nui was again an immaculate host, super friendly and professional. Then booked the Edge International Buffet, not cheap at nearly 1400 baht, but what a varied choice, friendly chefs cooking and slicing to order, and overall a good quality. The Tuna Sashimi was delicious, and the oysters small but tasty. Freshly grilled octopus with a garlic butter was yummy and had crispy tentacles. The steak was precisely cooked, and the potatoes alongside were a treat. Had a really good meaty pork rib alongside. Had 2 plates of mixed desserts, all tasty, the coffee choc chip ice-cream was tasty. Friendly staff, very courteous, they just need to communicate as I was asked 5 times if I wanted a drink after arrival. After the cocktails in Horizon I needed a break, which I mentioned 3 times and then got numb. Eventually i ordered a sprite. Overall, classy evening, nice treat for my last ni6in Pattaya. On this price level there is more competition and they are have their own USP's . Stay sharp Edge, you have such a friendly crew, service and chef wise!

I cannot comprehend how this place is >4*. The buffet on a Saturday night is nothing more than a run of the mill rip off. At close to 1500thb per pax in Pattaya, you'd expect free flow lobsters etc. I piti the wait staff, who are excellent but otherwise let down by poor food quality and choice. 14 floor views are a let down too.

Had breakfast here, part of Hilton hotel resto. Food is above average quality but the variety is still limited, more of carbs then protein or main courses. Service is a little chaos and could be improved, we asked for outside seating but the staff insisted in indoor seating until we expressed our need. The hotel asked us to reserve the time for breakfast, but said all morning slot were quite full so we chose 10am (resto close at 11am) once we arrive, there were no seat anyway. At 11am sharp, all staffs were busy removing all foods. So you’d better be hurry here. One thing to really improve, the soft boiled egg were not really soft boiled. I picked up 2, my husband picked up 2, and out of 4, only 1 was soft boiled.

The Hilton hotels restraunts are just overwhelmingly beautiful. The service is impeccable. The food, while expensive is top tier. If you get a chance and aren't skint then you owe yourself a favor to go and enjoy this spectacular restraunt! There breakfast buffet at 700 baht offeres more food than dinner Buffet's around Pattaya. They have daily lunch themed lunch Buffet's at a very reasonable price of around 500-600 baht. Dinner Buffet's are around 1,100 baht and have unlimited sushi, lamb, stir fried food, .....So much food it's mind boggling. *Drinks are extra during lunch and dinner.

One of the best food places in the city. While the buffet is expensive, it's well stocked with delicious food and a wide variety. Crabs, prawns, sea food, steaks, and lots more. However, the best part is the view of the city while you're dining outside while the cool breeze comes in from the beach. Make reservations as good seats are hard to get on weekends. Note: they accept Amex. Use platinum as it is charged as a hotel, not restaurant, if you want max points.

Great location amazing views service was really good. Food was ok you'll try once and that will be it, let's be honest when is buffet food any good.

Great steak cuts and cooking. They have to be consistent if wearing smart casual clothes are required or not.

The friday seafood lunch buffet here is by far the best buffet you will find in the city. At only 650b its also the best value you can find. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is excellent.

It is a good service here and a great location with a fantastic view . It is a good atmosphere and an incredible presentation, but the food was low quality. Oysters are very small. Fresh prawns are big but no crayfish. There are not many varieties of seafood. I have been here many times and sometimes was good and sometimes was not good enough. This time, I was quite disappointed. The desserts are nice and many varieties but too sweet for me. Ice cream was melted within a minute before we had it. Overall, it is not worth the price we paid.

Excellent Edge Hotel and highly recommended for birthday or anniversary, not pricey worthy every single penny.

Fantastic views. Attentive and friendly staff. However the meat selection was not great... the fish selection was better... But I'm not a big fan... I didn't see any soups....if your going to charge Western prices then Western options should be there.. Sizzler has better 555..chowder, veggie soup.. But not at this buffet. I think a much lower price.. 800฿ would be more appropriate.. Especially since zero drinks were included. A nice experience but I felt a little cheated :)

The price of food is more expensive than the price of food in Thailand, but it is a restaurant worth eating at least once. The atmosphere is so good.

Great buffet with lots of variety. If you are tired of Thai food, this is the place to go. No one will complain about this place.

I've been a few times to the edge buffet and the food is always excellent and a great choice of different food, the staff are always very friendly but a member of staff Beam always smile's and always very polite and very helpful and makes you feel very welcome.

In the Buffet service they have a menu inspired to different cuisine that change every day, 7 days, 7 different menu . The Lunch buffet menu is very convenient and the view from the big terrace is very beautiful . Of course evening time should be more romantic and my friend who went there for dinner told me that the buffet menu is very nice even better that for lunch but of course more expensive . The restaurant is in the Hilton hotel in a high floor so very bright and with a big terrace from where you can see all the Pattaya gulf .

Staying at the Hilton and had breakfast each morning. Food was first rate, though all buffet style, good range of food to meet all tastes. What raises it above the norm is the staff who are super friendly and attentive and the views over Pattaya.

Fantastic buffet restaurant on Hilton Hotel at Pattaya with great view and atmosphere as well as good foods. I could have enjoyed great last dinner time with my daughter when my travel to Pattaya.

We had the Sunday brunch a few times and the food is excellent 😋 But the service is really poor, they don’t have enough people to do a good service. We had 3 hours to eat and drink, but when we arrived we ordered our drinks and it took 40 minutes before we got something to drink, that is not good enough.. This has been the same every time we been there. So sad, because we love the place and the Cosy atmosphere. A lot of our friends had the same experience there!

It seems there is a good management. The Edge restaurant belongs to Hilton Hotel. The staff is friendly. Reservations are recommended. Friday and Saturday night very busy. The atmosphere inside and outside is fantastic. Outside a great view over pattaya and the sea. The choice and the quality of the food is perfect. During corvid pandemic alcohol is not served. Coming here for ages and my stay was always brilliant. Never disappointed. With regards to the F&B Director. If my review was helpful please like it 🙂 Thank you.
