The food is OK, but not more than that. I was invited by a friend to eat here and we had mixed starters and some Curries. The starters were great but the Curries were of medium quality. Also we ordered them very spicy and just got them medium spicy. Even after they wanted to correct the spiciness it was still just medium with a little more power. When I go to an Indian restaurant and say let it burn, give me all you have in spiciness then my expectation. Is to have it really spicy. This actually happens at every Indianrestaurant I have been to. All in all, not bad but would I go here again, maybe. But there sure must be better in Pattaya.

Tarka house has 7 tables with 1 table with seating for a group of 8. It is easy to find just between 2nd road and beach road. The owner is a very nice man with a jovial demeanor. I had the veg soup, salad, chicken curry, peas and rice with garlic naan.. delicious. I will be back. Sadly I somehow deleted all the photos of the food but the veg soup

Finally an Indian restaurant in Pattaya pricing sensibly, I'm very happy with the 200 baht I paid for my very good chicken jalfrazi. I did ask for it extra, extra spicy. Normally in Thailand it still comes and you can't feel any heat. Not this one. It's the first time I've ever had to ask for Yogurt, and I eat a lot of spicy Indian food. Such good Indian food! Prices are really affordable, big portions, the owner is super nice and smiling, and of course food tasted delicious. They even let us get beers from the bar next door even though they sell some themselves because they didn’t have the ones we wanted. Definitely recommend!
