Sumithra, ensured she provided the best customer service. Ended the dinner with ginger jeera water and that aids in digestion!! A must visit place! You get a variety of options , the staff is friendly and helpful in curating your food order!

Went there on a quiet Sunday afternoon with friends. We were a table of 5 adults and a baby. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We were served by the manager who was very polite and helpful.

We visit KERALA HOUSE aka INDIGO Restaurant about once every 3 months. We do so for a change of cuisine - something different to regular North Indian kadai and paneer foods one finds in every nook and corner of Pattaya ! We enjoy the coconut juice and tamarind flavours of South India. The food is really tasty, the place is clean. But sadly thats where the positives end. The serves are small and the chicken and mutton full of bones. It remains a mystery at Kerala House and Indigo Restaurant where exactly the meat goes to - if one is served up so much bone !! After chewing mouthful after mouthful of chicken bone or mutton pieces packed with bones one is left aghast & disappointed at the horrible dining experience. On this stretch of Pattaya - from Pattaya Tai upto Terminal21 - its not uncommon for a lot of Indian tourist traps to get away with food quality they would not dare serve in India. These tourist traps are looking for short term holiday makers, short term tourists who do not complain because they are on holiday - and accept the sub standard 'all bone' dishes in 'holiday spirit' - something Indians would not tolerate if these 'all bones' were served up in say Mumbai or Delhi or dare I say Kerala. The mutton biryani will get you 5 tiny pieces of mutton. A proper rip off at THB 300 vs our good experience at 2 places nearby, where there was lots of meat and the price THB 220- for a mutton DUM biryani. The prices one pays at Indigo /Kerala arr about THB 80- to THB 120- more than one pays at restaurants located in 'India Alley' (the crowded area around Nova Platinum). Other food choices - At Kerala House the appams, kal dosa, idlis, sambar are good. We enjoy these. 'Goan Fish Curry' comprises 2 tiny pieces of fish. Forget about a hearty, fullsome meal. The rice or roti willneed to fill you. Not worth the price. Go to a Thai Seafood Restaurant if u want a generous & reasonably priced smorgasboard of seafood. The masala dosa has a thin layer of potatoes. Even here - on potatoes - the owners try to save !

This place was absolutely fantastic! They have a vast menu that caters to all dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free, veggie etc). I had the vegan thali and my friend had the lamb thali and both were so good and really filling!! The service was also brilliant, particularly who severed us this evening, he was super friendly and helped us decide what to order. Will definitely come again!!!

Nice Kerala menu, good service.  Staff happy to help us with routes and directions. We ordered fish curry and appam. The staff suggested it would be large for two persons and suggested us to take fish masala. That was a good impression.

The prices are somewhat reasonable compared to other Indian restaurants. The quantity is so less for what I paid, The food taste and quantity could have been better. Usually in many places in Thailand they don't accept cards, if they accept they'll take extra 3 percent for card transaction. But here I paid exact amount as in the food menu.

Even though, It is one of the most expensive Indian restaurants I have been, Unbelievably, they add so much water to their liquid soap so that i couldn't wash hands!!!! I don't really know how much money they are saving by not providing soap! Moreover the quality of tea was quite low like there is no milk!

I was with group of 19 person, all are business man and mature person, we supposed to have dinner at 8:15 pm. But we were 15 min late. They cooked chapati before and sevrve us with microwave used chapati. Which was very hard to eat, we complaint to manager, but he started argument with all group members, literally we had fight there. And we had not have dinner there and left this place immediately. I felt very upset because staff were not supptive and manager was rude and disgrace full.
