I have seen better for the price, lots of things are not working and need maintenance. It would be great to check regularly if things need replacement and not wait until a customer complaint’s. Maybe it was a great hotel 10 -15 years ago but its run down with lots if visible issues. 1. One TV which did not work (To be fair, they have replaced it after complaining) 2. A bathtub which wasn’t draining water and where the shower hose is just too short. (They can’t fix it as no parts available). 3. The fridge didn’t work but they replaced it after complaining. 4. Breakfast is a disappointment for us, I am more than happy to pay more for a proper breakfast. 5. Make sure you get a room to the pool side you otherwise have a horrendous balcony view (See attached images). 6. The area is not something I would suggest to families if you can avoid, we were staying two days only so just acceptable but anything longer would be super painful with horrendous streets and a lot of cheap bars. Our conclusion, we won’t stay in a Mercure hotel anytime soon thats for sure. This french hotel chain is as bad as french cars, nothing is working.

Stayed there 4 nights. Very comfortable room. Good buffet breakfast. About 5 mins walk to the beach and the Pattaya strip. Staff cheerful and helpful. Understand hotel recently renovated. the coffee house very pleasant good color scheme. It looks out into the swimming pool. Will definitely choose this hotel for next visit.

Average hotel. Deluxe room. Mercure standard but worn. Good if you want to stay in Pattaya on a budget. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Across the road from villa supermarket, cp food court McDonald's and Starbucks. You'll need a car to get here parking is limited. Good water pressure but takes a long time for hot water. Bed was comfortable. Towels the hard lower priced kind. No in room slippers. Breakfast wasn't worth it. You can probably find better options but then again this is Pattaya.

Good hotel. It is located a little inside of the main market but the hotel provides a shuttle to go to the market.

I was somewhat apprehensive about the hotel when my Golfing Tour Agent booked my stay here. This is because the reviews were somewhat unfavourable. Amazingly, my 4 days’ stay experience was contrary to what was posted in the reviews. Perhaps , such negative reviews stemmed from a relatively old hotel that needed a refresh, upgrading and refurbishing. As a retiree since 15 years ago, I visited Thailand ( BKK, Phuket, Chiangmai & Pattaya) at least 3x a year for landscape photography, golfing and leisure, I had stayed in both 3 & 4 Stars rated hotels. HCH is one of the few hotels that I offered Value for money for budget conscious travellers given its room rate. Of note, I stayed on the 7th floor which newly renovated rooms as I smelled fresh paintwork. I like to think that the hotel management addressing its negative reviews. All said, HCH deserves a fair and positive review relative its rate, location, augmented hospitality services and enthusiastic staff. Richard KK Lim

Total disaster! Room is dirty! Toilet has clear marks and look dirty, and can’t be cleaned. Tried to cancel immediately and get refused by manager. Room smells.

First of all I booked my stay at Mercure Hotel to only find out a few days before my check in date that I've been transferred to this hotel. Run down hotel that desperately need renovation. Feels like a 2 star hotel. Hotel staff (security, reception, room cleaner) very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately management are the complete opposite and have no idea how to run a hotel. They have a bar by poolside and I noticed a few bottles of cognac and hennessy so I thought let me treat myself. They have bottles on display but not on the menu. They refused to serve me as its not on the menu. Why would u have bottles on display that's not on the menu 🤔 so now I refuse to buy anything poolside. I told them straight that I will be buying my drinks via 7/11 or any supermarket and drinking it by the pool.

Marketing Material used for this Hotel does not match reality. Poor Room Conditions, outdated Bathrooms. Elevator is tiny, dark and very untidy. Hard to believe this is rated as a 4Star Hotel. Do not recommend this Hotel for a couples vacation.

Great hospitality! I have a good time staying at Mercure Pattaya for 2 weeks. The room is great, clean, and comfy to stay. The staff is attentive and service-minded. They also performed their job with strict sanitation and hygiene practice. The food, here, is amazing especially local cuisine.

Please do not book this hotel. Rooms are not as show on website. room are very basic, small & old. Bathroom is like pit hole stinking. No sewrvice. No one answer your phone call at reception. No hot water in bathroom. Untill night 8 pm room service do not clean your room. You have to keep calling them again again. If you are lucky then only person at reception will pick your but he will not work on your query. My room was looked and it took them 1 whole day to open even they tried with their own master keep & various gadgets. It is not upto Accor standard. it is not worth even 1 star. If someone offer you lodge better you stay in that lodge rather than choosing Mercure Pattaya. It is sheer waste of money & spoiling of your holiday. ii wanted to share the video of room but there was no option so just sharing 1 pic

Nice hotel. Rooms are decent. Bathrooms are basic. For the cost though hotel is good and the location is great in relation to beach and walking Street. The concierge/bell staff are exceptional though always willing to help and very warm greetings! Pool area is nice although deteriorating slightly at this point. Overall good hotel for a couple of day stay in pattaya

Impress by the newly renovated rooms and overall facilities although some of the enhancement works are still in progress. Big and impressive swimming pool . Will surely stay again if visiting Pattaya again.

the hotel is a little out in the streets where there has been construction going on for a long time, the staff are nice and friendly, the rooms have been renovated but not well, the price is high for such an old and small room, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom, only 2 in the whole room. The daily cleaning is done very poorly, they never removed the dust under the bed never cleaned the bathroom, only changed the towels, the terrace is full of water dripping from the air conditioner, the fridge is very small, there was nothing in it, the TV was new, the safe worked, the lights were working If I have to rate the room, I give 2 stars, room cleaning 1 star, hotel exterior cleanliness, 4 stars, very large swimming pool but without shaded areas, if it's sunny you have to run away, there are 3 umbrellas for a hotel 7 floors, absurd, good area dedicated to childrens.

Loved this hotel. Very good location near Pattaya beach and a lot of good restaurants beyond walking distance, with night life just a stone’s throw away. The front office and housekeeping staff were friendly, cheerful and polite. Rooms are big , beds clean and comfortable, newly renovated with nordic design. The coffee house provided good breakfast and good service. A big pool next to cafe surrounded by the tall tree, felt as if you are staying at a resort hotel. Would definitely like to stay here again on our next visit.

Exceptional Value-for-money room rates for AccorPlus members. However location is way out and this hotel seems to be very popular with Indians...🤔
