We were invited here since the opening many years ago very big party with a lot of food and they even have lobster with champagne. They invited famous singer Roberta Flack to perform at this event. Hotel openings events in those days were big and this one was one of the biggest of that year. Since then we like to come back. It's a theme resort Jurassic Park feel. What I like the most here is the rooms that has ocean views. Most of the rooms are facing towards the ocean so you pretty much get the ocean view.

Don’t often give all 5 stars and maybe it’s 4.5 as there were minor issues but overall great room, outstanding views, friendly service. Most comfy bedding ever. Super breakfast & great lagoon style pool. Minor negatives plumbing issue, few beds at beach but understand why & can get a bit noisy with kids so not one for adults only

Amazing Resort for families. We loved our short stay here and felt sad to leave, we could've stayed longer. Our children (and us included) loved the pool, the beach, kids club, buffet breakfast was awesome, family room is such a great idea - especially happy hour, our beds and room was comfortable. Definitely recommend staying at this resort.

It's a huge resort where you can get all the facilities you need from kids to adults. It was so crowded after the government just opened for traveling. They have managed a lovely water park and a clean, nice beachfront. It's a bit sad that the weather wasn't good when we visited the place, but we did have a good time here. There are many options for the breakfast and the hotel manged it well to provide decent services for the guests. It would be better if the hotel can manage the checking process and reduce the people at the lobby. It was so crowded in the afternoon during the weekends. However, I'm happy to see tourists and business are coming back and people are enjoying their time. We will definitely come back here for the next holiday.

I am so in love with this place. The room was nice and clean. The place was huge with so many activities. Made for the entire family, both kids and adults will be entertained with the abundance of activities. Views from the room was second to none. A great place to have both fun and time for relaxation. However, we requested for wine glasses but failed to deliver on all 3 occasions. Also there were only 3 elevators servicing the entire building and waiting times were long.

Perfect place to go if you just want to relax by the pool or by the beach. Check in had occurred prior to the room being ready. Enough entertainment at the resort itself. No need to go anywhere else. So much available for the family. Be aware sand may follow you. Lazy river and first come basis on all seating by the pool. Take advantage of the pool bar you can charge to your room once you have your key. Remember to bring your towel back to retrieve your card back I had the spa deluxe room. I had my own hot tub to enjoy. Staff is great here. 5 different places to eat. Breakfast was so much to select. Definitely a place you can make memories with friends and family.

Had a blast with the kids. Many water play areas such as white sandy beach, kids splash zone, 10+ slides, various pools, and lazy river. Kids adventure zone includes AC cinema, cooking class, snack bar, jungle gym, trampoline room, and harnessed climbing obstacle course. Breakfast buffet and various restaurants all excellent. Despite a busy company party, we still had excellent service and never felt crowded.

It was the amazing experience stay here for a day. Water park is free for its guest staying here. The pool is fantastic plus the slides are also cool. Cafe by the pool is so amazing specially at night. Rooms are also very beautiful.

I would say is the best hotel of Centara Group. Beachfront, amazing pool, sliders, "water park"... Also has a very big gym and tennis pitch. 5 restaurants with very good food. All the rooms have balcony with sea view. I went twice and is a good experience. You can even stay there, the hotel itself has many things to offer

Service is OK, rooms were fine, and pool design is good. Only problem why it is a 4 and not a 5 is because the pool has too much mud and dust which made me sick for a few days and made me really itchy. So 4 is OK and reasonable for this. Recommend or not? I think its OK and I guess I cam recommend it, but not for kids who have thin skin.

This property has become our favourite among the hotels we have stayed so far. The place is full of greenery and Their main attraction is their water amusement park. Their breakfast buffet has been the biggest we have ever had. They had their own kids section in breakfast. All their places were well maintained. Only drawback was any request made from room has a response time of 15 mins to half hour. But it’s worth the stay. Rooms were wonderful and neat.

Everything was wonderful. We Love it. The Amazon pool was incredible. It made me felt like I was in the Indiana Jones movie. Room and bed were clean and large. Food was good, variety of choices. We look forward revisiting the hotel again.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations on all fronts. The service is exceptional from the moment you arrive and with every tiny interaction with staff throughout your stay. All rooms have amazing ocean views and allow you to enjoy the spectacular sunsets each evening from the comfort of your balcony. We had a Club room which allowed us access to the Club Lounge. The food selection throughout the day was excellent. Lots of choices and all so tasty. The pools are amazing! Each one is uniquely designed and offer a different experience. Great for kids and adults alike. Cleanliness of the all the facilities is great. The beach has a wonderful gentle surf and is also kept very clean. There are a lot of loungers spread around the pools and on the beach so there was never an issue with finding space. The spa facilities and restaurant options are great. Thanks to Pancake at the Club reception who assisted with all our queries throughout our stay. She made sure they were all seen to ASAP. The hotel is located about 5km from Beach Rd so you need to take taxis to get there as there is no free shuttle available.

I booked 4 rooms to stay with my family for 2 nights and we never wanted to leave! The hotel has everything! We were extremely impressed with the rooms and the views. The rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. The swimming pool was a hit for us, it accommodates for both adults and children. The splash water were great for young children with plenty of shallow areas. Lots of slides to choose from and jumping off the rock was also a hit. The hotel also offers kids club and other play area but we did not get a chance to use them. Breakfast were great, we got there around 7am and it wasn’t busy. We really enjoyed the variety of choices they offered. There were minor issues with my travel money card that I used at check in. Thankfully, the Front office Manager, Tim was able to resolve the issue I had with the Bank from Australia. I would highly recommend this hotel especially to family with young children. Will definitely be returning next time we’re in Pattaya!

Excellent property with all the best amenities under one roof especially for families with young children! Entertainment is top notch and so are all the in house restaurants. Breakfast buffet spread was delicious and a huge variety including Indian food options. Swimming pool , adventure park and kids activities were excellent!! We loved our stay at Centara Grand Mirage beach resort Pattaya! What a fun holiday!!

Our stay was fantastic, the whole experience was really good, the decor of the hotel made it feel like you were on a real holiday. Staff were always so helpful, room was large, and the hotel had so many amenities. The pool and pool park was great, we went there almost everyday to enjoy the warm water and splash around.

Pattaya does not really have a reputation as a family destination but that has to change and this hotel is one of the reasons why! This is THE place to stay and unwind with family and what an experience it was! An amazing property, very well designed with every room overlooking the sea. You really must spend atleast 2 days in the hotel exploring the facilities. The water park with the lazy river, amazing pools, the beach with the beach side bistro, the lost world activity zone for kids. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very courteous. We booked a 2 x double premium ocean room and it was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was a standard affair with majorly continental and local options. They had Indian and Chinese food too but this was a hit and miss. We ate at the oasis, coast and had ordered room service and the food was good with generous quantity. Only difficulty we faced was that we had arrived in the morning but had to wait and kill time until 3 30 pm to get the room but after that, it was all really great and fun!

TLDR - if you have deep pockets and dont worry about money then this is the hotel for you. It is superb and the staff are excellent everywhere the pool facilities are great for adults and kids alike. They have arcades, loads of baby/toddler clubs rooms to go to and a decent gym not to mention countless other things. Don’t go room 1806 too many problems be sure to reject this room. Hotel in general Check in- 6000 baht deposit so remember to factor that in. This was a surprise to us. All prices around hotel are excluding tax 7%and service charge 10% so when you see 1000 baht it is really baht. We got caught out by this and this mounts up fast if you are using their spa services or more expensive drinks. Entrance and lobby as others have said it really wowed us as we drove up it certainly gave us a warm welcome and the bellboys were attentive and helped with the bags immediately making our transition from vehicle to hotel an easy and pleasurable one. Lazy river didn’t flow like a river it’s basically just somewhere to hang around not sure if we did it wrong? Somehow? We just didnt seem to float anywhere? Regardless it was fun though for sure! Splash zone looks more fun than it actually is but it’s still good for a few minutes you are just constantly getting sprayed and splashed and the water pressure is quite tough especially for baby. Main pool is nice and very deep at one end it has a part where you can jump off a fake cliff it’s really fun and highly recommend this! Baby pool is tiny and does the job it is sloped in different directions and your footing feels secure. Food Allergy sufferers like me be warned you have to ask everywhere what contains your allergen it’s not on menus or food cards and most staff don’t know but are happy to ask chefs. This was a massive pain point for us during our stay with one having peanut allergy and one with a cows milk allergy. It would have been much easier if the allergy was on the food cards so you can quickly check yourself. Oasis bbq seafood 920 baht so around £20 all you can eat and the range of seafood in my opinion was poor for the cost no crabs no actual bbq fish mainly shellfish it was nice food but just didn’t really have much of a seafood bbq. So we skipped this the next nights. No wonder it was completely empty. Went to the ocean restaurant Really nice but again completely empty where is everybody? I imagine everybody goes out because it’s so expensive here? All the hotel bars and restaurants are basically empty. Again the service was excellent and attentive the food was actually really nice I had the duck and sautéed veg with fries. I enjoyed this and our baby was made to feel welcome and entertained. Felt less intimate with staff around quite a lot, not that bad we’re looking for intimate though so it was nice to see the staff make baby smile a lot. Rum Jungle This is their 19th floor bar on the first tower and it was decorated beautifully absolutely amazing love the entrance and everything about it including the views. We didn’t do sunset there as we are just too busy with baby and getting ready after swimming. The prices are very premium prices for Thailand think £10 for a drink of rum cocktail. Very nice though and again great service and very attentive. Room Bed comfortable but very high so be careful, no reason it needs to be so high to be honest. Comes with a hair dryer and robes and pool shoes. TV quality is terrible and so is the signal as it kept dropping. Surprisingly WiFi was good over 100mb download speed even at peak times and coverage was good around the hotel so never struggled with wifi. Light switches there are a million light switches and no way to turn them all off conveniently never experienced this before and it grew frustrating after the second night as it’s unnecessary. Safe works fine without any issues and appeared secure. Bathroom is nice but rainshower pressure was subpar. Staff Aside from checkin staff on the first day everybody was super excited to see us and assist us with pretty much anything we wanted.

Insane resort with multiple facilities such as a lazy river, Multiple slides, a pool, mini splash area for kids, a gym , electronics zone, spa and lastly a beach. The location is also good as it’s located near a really good mall named terminal 21. There is a new play area for kids with fun games to play and an obstacle course above ground( this play area is extra charge and parents need to monitor their child). I would have given this a five star but there were minor service issues such as staff not being helpful at times. There are two towers A and B if u have the option choose B because the breakfast area is much nicer trust me. Thanks for reading I hope this was helpful

This is our 2nd time in this resort and while it was busier this trip (lots of guests when we stayed), the hotel still managed to give our kid a surprise birthday cake which was very thoughtful! The water at the kiddie pool is always just warm enough to soak in, early in the morning or in the afternoon. The ground is big enough to run around, with lots of trees to stay cool even midday. The beach also has some shaded areas so kids can play in the sand without feeling too hot. And when our kid wants to play indoors, there is a kid's club! In addition to the wonderful facilities, the staffs are also very attentive and helpful to the guests and the rooms are always kept clean.

Excellent hotel for families! This is our third stay, and we couldn't be happier. This go around we decided on a bigger room with a separate bedroom. It gave us access to the Mirage Club amenities and the Zulu room for kids. Our four year old is having a great time. We did have an issue with noise at the hotel, but the management worked to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Our Family of seven stayed here during our recent trip to Pattaya. Very beautiful and comfortable rooms with sea facing balconies. Theme park with excellent water rides and a fantastic swimming pool. Has a private beach for safe swimming. Very big spread of Breakfast with Indian and Continental items. Commendable hospitality and courteous service. All of us including our grand-daughter enjoyed the stay.

It's a very peaceful and beautiful hotel, the service is good, and the food is also convenient. It's a place that everyone should visit. Every room is neat and has fresh air. It's very peaceful and relieves my fatigue. I got relief from all my tiredness at work. Thank you for the good breakfast and the beautiful swimming pool.

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel. The water park and facilities were great for kids. You will also have easy access to the beach. The only fault I can really find is that I find the hotel rooms a little dated. It has remained pretty much unchanged throughout the years that I have come to stay here. Thus hotel is perfect for both families and couples looking for a romantic getaway.

I stayed for 4 days ( Booked for 5 days) The hotel's facilities are dated and haven't been renovated or deeply cleaned in a while. There's visible dust and dirt throughout the premises, including my room on the 3rd floor. The balcony door couldn't be locked There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room during my stay even I did not open the balcony door except the first day Despite returning late from a meeting, my sleep was disrupted by numerous mosquito bites. When I sought assistance, the staff's primary concern was whether I had opened the balcony door?? Hence, I checked out early and moved to another hotel instead. On the positive side, some staff members were eager to help, and the breakfast was decent. I have to visit Pattaya twice a year and I am certain I won't be returning to this hotel.

Room is very spacious and almost flawless, except three little things: toilet is separated from shower area, spa tub is outside on the balcony and water is not hot enough, and the moist from A/C has damaged the wood ceiling. The staff are well-trained and speak fluent English. They are also quick to respond to request. The hotel has its own waterpark and private beachfront, plus the Coast restaurant cooks really good steak and duck, one can truly simply stay in the resort without leaving.

Fabulous resort, such a beautiful vibe all over resort. We stayed in Centara, for 3 days, loving every minutes thoroughly, didn't wanted to go back anywhere. We were on 7th floor, deluxe room. Oh lord, the morning view, I cannot forget, so much like heaven, u waking up with ocean waves sound, birds chirping and that wind blowing. Centara has amazing staff, so much friendly and polite staff. Always making you feel, part of Centara and such a welcoming gesture every time you visit in and out of resort. Love this resort! The staff were extremely friendly and always had nice smile every time we saw them. The sea view from the room was stunning. The only 2 things can be slightly improved were the cleanness of the room, and the club food. Will definitely come back again!

We had a great experience at the Centara Grand Mirage. We loved the nature and the nightlife of Pattaya. I would have given 5 stars but the last 30 minutes of our stay were unpleasant when we were told to go back up and get all the cards of the room and the pool cards. Otherwise, they wouldnt have let us check out. I then ran back and forth returning the pool towels to get the pool cards back and gathering all the room keys. Not once in the last 15 years do I remember that being asked of us as guests in a supposedly 5 star hotel. Totally unnecessary, tainted a otherwise great experience.

Kids loves the hotel and its pool. The clif jumping experience is a new thing for them. Lazy river and it's artificial fountains were great. Breakfast is very good with wide range of varieties. In short we just love everything of this hotel.

The BEST hotel/resort I’ve stayed in on Pattaya. I have stayed on several hotels in Pattaya and this one is, by far, The Best. Yes, it IS Expensive (maybe for some people), but it IS A Resort, so it will cost a little more. The most important “selling point” for me was the outstanding Customer Service. I arrived in Bangkok (BKK) at midnight (flight delayed), past my check-in time and shuttle transit; I called the manager, Paitoon aka Pete. He told me, take a taxi down, and the hotel will pay for it. When I arrived, around 2am, he upgraded my room, reduced my overall hotel costs to cover for the taxi fee. The Resort does have an excellent gym, fully staffed, and offer classes to customers. The large pool and jungle water park is an amazing feature of the resort; makes it really good for families on vacation with children. This is an All-Inclusive Resort that can take care of families with children on vacation. The Rooftop Jungle Bar has a breathtaking view of the ocean and Pattaya Beach front. The DJ has a variety of music selection and can really bring a good vibe. Complementary Breaking every morning has cuisines from China, India, Thai, Arabic, and few other countries. ALL Staff members have OUTSTANDING Customer Service no matter what I asked for, where I go, what I do; everything was met with a smile and really good service. Happy Hour 5-7pm at the pool bar; buy-1-get-1-free (you cannot beat that deal). The Spa treatment is on another level; depending on your reservations, you can get it included with your room charge. All-in-All, it was TOTALLY worth the money spent; I stayed for a week, and extended for a few more days just because of the hospitality and customer service. I will Gladly stay there the next time I’m in Pattaya; it will cost what it costs, but the Experience is totally worth it.

Good views in the room on the 13th floor All rooms face the beach and the whole vibe is awesome. Service from the counter to the restaurant is excellent as well. The pool is also very enjoyable. It’s the best resort worth visiting in Pattaya.

Great resort. Wonderful for children who love moderate water activity with pools and water slides for their enjoyment. Breakfast was also great - with a wide variety of fruit, vegetables, cereals, breads, and other hot foodstuffs (eggs, pancakes, soups, sausages, and local varieties). We didn't try the restaurants and bars but they also seemed packed. My wife and kids are still raving about the hotel, so it created a lasting memory.

We live in Bangkok and the Grand Mirage is our favourite weekend retreat. It never disappoints! We stay in the club mirage rooms which gives access to two lounges - one for families and one for adults. Both serve food throughout most of the day and alcohol for 90 minutes in the evening. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. There is a place to rent jet skis (not owned by the hotel) on the beach which coats 1500 THB for 30 minutes. We've used them twice so far and had a great time. The jet ski company also offers boat trips to go snorkeling but we wouldn't recommend that - we had a very strange experience with the captain who I think was the grumpiest person in all of Thailand! As I say, that bears no reflection on the hotel as the boat/jet ski company is independent from the hotel. Highly recommend the Grand Mirage for families. On the most recent we were upgraded to a family suite which made it all even more special 🙂 A big thank you to all the staff who always exceed our expectations

Love the place, very enjoyable for kids. Staff are kind and profrssional. Their service is excellent. Room is cozy, comfortable, clean, and in very good condition. Lots and lots of water park and pools. Good quality breakfast. But, only Disappointed is seaside restaurant dinner is NOT OK, taste like convenient store frozen food.

We’ve been here twice now, on each occasion the resort has never disappointed us. From check in to check out, we’ve been spoilt and looked after by all the staff members. And with such an amazing large jungled themed swimming pool, there’s endless hours of fun for everyone😎

Fantastic hotel. I've stayed in a few hotels within my time, been around the world, but still haven't come close to a hotel like this. Staff are extremely friendly, and once you leave that front door, the world is your oyster. Bars, clubs, restaurants.. whatever you want and need. Love Thai service, its simply next to nothing.

Good food and nice taste different varieties and good quality and quantity of food.

Service was amazing. The facilities are incredible. We enjoy the pool and slides. The elevator did scare us as we got stuck for a few seconds and the emergency bell didn't work. Otherwise everything else was fantastic. We will definitely come back again soon!

The room is very big and the view to the sea is spectacular. Service and food were absolutely amazing. The menu of the restaurant is very big, including pizzas, hot dogs to Indian, Chinese and Thai food. Also, the staff is very friendly, attentive and fast. Definitely a good place for eating!

We are a family with three children. And we like to enjoy spending our holidays at Centara Grand Mirage Pattaya. Our children love to stay at this amazing hotel and call this hotel paradise for them. There are a huge green territory, many different swimming pools, a lazy river, slides, playgrounds, trampoline and a kids club. Near the hotel there are good massage parlors, small cafes and the Terminal Shopping Mall within walking distance. The staff are very pleasant and always ready to help you. The food is very good with lots of seafood, grilled meat and deserts. During this challenging time it’s very hard to travel abroad. We passed several times PCR tests even for a two-year-old baby. And the front office manager, Mr. Phalee was very polite and really helped not only us, but many of the hotel guests to organize all these. This resort is the perfect place for a family with kids or if you’re in the mood for a fun resort with water features and atmosphere. Its a dream spot for kids - it is NOT a spot for couples that are looking at something of a romantic getaway. If you want to let your inner child out - this place feels like Jurassic Park and it’s a ton of fun. Some of the staff was pretty hit or miss. When I had called ahead of time to make bookings at restaurants and spa it took an hour of calling non stop. I was hung up on constantly after someone picked up. I was only able to make my bookings after calling their corporate head office. Even then, the New Years reservation at Coast didn’t even go through when I’d arrived at the hotel and checked. The food was, in a rare case for Thailand as a whole, pretty bad. Bland and nothing was made particularly well. The Oasis evening buffet is around 900 THB per person and the New Years one at Coast was ~2,000 THB per person. Definitely not worth it for the food, but the party, staff, and new year events were great. It’s obvious the food is made for quantity over quality. Also at peak times your wait is around 30 minutes for food.

This place is so fun!!!! The swimming pool is beyond words. You really feel like you are in some water park! Many things to play especially for kids! We come during the weekend so this place is totally packed. The parking are quite tight as there are so many guests. The hotel is next to the beach. You can walk straight from the swimming pool area down to the beach! We would really come back here!

Many activities for family with kids. Room with Jacuzzi is a must after long day in the pool. Breakfast is good while limited choice for lunch and dinner.

The rooms and services were amazing, however, there were some flaws such as the lights in both the bedroom and the buffet area being too dim. Also, the food was pretty bland such as the pasta or the Thai chicken salad being too spicy. The deserts were alright, though there could be some glass panel covering it like the rest of the buffet. Really great hotel as whole though!

Great playground for the kids with just right water depth and lots of activities. Ours are 2 and 5 years old and it was perfect for them. Room was nice but a bit awkward because the toilet and the sink were on opposite sides of the room. Close to the Terminal 21 mall and other shopping just outside hotel. Very nice beach in terms of Pattaya. Bountiful breakfast with both Thai and western food. Could stay here for a week without leaving hotel, which would be unusual for us.

Highly recommended for families who want to enjoy both the pool and the ocean. The view from the hotel room is amazing, with a great view of the Pattaya sea. You can go directly to the beach from the hotel. There is always a lifeguard on duty. The beach is clean and safe for children to walk on barefoot. The pool area is very large and can be enjoyed by both small children and adults. The food at the hotel is very good. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner all in the hotel and all the food was very good quality. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I would like to stay here again.

Everything is old and smelly. Cleaner not mopping the Floor even after our complaints. Floor in Both rooms are DIRTY. No late checkout allowed. Restaurant downstairs at the end is overpriced and super salty. And not getting our orders right. Put chilly in kids meal. Walking path in the water garden is not well arranged. Can only use one “normal “ bridge among the three bridges to go lobby. The list can go on n on. Spare your money and go other real 5 star hotels man.

The Hotel is family friendly. Kids loved the pools and the property facilities. Nice gym. The sea view is stunning. Breakfast was ok. But the most imortant is that the staff was friendly always with a smile. Special thanks to Katip at the reception who was very patient and professional.

What a grand resort! I just completed the stay with my son (7) and we never had a dull moment. The room was exotic and clean. The pool - awesome. The breakfast - expansive. If you need some food outside of the the hotel fare, there are a couple great little spots right outside, plus 2 convenience stores. This is a family friendly spot away from the bustle of the main road.

Excellent stay in Centara Grand Mirage Pattaya. It's our second stay, and definitely not the last. We love everything about this place, especially the ocean view, the swimming area, the jungle feeling that we got here, and the team. The reception are very efficient and polite. The restaurants and the morning buffet are great, the cleaning service very kind and the pool team amazing. Thanks again to the duty manager who dealt with us for a minor problem, did a great job. If you are looking for a resort with that Lost World Jungle feeling, ocean view, beach access and in the peaceful and family part of Pattaya, this is the place to be. Nice hotel and good view. Location is so so cause if you no have a car little tired go to department store or shopping center. So ugly taxi front of hotel. And some employees never smile even talk with customers. These day pandemic season but so many guests in this hotel I feel happy^^ ah.. if you Korean? Don't want very kindly service. Thai peoples always regarded white.^^

Nice place to spend for vacation with family. Good facilities and huge water park. Located in good location by the beach. I feel a bit unfortunate because I visited at the crowded day so many visitors on that day until most of the services become limited. My kid likes the place so much and we plan to visit once again soon.

Pros - the staff are all very nice and friendly - ocean views from every room - great family hotel - breakfast was great - good location and beachfront Cons - took us an hour to check in. It is a long holidays and staffs were definitely doing their best but it's probably the management who should have seen it coming from the advanced bookings but still do nothing about it. I stayed at a much larger hotel (Marina Bay sands for example) and the check in was never longer than 10 mins - this is a smoking hotels, as in guests can smoke from the balcony. This resulting in us not being able to open the balcony door or sit outside because the smoking smell was way too strong for someone with asthma. I mean if they want to be family hotel this should not be allowed. All in one we may stay again if its not during busy period (so no new year's, Christmas or public holidays) though the smoking really put us off.

Enormous & crowded during weekends. Main clientele are family & group functions. Anything but intimate vibe. Club lounge staffs are very accommodating. Cocktail hours was quite skimpy on food varieties nonetheless decent quality. I 'd see more children menu such as pizza, pasta, fish fingers, etc.

Even though Centara Grand Mirage beach resort is a little away from all the action, it is an experience in itself. We absolutely loved their water park and the fun activities which are included with your stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful and very prompt in check in check out both. All the rooms have an Ocean facing view which is great all times of the day. Restaurant options in the property are comprehensive. The breakfast buffet spread is also pretty great. We would love to come back and stay here again.

This is my first time staying in this hotel, I stayed in early January, after the New Year holidays and I went on a weekday. There were quite a lot of tourists during the times I stayed although it’s not the season. The hotel is large and spacious. And I really like the decoration style, it’s giving the tropical style with adventurous vibes. The parts of the hotel are quite clean, the restaurant, swimming pool, fitness room, etc. The private beach is really clean, there is almost no garbage at all, unlike other parts of Pattaya beach. There’re many amenities and a lot of activities to do in the hotel. Next is about the room. The room is not very clean. There were cobwebs and spiders at the edge of the ceiling. And I find the division of the room a little strange and also not quite functional. The bathroom & sink is separate to the toilet, which I have to walk around to wash my hands after using the toilet. But the part that I think the hotel should really fix is the fridge, it’s located in a cabinet with a front cover. The fridge is overheating and also difficult to use. So I try to leave the cabinet door open but makes it worse because it's cluttered when you have to walk past it. Other than that, there's nothing. The sea view from the balcony is beautiful. The breakfast is nice but I really enjoyed the BBQ buffet dinner, wide variety of food and good taste. And There is very good service, the staff are very welcoming.
