    (Update 💀💀💀) Previously , I stayed here and gave low stars. So, I gave another chance, but it was worse this time. My room was a connecting room and the door that connects with the next room is broken. Engineer came and explained us that another door (behind broken door) is locked. So, it is not accessible from the next room. But my wife was still worried. The engineer said the guest before us were also worried and requested to change room. So, we demanded to change room 🤬 after a while, we moved to another room. But then… the balcony door was broken… the engineer came to repair for 30 minutes. Then… fridge was not clean… the bathtub water was still a bit yellow, not sure if they put some kinds of chemicals to sterilize water? So, it made us think basin and shower water are also unclean… for brushing teeth and washing face, we used drinking water… TV are still old and so difficult to use… omg… I will definitely not staying here again 🫤 this is very weird because Centara brand is usually good standard, but many things about this hotel is just bad. The owner does not know how to operate a hotel? Any ff&e reserve? ——— Room is very spacious and price is very attractive. They also have fitness, swimming pool with bar, and parking space in front of hotel and underground. What I hated about this hotel was bath water was a bit yellow…(image attached). So, for washing face and brushing teeth, I used drinking water… Having 2 TVs are good but they are maybe too old that they were difficult to use and I had to call an engineer to tell me how to use…

    We stayed here for 2 nights, our stay was a hassle free experience. We had booked 2 rooms connected, were spacious with well maintained spacious bathrooms and an amazing view from the balcony. There was a separate place for the Indian buffet breakfast. It had a good spread. The location is superb, nearby Indian restaurants, Terminal 21 mall, Art in Paradise is a walking distance away. The sanctuary of truth is also 10 mins by cab. I travelled with my family including kids and an infant. I am happy to stay here for the rooms, location and Indian food availability.

    Must try menu, Pad Thai with Shrimp and Tom Yum soup. Each soup comes with 1 plate of rice. Pad Thai using tamarind sauce so it’s sweet and sour. Tom Yum is spicy and sour. Have special promotion dishes every Friday and weekend.

    Clean and spacious rooms, big swimming pool, comfortable beds & soft linen, most importantly the courteous staff made our stay memorable. Strategic location made it easily accessible for most places to travel to for sight seeing with family. Thanks a ton!

    Very Good service with good ambience, quiet near to Alcazar show, beach road & terminal 21 mall. Really appreciate the hotel staffs, their friendly behaviour and specially will appreciate the front desk executive Gigi. Everything including food service, pool service, housekeeping service was good. Keep it up & all the best.

    I have a family of six. We had booked 3 rooms. Outside of the room it smells. They need to clean the carpets in the hallway. Customer service at breakfast time very bad and the staff are rude. I asked for a cheese omelet and was asked to go outside and order my self. Which is fine also but the way to speak should be friendly and polite. Not shout and point outside go go. Overall poor training so poor service. Want be booking again. Ohh and I was not allowed to join the tables as we were 6 people, the guy staff got really annoyed for some reason. Won't be coming there again for sure.

Positives: Customer Service: I must appreciate the overall hospitality and friendliness of your staff. They went the extra mile by preparing Indian tea to our liking with the right amount of masala, showing genuine consideration for our preferences. Breakfast Experience: The Indian breakfast served on the first floor was delightful. The flavors and variety offered were commendable, making for a good start to our day. Room Comfort: The room provided a pleasant stay experience. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was powerful and effective, and the room itself was well-maintained and spacious. Areas for Improvement: Communication Training for Staff: I believe there is an opportunity to enhance staff communication. One incident involved a staff member making a comment about towels during the check-out process, which was not ideal. It's important to ensure all interactions with guests are respectful and professional, considering the substantial investment customers make in their trips. Water Quality: The water in the bathroom was noticeably discolored and appeared to be unclean, particularly in the bath tub. This compelled us to refrain from using the bath tub, affecting our overall experience. Pest Control: I observed the presence of cockroaches in the room, which is a concerning issue that should be addressed promptly through appropriate pest control measures. Location Information: It would be beneficial to provide clear information about the hotel's proximity to the beach. If the location is not within a walking distance from the beach, guests should be informed beforehand to manage their expectations. I trust that these suggestions will help in enhancing the overall guest experience at your esteemed establishment. Your attention to these details is highly appreciated.

    Small Room and decent bathroom but great breakfast. They have separate floor which serves Indian food which is the best part. Rooms were clean but not super clean. There were hair on the bedspread. One Bad Experience : At around 3:00 AM Midnight, there were 2 people banging at our door, ringing the bell continuously. It was scary. My husband contacted the reception and asked them to send any person to look into this. Thankfully the reception staff(who does night shift) , was really helpful, he sent immediately and sorted this out. However I wouldn't blame hotel for this, it was the people who stayed there.

    The hotel has all the luxuries as described and is a great stay for a normal good price. Large clean nice standard rooms without luxury. The Location is very quiet but central to the bus station to the old town😜👌👍🇹🇭

    I'm modifying my review, the management went an extra mile because of my previous stay that wasn't so great. They took all my suggestions improving a lot their service and, because of this, they deserve already 5 stars. The staff is always very professional and the room was spotless. Excellent job and I will stay here again for sure.

    They people are the most welcoming one. I loved their service, everything is just fabulous there, not even a single complaint from our side. The food is just delicious😋 never ever thought that we'll be able to get the food like our own there. The receptionist and even everyone were excellent. Really guys good, good job👍

    No brainer hotel. The location is good and you get easy transport to walking street and beach. Fairly well maintained, food was decent and room service was also decent. Wifi is a bit tricky but once you figure it out its fast and serves the purpose. This hotel is mostly preferred by Indian travellers, do not know the reason behind this though.

    Very nice hotel! Breakfast and lunch too.. Rooms are very clean and neat! But only need little improvement in bathroom! 1) the bathtub..there is no button to pop up the blockage cap up and down 2) the bath shower glass..water comes out through gap Rest al.good! Wil definitely come again!

    I picked this hotel as it had good secure car parking. However on my last (and final) visit, my (expensive) motorbike was dragged half way across the car park with the steering lock on make room for a car. I had parked in the correct motorbike spot. Clearly the hotel does not respect people's property. The breakfast is also terrible.

    This hotel is newly open. Every room have a balcony. Their staff is very cooperative and very supportive. They have variety of food items as well. They also provide Indian food and breakfast as well. If you are planning to bring any girl from outside, they also allowed that thing they have interconnected Rooms as well.

    I have stayed in Room 710 A and B in 2nd week of June 2023. 1. Daily Room cleaning was done as per hotel's convenient time. It shud always be as per guest's convenient time. If I want to sleep in afternoon and I dont want the room cleaner to disturb me at 4 pm, rather they can clean the room 1 hour earlier or later..Requested Receptionist everyday but they didnt listen. 2. Mattress were old and uncomfortable 3. Very limited breakfast option 4. Washroom flush button was not working properly. Main door lock was not opening properly. Room 710 A. 5. In house massage was closed 6. Mini bar was not provided in our room.

    Our room was comfortable and lived up to the Centara brand. Though it looks like it was built years ago, the maintenance and cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was nice with international options and the coffee was premium. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again when I’m need of a night’s sleep.

    I will keep coming back to the Centara Azure again and again. My experience here is always exceptional! All of the staff are extremely kind and helpful, especially Aor! She is the very best, and always has useful information whenever I have a question regarding my stay in Pattaya. Their restaurant has a wide variety of delicious food options that I can’t recommend highly enough. 10/10 Stars ⭐️ to anyone visiting!

    Very impolite front desk executive.all false reviews posted by Robots. Food is also not so good. If anyone questions the staff they get irritated very fast. Only limited tea coffee milk in room and not ready to provide more of required.

    We were on family trip with all 7 rooms allocated on different floors. Front desk staff least courteous and impolite, got upset and impatient very fast In room rationing of tea, milk coffee sugar sachets!! No additional any toiletries! Food so so !

    Excellent hospitality from Baytar at Breakfast Area. Makes you feel at home. Hotel is also located close to beach (8 mins walk) and rooms are excellent pool is awesome and big and deep enough. Shan from front desk was very helpful in accommodating all our requests.

    We had a lil bad experience in the stay. But not sure if it happened by mistake. We had a complaint of flickering lights in the room and it happened midnight, had a very disturbing night. The room service person came by 5pm to clean the room, We expected them to clean it wen we left in the morning, bt they said they forgt and wanted to clean it by 5. We were dam tired and slept off, bt had lil difficulty using the toilet.

    The hotel is very clean. Great location, 15 minutes walk to beach and local markets or bar. The hotel has an amazing pool with pool bar and a good selection of morning buffet. Pool view rooms are preferred. Bathroom and room size is good with a small balcony. Customer service is nice. Overall great 4 star experience.

    We visited the property on 23rd October 2023 and stayed for 2 nights...a very pleasant stay...smooth check in ..we were booked in Premium Deluxe Room in Wing A...a very spacious room perfectly cleaned...the breakfast spread was awesome, we went for the International Breakfast...Mr. Racon in the reception was very courteous and we had a smooth sailing...a perfect stay for family...❤️

    I recently had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at the Centara Pattaya Hotel. I regret to say that my overall impression of this establishment was quite negative, primarily due to several significant issues that I encountered: 1. **Poor Food Quality:** One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the quality of the food. The offerings at the hotel's restaurant left much to be desired. The breakfast, in particular, was subpar, with options that seemed more fitting for a budget eatery than a purported 4-star hotel. 2. **Inadequate Service:** The service at Centara Pattaya Hotel was, unfortunately, far from satisfactory. I encountered several instances of slow and unresponsive service from the staff, which did not meet the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment. 3. **Unpleasant Staff Attitude:** I must highlight that I encountered an unpleasant and biased attitude from some members of the staff. Specifically, the receptionists, Joy and Pan, as well as a security guard, exhibited unprofessional behavior and seemed to harbor negative sentiments towards Indian guests. 4. **Concerns Regarding Guest Demographics:** I observed a clear imbalance in the guest demographics during my stay. It appeared that a significant portion of the clientele was Indian, and regrettably, there seemed to be a bias against both foreigners and Indians. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests. 5. **Hygiene Issues:** The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hotel were lacking. It was disappointing to see dirty and unattended areas throughout the premises. 6. **Unsuitable for Families:** I would strongly caution families against staying at this hotel. The atmosphere during the night was unsuitable for children, as there was a noticeable presence of individuals who appeared to be sex workers within the hotel premises. In conclusion, my experience at the Centara Pattaya Hotel was far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend this establishment based on the issues I encountered. The subpar food, inadequate service, biased attitude of some staff members, guest demographics, cleanliness concerns, and inappropriate atmosphere for families all contributed to a disappointing stay. It did not live up to the standards one would expect from a hotel with a 4-star rating.

    Ok so this hotel is a bit far. But our itinerary was such it is a perfect spot for nearby experiences. Services can be a bit better - luggage pick up, faster check in, bathroom towels are few examples where they can improve. They did however help us by taking care of luggage by tagging n placing it in a secure spot, as we had to go for a day out which wasn't planned Food is not so much that you can expect from here. I mean I'd never recommend it anyway Overall it's a good stay.

    If you're into fantastic city views, then this hotel isn't for you. It's the type of hotel if your plan of a holiday is to sit by the pool and to enjoy a couple of cocktails soaking up the Thai sun. The staff are friendly and will do what ever they can for you.

    In my memory, this is where many noisy Indians stayed. My room, which used to be a connecting room, was noisy because of the Indian family staying next door. It is neither good nor bad in location. Next time I go to Pattaya, I won't stay here. NEVER

    Stayed here for the weekend and sadly would not come back. AC was off in every main hallway, lobby (perhaps this is normal?), but also the water was extremely hot in the room, that it was incredibly hard to take a proper shower. Parking spaces also ran out so we had to park at another location, although they had a van pick us up. It just felt as if it was once a good hotel that was not up to its usual standards anymore.

    Dissapointing. Good location but service poor. People were waiting for 2 hours or more after check in time to get their room. Pool bar was closed, but they did bring beers from inside on a sporadic basis. Failed to make up my room one night or clean it properly on the day they did.

    Unkind and confused before booking the hotel for a long stay, we went to eat and spend a couple of hours with friends, 4 people, after lunch we move to lie down on a sunbed near the pool, we are immediately joined by 3 guys from the hotel asking 700 baht for swimming in pool, but we don't want to swim, they say ok, you can stay, after 10 minutes we move from pool to garden, other three different guys came and said we can't stay in garden, garden is only for residents, we moved to another area near another pool, we ask before sit to a couple of guys they said ok we can sit but not swim, after 5 minutes the senior manager came and moved us from the pool 10 meters away because near the pool we couldn't stay. Incredible, everyone has a different plan, maybe they have to agree with each other. we wanted to book to stay a month but after this amazing experience all four of us decided not to book there

    Good location. Walking distance is 400m to beach side. Rooms were spacious. It was value for breakfast and services. There were many south Asia customers. Pool was a little small. What would u expect if the price was that attractive?

    Nice hotel, centrally located. 7 eleven, indian food, exchange shops are within walking distances. The staff are very polite and always smiling and give good guidance. I am specially impressed by Gigi at the reception. Very helpful young lady. Will recommend this hotel to friends.

    Room was clean and spacious at first; however, the bath room water was very yellowish; it was scary to use bath tub and we got pimple on our faces because of these not so clean water. Front desk staffs have very good manner. BUT ! My room was not even cleaned by housemaid despite the facts that I pushed the Make Up room bottom and there is no proper explanation from hotel staffs.

    The property is not maintained, it is equivalent to a 2 star property as 3 star properties are also much better than this. Washroom has many the leakages and it’s stinking…. Balcony door doesn’t have proper locks… housekeeping is available only one time during the day… if something spoils on the floor, wait for next day for housekeeping to clean it as that is what they reply…. Extra pillows are not available… baby safety is at risk and then don’t entertain any request for baby. Worst experience in Pattaya.

    I have stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago also which is why we chose to here again. But shocked to see hotel maintenance taken a big hit. I am still in the hotel. My room flush is not working. Despite repeated requests they could not fix it. Once it was repaired by 'senior service engineer', he left the whole pot area dirty. The wash basin is clogged. Pool is nice but the changing room stinks and water is logged in the shower cabins. We don't intend to stay here again.

    The hotel location is good, we book 2 nights upon checking they gave us free upgrade to a bigger room with bunk beds for kids, the pool is nice, but the staff at reception rude, one man I asked for extra cover he said they don't have and they have only roling bed and I have to pay extra money for it to get the cover 🤪. Today I came back to take my luggage from storage same rude man from reception says busy busy he don't even take time to see what I want then I just go and take my luggage myself from storage where no one is there to ask if its mine, and I go. I can't remember his name but there was only two man in reception one thai and one Indian, the Thai man was very rude no smile no time to answer you nicely I think need proper training in hospitality

😠 Actually this place rates a Zero star. Food is decent, but the overall experience made the food taste quite sour and positively horrible in the end.
