A elephant sanctuary like no others. Don’t expect to ride on elephant here, or doing circus to entertain you. Instead you are allowed to feed them, mud bath and washing them. A great experience spending time with elephant. The lunch was delicious too.

What an incredible and unique experience here - definitely a 5 star rating! We opted for the 1 hour feeding option instead of the 4 hour/halfway package which we were glad we did because the fun part of this whole experience is feeding the elephants! The staff are very friendly and made for a fun experience with the friendly giants. If you’re in any of their regions, this company is great! They even drove us back to the city when our Grab didn’t show up. Check out my photos for close ups!

Awesome experience! ❤️You’ll be able to interact with the elephants. They are harmless. You’ll enjoy feeding them. For the staffs, they are kind and approachable. Also the food that they prepared for us were tasty.

First time there and it was Amazing!! The elephants can roam freely and I really loved that. Their caregivers were so gentle with them. It was great learning about these beauties and I think they enjoyed the attention from us humans. The staff was great and the food was delicious. The mud bath and swim was an experience of a lifetime which I will absolutely treasure. At the end of the experience, there's a pleasant surprise. Overall, I would highly recommend. BTW, this sanctuary is fairly new, and the smallest

this was something i will always cherish and remember! i booked the half-day-afternoon package and it was simply wonderful. the pick up and drop-off went smoothly and the driver was on time. you get greeted and there are snacks and lots of water/coffee/tea you can habe for free, as well as other drink and snack options that are very reasonably priced. everyone there is super friendly and also offer to take pictures of you (in addition to the photographer, who also tales loads of great pictures), and encourage you to interact with the elephants. the elephants also seemed to be taken proper care of and are free to roam around, and are not forced to interact with the visitors which is very important. during the mud bath they also seemed to enjoy themselves, but definitely reapply your mosquito spray! (; the restrooms are also very clean and shampoo/shower gel is provided. the final lunch buffet was also very delicious!

We availed the elephant feeding. I think there are three schedules per available dates for elephant feeding. We had some issues with our private charter and we kindly ask them if we can move the schedule. The operator agreed for a minimal fee. The elephants are well taken care of and friendly! Staff are also friendly and nice! They frequently reminds you to wash your hands before feeding the elephants. The comfort rooms are also spacious and clean. As a side note, bring sunblock when you visit. It's quite hot in the area. Overall, this experience is unique and something I will remember for a long time! Recommended for all those who visit Thailand, especially Pattaya.

Amazing. You must go if you are in Pattaya. A bit expensive but hopefully the money goes towards rehabilitating the elephants. Wear a swimsuit and bring a towel and change of clothes. You play with the elephants, feed them, give them a mud bath, and then swim with them. Great experience.

This was one of the most fantastic experiences which I will treasure forever!! If I could give it 10 STARS I would. The Sanctuary houses rescue Elephants some of which have been severely abused. This business is self funding and relies on the support from vistors. The experience starts wich a brief information/education session which leads into an opportunity to feed the Elephants. Following this it's bath time where you have the opportunity to get really dirty while giving these beautiful creatures a mud bath. After this we all head to the water hole to wash off and cool down while having a good scrubb. This is followed by a wonderful Thai lunch and a some paper making (using Elephant dung). This is a very ethical experience and there was definitely NO RIDING ON, PERFORMING OR DRUGGED ELEPHANTS/ANIMALS (a very cruel and ignorant practice that some of the other parks in the area practice). The staff are unbelievable and very caring and kind to not only the Elephants but all animals that live there. They were very efficient and everything worked so smoothly from the booking, hotel pickup to the drop off (we were on a cruise and timing was critical). Again if I could give 10 stars I would. These guys need support from tourism to continue to operate so this is an absolute must on all points.

Absolutely amazing! You shouldn't ride elephants if you love them. If you want to spend time with those amazing creatures, you can go to elephant jungle sanctuary which has many places around Thailand. The one in Pattaya was brilliant. They teach you all about elephants and you get to feed, bath them...

They’ve just moved here for 3 months. Enjoy and immerse yourself with lovely elephant. Wonderful informative staff. I can tell that elephants live happily here. They do what they love, not what make human happy. Worth for a kid to learn to love elephant in the right way, not just having fun riding them or watching them kick football. Thank you

What a wonderful place. A good ethical sanctuary that stands by No Riding which is great. The staff are so friendly and calm, and you can tell they love the animals. The animals are treated with respect and the entire time I felt comfortable with everything that we were allowed to do with the elephants. The food served was 80% vegetarian and truly delicious. And the photos were great. I want to thank the sanctuary for an amazing experience and I hope future people pick this one over one when you ride elephants 💓🐘✌

I loved my time at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary. The facility is clean and new. The individual showers were great to have especially after playing in the mud and bathing the elephants. We got to get up close and personal with each elephant and learn about their history and the history of the sanctuary. I was fine paying the 2,500 because I know it went to a good place. They treat their elephants ethically and care about what they want vs having them perform for us.

Loved this place. Staff were kind and informative. We really enjoyed feeding and walking with Frank and his ‘nannies’. It is an ethical park that does not allow rides and thats the way it should be. The elephants are all rescued animals and absolutely adorable.

Each elephant has a trustworthy guide, no riding or carrying things (bad for their spine) They are well-fed and the organization makes sure they have all the nutrients they need by giving them elephant supplement and different kinds of foods It was a wonderful experience to show love and care to these gentle giants ♥️🐘

Amazing!! We were hoping to find an ethical sanctuary driving distance from Bangkok. This was so incredible for our family. The elephants are very loved and get to enjoy lots of freedom. They don’t force them to get in the water if they don’t want to and so on. This is connected with the sanctuary in Chang Mai, which we wanted to visit but only had the time and budget to stay in the Bangkok area. Our kids loved being in the mud and water with them.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Elephants here look very healthy and they can basically do what they want. The woman told us that if the elephants don’t want to go in the water, they wouldn’t push them. Which makes me very happy as a student animal care. They are very nice and respectful! Nice food, very clean and extremely nice caretakers. Would definitely recommend :)

This place is one of my most favorite in our Thailand itinerary. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed feeding and bathing the elephants. The staffs gave us plenty of time making friends with these gentle giants, they also taught us how to make paper using elephant poop. Truly amazing experience..

Excellent transport to and from accommodation - door-to-door. Delicious and generous lunch included. Excellent shower facilities on site. Overall, the tour was extremely well coordinated and good value. Highly recommend!

The best part of my stay in Thailand. The people here take very good care of these gentle giants. The experience was overall fun, insightful, and just wonderful. From the punctual pickup to the mud bath with the elephants, I'm very satisfied with our trip to the sanctuary. You should go there at least one time when you visit Thailand.

We did the morning 1/2 day experience and despite having to be up for 5AM it was well worth it. After feeding the elephants, there was a (very) muddy bath followed by a swim. The swim did turn into a bit of a water fight between the handlers, guests and elephants, great fun in all. There's a meal at the end with basic traditional thai food which wasn't too bad. Friendly staff and free photographers so would definitely recommend!

What a lovely experience. Elephants seem happy here. Thankfully they do not allow elephant riding. They get tons of food, and you get to scrub their skin with brushes which they seemed to love, and hangout with them (you get plenty of cucumbers and bananas to feed them!) The elephants have been rescued and seem well treated here. The elephants and the handlers seem to have a great relationship. Don't seem to force elephants if they're not comfortable with something. Didn't witness any prodding, poking or hitting of the animals. Oh and the lunch was quite good. I don't think I'll need dinner since I ate so much!

Best experience ever.. You feed the elephants, pat them and also take them on a walk before getting down and dirty in the mud.. They love mud massaged into their skin and the off to the lake to scan and wash it off... Loved the trip a must do in Thailand...

This is located in Sattahip Pattaya where in the activities here are feeding the elephants, bathing and play with em to muddy, with free Thai lunch and Karen clothes. At the end of this activity is showing how essential the poo of the elephant like turning it to mulberry paper which you can make a card on it.

Incredible experience!! Me and my partner decided to do the feed me program. Highly recommend!! The elephants will come up to you on their own choice. We were very lucky to have the feed me program all to ourselves which was lovely. The elephants seem very calm and enjoy the company of the trainers. It was amazing to get so close to these gentle giants. For those wondering about morality. I have travelled south east Asia for 4 months and have seen some horrific sanctuary’s. I am VERY PLEASED to say this is the best!! They treat the elephants with respect and not hitting the animals. The elephants free roam the sanctuary, guided only by food. We were told they have a pool a mud bath area and the animals seemed very happy. We were informed that the elephants are all rescues. One was rescued from abuse and so she is kept away from tourists so she can be in peace which I heavily respect! The others are handed over from the villagers that cannot afford to feed them any more. Saved from work and given the respectable was of life. The tour guide are very knowledgable and told us the history of all the animals including characteristics and what their diet and veterinary needs were. One tip, the location has changed revelry and so taxi apps like Grab or Bolt are not updated for the correct location. I would suggest getting the taxi to pick you up, then call the office to explain to the driver where you need to be taken. Would also suggest asking the driver to wait for you, you can do the experience within the hour, and getting a taxi from o pick you up on the old road will be hard. Over all 5/5. Clean and safe site. Happy and well kept elephants. Staff were incredible and loved our guide Yan and Kong for their info and the lift home when we were stuck 😎

I couldn’t go because of a last minute miss on our part (not preparing ourselves in advance for the long journey from Bangkok to Pattaya) - but 5 stars to Eve for her fantastic customer service. She is extremely prompt with email response and she even whatsapped me after and tried her best to help us. All at 8pm the night before our morning booking (we didn’t expect anyone to reply us let alone WhatsApp us that late). Sucks that we couldn’t go this time, but will definitely make it a point to visit their sanctuary in the future, whether in Pattaya or Chang Mai.

During our stay in Bangkok we made the trip out to the elephant sanctuary by private car. The ride out was arranged through the sanctuary. Our driver was super courteous, stopping often enough to keep the ride enjoyable. The sanctuary exceeded our expectations. We were happy to support a endeavor that does not exploit the elephants. The elephant handlers were great to interact with and the staff provided some education about the elephants. The provided lunch was delicious as well. The one disappointing part was their presentation about the elephant dung paper making. They explained the process and had a hands on for one part of it. We could have done with out it. Overall I would highly recommend visiting and supporting this sanctuary.

Best ever! Elephants are kept well, not forced to make anything they are not up to. We received information about the elephants (in general and "personal" of each of them present) plus been told how to be with them safely. We fed, mud washed and brush bathed the elephants witg great joy. The toilet and shower facilities are suitable and clean. The lunch was great tasting, plentiful with meals suitable for meat eaters and vegetarian both. Photos were taken during the day that we can find on their favebook page. Big Five Star!!!

This trip was amazing best day of our lives. Picked up and got to the sanctuary earlier than other guests so we had about 45 mins longer than most other people which was a bonus. The elephants were amazing and loved every second of just being around them. We fed them and touched and stroked them we were as close as close could be...if they didnt want to be touched they wouldnt allow it. We then took them for the mud and river bath and brush....that itself was amazing the staff were great fun covering everyone in mud then drowning you in the river after lol....we then showered off and had food. Food was fresh and lovely. We then fed the elephants again to say goodbye(Nanna )the guide was funny very informative and a very good guide. We then made paper out of the elephant poo which was a bonus activity and good fun....I can not recommend this trip enough. Once in a life time experience. Also the photographer took pictures all day which you can then take off facebook for free there were no asking for money tips etc it was just all about the elephants.....amazing!!!!!

It was my first time in a elephant sanctuary so I can’t really compare but from the experience I got I’m really glad I went there. The staff is super-friendly( as must Thai people anyhow) and the elephants are such gracious animals. We took a half day experience with feeding them, playing and wading them in the mud-pool. It was great fun. It also included a meal and they gave a tote bag as a gift. They also showed how they make paper out of elephant poop 😅. Recommend going in mining time (6:30 pickup from hotel) cause usually there are less people so you have more attention from the elephants 🐘 The same group has sanctuary’s also in Chang Mai ( most famous and biggest, with a lot of elephants) Phuket and ko Samui.

(Translated by Google) About 6:40 today, the staff of the Elephant Park (the guide of the reserve) drove to pick up and drop off. After shaking for about 20 minutes, we arrived at the Elephant Reserve. I was fortunate to hear from fellow travelers that this was the only protected area with a baby elephant, which added a little excitement. After arriving at the park, the staff enthusiastically greeted us for a short break. After drinking and drinking water, we saw the baby elephant slowly moving forward in the distance, and began the strange journey of the elephant and man traveling together today. At the beginning of the close-touch elephant experience, the child was still afraid to approach. Then the staff told the history and philosophy of the entire protected area in the teaching area, and after the precautions for the elephant feeding experience, the child began to let go of the fear. Heart, the three children excitedly interacted with the elephant holding bananas, gherkins and pineapples. After the elephant is full, the next step is the elephant health check. The staff carefully explained the simple health check items for taking care of the elephant on weekdays, and let visitors experience it for the record. After having eaten and checking the body, today's highlights officially came into play, helping the elephants wash the incense. The staff first issued a bunch of bananas to everyone, because the guide said-there is no food and no friends, the elephant will not follow you So everyone used bananas to guide the elephant to the elephant bath-mud wetland, happy to help elephants take a high-level mud bath; after doing a mud spa, we came to the large pool, one person, one water scoop and a plastic brush to help the elephant Scrub. Of course, after washing and brushing the elephant, change to bathing and washing yourself. After changing clothes, the staff presented simple and hot dishes, so you can have a full buffet, during which there was also a DIY teaching experience of Thai salad salad. After eating and drinking, the staff intimately gave each of them a short robe as a commemoration, and then we moved to the elephant waste paper craft classroom to experience the DIY elephant waste paper crafts. We told the Bye Bye time to the Elephant Sanctuary. The elephant baby came to the car kindly and said goodbye with everyone. Let us leave unforgettable memories in Pattaya. #Tickets are part of the provident fund to rescue elephants # Sincerely recommend everyone to experience # Don't ride the elephant to help the elephant bath more fun (Original)
