Checked in at room 608, the room is dirty and smell bad. Curtain has a lot of mold and stain. Light isn't working properly, Air-con has smell. Then changed to room 607, much better than the previous one, but still isn't clean. Cleaner didn't clean the room properly. Windows is dirty, Couch on a balcony has stain. Not recommended.

It was really a bad selection of Hotel for us. We made prior request for early check-in but still we couldn't get it and waited for long in the lobby along with our kid. We just went keeping our luggage in locker and checked-in in the evening. Room was so small and shower itself was inside the room, waited long for our luggage. Service was so poor and they don't even provide refill of tea, coffee and water. We have never seen this kind of attitude. No Indian food in Breakfast, however we checked before and they confirm that they do have it. The whole road was block due to work going on and it was all muddy. We stayed earlier in Centara Dubai and were so impressed and that is why we chose the same in Pattaya. But it was really a mistake and not recommended.

Good experience and outing. New experience and Learning with Centara as need to remember and show Membership each and every time. One has to follow and keep in mind. Room was ok, even though new hotel, still need to be more professional way to serve customers. Miles to go and achieve.

We checked in and had to leave after an hour, the smell is unbearable, the whole building and the rooms (we tried 2 different) have an awful drain smell. The guy helping with the bags stayed in the door waiting for some kind of tip after we had to bring our bags on our own. Difficult access and construction happening. Cold swimming pool. Avoid this place.

It's a good and decent hotel!!! The amenities are very good, they have a pool, a gym, steam room and an aquarium right in the middle of their restaurant!!!! The rooms are not as big as expected!! But they were neat and clean!! I liked their blue lights in the reception something unique!!! But we did have an issue with breakfast, as we couldn't find veg Indian food!! I advise them to kindly add them so many people travelling from India will not have a problem!! The hotel is right in the center of the city!!

The Centara Azure is a nice budget hotel in the city centre area and is in the middle of the many bars and clubs and just a few minutes walk from Walking Street. The rooms are small but nice, the in-room shower is a unique touch, and the hotel has a large restaurant on the main floor and a carpark underneath. Due to the location, at night you will hear noise and music from the bars so if you want a quiet stay, it's better to book further away. The map pin is actually on the opposite side of the road from the hotel.

Very disappointing !. Hall way dark with loose carpets. while my stay the hall way celling was demolished leaving dry wall all over the floor . The cleaning staff couldn't get to the room. So room was not cleaned for three days. Resembled a demolition site.The breakfast was sub standard . So difficult to even get a coffee. I just had to check out early. The front desk staff didn't ask why but they did say no refund. I did not ask for one nor did i complain as I just wanted to get out of there. What a complete let down this hotel was..

We enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable Reasonable room price Buffet breakfast was not bad... but not the best The elevators don't work properly. The pool is very big, well maintained, a pleasure to swim in. Restaurant staff were nice, friendly. Concierge was very helpful and friendly Reception staff didn't seem very welcoming but overall a pleasant stay.

Just stayed here for 2 weeks. Great location, clean, reasonably priced, but this hotel is no way 4 star. Pool is nice but it has limited room around it. It's shared with owner occupied condos. Food is average, better to walk outside and eat. Rooms are very small, and there is no separate bathroom. The shower and sink is in your room next to the bed. There is no laundry service but laundry close by. Staff are friendly and security is always present at the entrance. 3 Star at best.

The category it shows, doesn't match the service,room size and curtesy of staff... The worst experience I have had, especially with hospitality of the staff. Service: Highly disappointed by the rude and insensitive behaviour of staff. They do not even offer water to the guests neither at entry nor when requested. Amenities: Room size is not as per standard not it is so fancy to claim the star property. pool only shown with slide but isn't functioning. Food: Awful taste of almost everything.

A great place to live, nice location amd friendly staff excelt for the dreaded office lady who takes money for bills. Never smiles and never happy. Customer service is not her forte lol. Only have to deal with her once a month so no big deal.

Perfect spot. Ideal amenities. Restaurant is picturesque along with the pool. It's a tad pricey the restaurant though compared to others nearby but don't let that deter you for quality. Room was spacious. Bed was comfy. TV had screen mirroring available as well.

I was really into the fish tank in the middle of their restaurant but what was really good was the food. The rooms are clean and the beds comfy. Trust the concierge prices because they are actually cheaper than trying to do it on your own or looking through booking sites. Had a great stay. Would recommend.

The room was very comfortable, and clean. The staff was very cheerful and helpful. We enjoyed excellent food. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely like to visit again.

Used to be my go to place in Pattaya but I will never return. Staff were useless at getting the basics right (putting fresh towels in the room daily, minor items not being replaced etc) despite me asking every day for it to be done. The pool area is slippery and dangerous, the advertised slides are roped off, the steam room wasn’t open, and construction dust from the roadworks covers all the balcony daily and gets tracked into the rooms. I appreciate that roadworks aren’t their fault but they don’t even try to clean it, they’ve given up. Won’t return.

The room is of a good quality but the air-conditioning was very noisy and hadn't been serviced for goodness knows how long. As a result I got a nasty chest infection which was very slow to go. The other negative is the noise from the bars on Soi Boomerang. They open until 4:00 and the make a heck of a disturbing racket.

Great hotel services and facilities! Started with good service by a wonderful surprise of an early check in. Gave me an extra 3 hours of early check in when i entered the hotel. And an even better discount of 15% for my first dining bill. When i checked in to the hotel, they gave me 2 keycards and proper instructions of all the facilities and ameneties. Greeted with another phone call to my room asking me is anything up to standard and i can always call them 24/7 if any problem arises. Room is equipped with enough ports for charging, direct HDMI port to hook up my laptop/Nintendo Switch/mobile phone to the flatscreen tv. A standard 2 bottles of water 1 of them already chilled inside the refrigerator and a balcony for amoking with astray equipped! Seperated room for toilet bowl and the shower allowing a comfort of bathing and using the toilet. Big and comfy bed.

Nice place, some good deals, and central location

Ok, if you’re doing Pattaya on a bit of a restrained budget, this is your go-to place to stay. For what you get, the Centara Azure Hotel represents very good value for money. It’s not 5 star and doesn’t claim to be but for the price (Nov 2023) it’s good. The rooms are smaller than average but at the end of the day they are clean and ample. The room we had incorporated the shower and hand basin into the main room with a small toilet off. Everything worked as it should and the bed was very comfortable. The food at breakfast was good and served in a nice bright airy room with a giant aquarium as its centrepiece. A variety of foods for varying tastes were available and plentiful. If there was one thing to criticise it would be that a very beautiful pool could benefit from a better cleaning regime. The water wasn’t as clear as it could be and perhaps this is something they would look at going forward. The area is central and provides many small local bars and various other amenities. Household slippers are not provided in the rooms but for the price charged, this is not a problem. One word of advice, when checking in, you will be required to provide a THB1,000 deposit. This can only be done in cash and a card won’t be accepted. All staff were very helpful and are a credit to this great budget WITH frills hotel. Represents very good value for money in my opinion. Certainly worth looking at.

Anyone wishing to stay at the Centara azure hotel please be aware. They advertise having a steam room and a sauna. If these are important for your stay please be aware that the steam room has been closed for around three months now for “maintenance “. With no signs of being fixed. The sauna is now also not working correctly and the temperature is far too low. In spite of repeated requests to management to sort out these problems nothing seems to be happening to resolve these issues. They also have slides with waterfalls at both ends of the pool but the waterfalls are rarely put on and as such no water comes down the slides making using them a waste of time. Such a pity that the management can’t manage as when things work it’s a great place to stay.

Today aircon in the gym is preset and locked at 25.5°c that is very warm during exercise. When you jogging in the gym, it's like jogging in outdoor gym. So warm! Can't run for even 5 mins.

The room is so small but the bed is very comfortable. Kids love the pool and slides.

Well, the hotel is awesome and in the best location. The beach is around 200m and the walking street is around 400m from the hotel.

Very small family room, otherwise OK. Not a typical family hotel we are used to. Water slides partly worked. Poolbar not operational. All outside facilities not looked well maintained

Hotel is near everything...The staff is very nice and everyone is very polite. I really enjoy this hotel and I love staying in Pattaya Thailand. Pattaya is a beautiful city and I recommend it highly!

Great location. Nice pool. It’s however impossible to get any sleep here. The walls are paper thin so your hear the other rooms all night and cleaning crew starts at 9 am super loud.

I give review Staff and this hotel 5 Star I come for vacation family. All staff Security, Staff Waitress , Reception, bell boy , Housekeeping very nice 👍 and friendly all smile. The girl work waitress play with my daughter lovely. And security guy help me find the taxi. THE WORST CENTARA HOTEL EVER! Their staff exist for check in and check out only. Other than that, their Behavior is like "none of my business". I ended up check in and check out in the same day.

In Pattaya, 3 star with economy price is acceptable. Always good to book directly, you will get better price!

Stop at this hotel and the centara group about 10 times. Nice to be back.. same faces very friendly staff, pool is lovely and long, great facilities, big TV big bed 4 pillows, very comfy. Very clean..good size rooms.. great location.. The only down side to my stay is this hotel had a cut through in-between the apartments and there other hotel centara avenue. Now there is a door in between. U can get through the door but you can't get back through it, as u need relevant key card, which is a pain fir me as my wash lady is up that ally and I drink up there too on lk metro, please rectify that hotel guest can use that door. As my understanding u are all part same group.. I will end up at centara avenue instead. Then I got no door to get through... it would be a 5 rating

Interesting blue underwater themed hotel Had a huge room facing the pool. Breakfast had a delicious spread of food. Clean and comfy bed. Only minor issue was the placement of the toilet and shower area. Shower is also open air concept which was a little strange. Location of hotel is great too, considering it is next to a mall with cinema.

Stayed there one night and then came back after a couple of days for another night. The staff are very helpful, friendly and speak English well. Had an awesome time by the pool. The restaurant isn’t the best and is expensive but the location is very close to mall and the beach so you can a lot of choice. The pool is one of the largest in Pattaya and is little away from the night life yet super close. It’s perfect for a family or bachelors. They also have parking.
