humiliating experience. screams, screams and screams, doors slamming and girls drunk until 4am from the room 1507 across from mine, I was in room 1502 on the fifth floor. At first I didn't give much importance, but after 9 nights in this condition, I politely asked if I could change the room to another floor. Incredibly, the girl at the front desk showed no interest in my discomfort, in fact she made me feel like I was the problem complaining about some noise, and change the rooms many time was not good. (What does such a sentence mean? I still can't understand it now). I have always considered the staff of this hotel to be very polite and professional, but this girl has deeply disappointed me with her bad attitude, difficult to comment on. She immediately told me if I wanted another room I could go to the second floor, this was not a problem for me, but I thought it was at least a decent room, instead I found myself in an unclean room, the bed was full of small dead ants, the blankets smelled like that room hadn't been open in months but the worst thing was in front of the window exactly 3 meters away i had a building with 2 windows looking into the room and bathroom basically it was like being walled up in the room, i had no view and no i couldn't even open the curtains, i think it was the worst room in the whole hotel, basically it was like being locked inside in a basement and i think that room was never even assigned to anyone , given the dust present, the musty smell of the sheets and the dead ants ... honestly I have never felt so humiliated and mortified in my entire life, considering that I have been a customer of this hotel for several years, I was really very mortified. I wanted to leave but the girl at the reception with a really snooty attitude told me that I would not receive any refund. So I kept the room and went to sleep in another hotel. Too bad because my check out scheduled for March 12 took place regularly, but I would have had to return in Pattaya on March 20 and stay until May 7, or about 48 nights, now unfortunately I will have to look for a different accommodation.

Staff took my vn residents card when photocopying passport and didn't give it back. Realized on way to airport. Called Staff and confirmed they had it at reception. Not only did they fail to notify me during stay or at check out, or in the two succeeding weeks despite having all my contact details, but they also made up a story that i had intended to leave it there. Total rubbish. Room was fine. Very noisy from nearby clubs outside. May help to get room on opposite side to club street

Just left this hotel and got charged for a towels that they claimed I took, I honestly was surprised because they claimed I took multiple towels when I did not. The receptionist had my friend waiting for 5 minutes while she was on her personal cell phone and never looked up at him. Also, they claim to be a 4 star hotel yet they petty with the ice service to room , charging you for that service and after their key card kept not working and we had to keep asking the front desk to reactivate the card nightly. Definitely not worth staying again. Customer service was below average.

Staff were always friendly. This is the second time we stayed here. They always photocopy your passport to the room you check in. Their brekky bar is open early in the mornings around 7am which is good as everything else doesn't open till around 10/11am-ish. Will cost about 300baht. They have a pool at the top with great views. Very sunny on hot days though so always wear sunscreen. The other building is currently getting renovated but it used to be a nice bar area. The location is right next to Honey1 if you ever need to give instructions to the driver..even if they can't speak much english, they can always understand this for some reason. Definitely a good location if you are single considering what is around it. This place is also really close to the Night Bazaar if you want to do some bargain shopping.

Negative: - Tiny rooms and a very tight bathroom. No space to put your luggage. - "Fake" double beds. It is really two smaller beds pushed together. I kept on falling between the beds. Very uncomfortable. - Squeaky door. I expected better for this type hotel. - Most of the sun beds near the pool is located in the sun, but they're too hot to use during the day. No shade. - Parts of the hotel is somewhat worn down. - A little annoying that the hotel is split into two different buildings that you have to walk in and out of to use it's facilities. - Not worth the price. - The staff in the reception is very professional, but seems very unexperienced. - No view to enjoy from the room, straight into the next building. - For those that are disabled or using a wheelchair, there's no way you get to the room or the pool. Even though they have made the entrance quite accessible for wheelchairs, so it's a little ironic. - The breakfast is not worth it at all. You'll better skip it. Positive: - The beds are very soft. - Good choice of TV channels in the room - The swimming pool is open until 10 pm. - There's a bar at the pool with very good service. - Also the lighting in the pool is quite nice in the evening. - There's also a sauna and a gym. I will most likely not come back again as there's better options.

I was very happy to stay at this hotel over the Songkran holidays. It's a 10min walk to the beach, however, to my surprise it's a 1min walk from the Tree Town market which comes alive at night and that was absolutely epic! Otherwise, the facilities are relatively well maintained and I was happy with my room which had a very nice bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the TV had a couple of sports channels to watch including UFC fight night. With that being said, the rooms are not insolated for sound, and the gym could be better, however, considering the price, location, and convenience, I'd give it 5 stars.

So to answer the first question, would I stay here again? Yes I would. The Acqua Hotel is located right behind Tree Town Market and has 2 buildings, one main and one secondary. Keep in mind that only the main building has a pool of the 7th floor. Soi Buakhao is just 2 minute walk away with loads of bars and restaurants so food and entertainment is really easy to access. You also might want to notice that you will be hearing music until the bars closes in this hotel, which now is no big problem, since the bars usually close at 23:00. The standard room is too small for my liking with the bed taking up the majority of the room. Bathroom is very spacious and well maintained. You can park your motorbike or car down below which is nice because it is protected from rain and sun. I paid 1000B for the standard room which is OK, it also has a small balcony for the smokers out there. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the reception is on duty 24h. Internet connection is also good with 50mbps down and 40mbps down. 5he pool is located on the 7th floor of the main building as well as the gym, which is a little better that you would expect. For 1000B it is OK and I would stay here again.

I absolutely love and will recommend this hotel to anyone. It's in a prime location for easy access to the night life and beach. It's just a few minutes drive from the bus terminal. Four starts why? Because you need to be careful when walking near the pool especially if you're barefoot. Apart from that, I will definitely want to stay at that hotel on my phone next visit.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is pretty good, and the overall cleanliness of the room and the place is good. The room is a little small, but it is very comfortable. However, the central location also means that until 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning, you can still hear music from nearby bars. Nevertheless, the room provides great value, and breakfast is included, which is a bonus. The staff here is friendly and helpful. On the top floor of the building, there is a pretty good-sized swimming pool, a bar, and a gym. It's very nice during the day to relax in the pool and read by the poolside. This is definitely a great addition to our stay.

Room is on the smaller end but very modern for what the price is. The hotel is right in front of a lot of bars so get a room as far as possible preferably in the other building. 5 Minutes walk to the beach. About a 20 minute walk to the walking street.

Book way in advanced. Was looking forward to staying here for the space that was offered, unfortunately, they were unable to confirmed the booking for us months later, that ruined our plans and the time we took to do research on this place.

I'm not sure there are any better non beachfront hotels in the area. Five star service, modern, well appointed rooms, fitness room and pool. The location is as good as it gets. Soi honey (1 minute) Treetown short path (1 minute), Soi Buakow (2 minutes). Check out the Captain's Bar on Soi Honey for 99 thb English breakfast, and 220 thb roast beef dinners! Can't go wrong!

Regular room is compact but cosy. Cool layout that balcony and bathroom is see through, with curtains for privacy. Gym, sauna, roof top pool with bar and decks, nice place to chill.

Get a room in the main building or far from the bars, else noise can be heard till 2am. Bed is comfortable and staff is friendly. Shower is powerful but the furnishing is starting to show it's age

Was ok. Just be careful if you want to walk around to find food. The sewer smell will make you want to vomit. Grab a cab out of the backstreet where the hotel is located.

I had to spend 35 minutes at midnight looking for earplugs because the hotel did not provide them despite the the pounding neighboring music. No excuse this is just bad customer experience. 1 star. (reception told me to go to the local pharmacy which was sold out).

Little lower score on the room since it’s a bit small and the restroom shower can’t contain the water within but everything else has been good. The staff are friendly, housekeeping lady always smiles and doorman…we’ll always kindly opens the door. The location and price makes sense.

This is a jewel of a place situated in the middle of the main attractions like LK metro and Tree town, all within walking distance, far enough away not to be bothered by loud music and lights. Rooms were clean internet was fast and reliable, enjoyed my 8 day stay and really enjoyed the pool and the air conditioned workout room. Give this place a look it was worth the money

Very good service but it is a little bit far from the beach like 15 minutes walk.

Good hotel to stay in Pattaya.. But you have to go through an alleyway to reach the place.. Very near to the night market.. Rooms vere very good.. There are 2 towers, but swimming pool is in one of them, and cant be accessed directly from the other tower.. Breakfast was great.. Overall, a very good, budget friendly place to stay in Pattaya..

Forgot about picking up my laundry and no person around at shop to help me as was traveling very early in the morning…. Reception staff went out of their way to get it for me at 22.15pm . 💯 % so happy 👍

A nice 3+ star hotel although I would not rate it as 4 star. It's very close to Treetown so you need to be aware of the bars being open to 2am or later as it could be noisy. A very nice fruit tray on my last day.

Room every clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent with a lot of choices. However, room also very small and door to bathroom inconvenient. Tiny amount of shower gel And room not sufficiently isolated against outside noise.

From the entrance on it's was Superior Service with a smile that was genuine. Helpful and thoughtful. The hotel breakfast buffet, happiness to my stomach. Finishing with the rooftop pool. It's my go to place to stay.

The beds are firm and the superior room was a bit small but for the price it was ok. At night the loud noise from the nearby bars can be heard up until closing.

  • 2/5 rajesh babu s. 1 year ago on Google
Given superior room is not upto the mark..no response from receptionist..early check-in and early check-out is for publicity only...after arriving the hotel, they asked to wait saying no availability..no temporary room is alloted to get freshed. Many hotels are available with less price

  • 3/5 Rashi J. 1 year ago on Google
Pros: -Walking distance from Pattaya beach, mall and restaurants -Friendly housekeeping staff -Budget friendly -Room facilities Cons -Superior rooms are small and cramped -Wall behind the bed had food stains -Not a good choice for people looking for a nice balcony view. -Washroom floor gets flooded while taking shower

Clean room & friendly staffs. Loud music from the bars at night until 2am on Saturday. But, what did I expect? I'm just saying this hotel is not for workation or chilling with silence (Same thing to the hotels around this area)
