Great location just across the street from the beach and a swimming area. The pool is good and very family friendly. Catered well for Christmas dinner with a buffet and band when we visited but each night has a band outside by the street just across from the Hard Rock Cafe. Shop inside has good deals. Rooms are quite spacious but not very well sound proofed for a hard rock. We rented a Fender Strat and Mustang to play which was nice but the headphones supplied were awful and took away from the fun and also drove my other half crazy cause buts of them fell off all over skin when playing. Would I chose to come again. Possibly but there are other great hotels around Pattaya. Just depends what you’re looking for.

Had access to the Rock Royalty Lounge. Delicious food and drink served in the evenings, with basic snacks throughout the day. The staff really did treat us like royalty. Breakfast was very impressive. Great selection and the quality well above the norm. The waiting staff were efficient and attentive. Plenty of loungers by the pool and we also used the gym. Clearly, the management team of this hotel have done an amazing job in cultivating a professional, efficient and friendly ethos among all the staff. We look forward to staying here again.

On our the first visit everything was perfect (services, staffs, food, room, swiming pool) except for the slow checkout process. I took a survey and let the hotel know about the issue. On our second visit we got our room free upgraded which we are very appreciated. Also there was a noticeable improvement on checkout process speed which make this visit very impressive in every way. We will certainly keep revisiting Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya.

This is an amazing hotel right on the beach road in Pattaya. Staff know you by name and have a high level of service. Rooms are well appointed and quiet with all you need. The restaurant and the large pool area are amazing. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and there is beach road access right in front of the pool. Plenty of parking and fun for the whole family. Only thing g I'd change is the 4k baht cash deposit they wanted. Surely the can put a credit card hold for 4k or something else instead.

Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Rock & Roll vibe. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff service is nice. Facilities are also good: swimming pool is fun. Air conditioning is difficult to control the temperature. Room is always cold or very cold. Only issue.

Hotel located just across the street from the beach right in downtown Pattaya.. good size pool, with kids pool, breakfast variety is good, they have three restaurants and a pool bar. And live band in the evening. Expected louder music by the pool yet it was so quiet. Staffs are friendly. We picked a guitar to play during our stay, they have some fender strat’s and fender mustang sound pedal and it didn’t play too badly.. The room is quite spacious with a good size bathroom and a couch. Water pressure is strong. A good edition would be a few USB plugs in the room.. The hotel keep it quite secure with security guards at front and rear entrances but once inside you don’t need to swipe the cards to use the elevators..

First time staying in a Hard Rock Hotel. First day was amazing fun, mainly kids games around the pool, but was nice to watch. Rooms small but comfortable, breakfast is quality over choice. But the staff make this worth staying, very friendly and seem to enjoy their work.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you get a chance. Fabulous location on Beach Road Pattaya. Facilities second to none. Super efficient and helpful staff. Rooms immaculate, and views superb. Easy and quick checking in/out process. If you're looking for a little bit of luxury, this is it, you won't regret it.

2nd time this year stayed and once again such a superb place to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean and the 2 bed is fully stocked. Pool awesome. Location awesome. Breakfast/food awesome. What really makes it is the staff. Everyone from the parking to check in to waiting staff to pool staff to room cleaners are just fantastic. Here with the kids and they love it. Will be back again and highly highly recommend this hotel. Great work!

Stayed at the Hard Rock for 2 weeks. Why? Be ausr it is awesome! What other hotel gives you a guitar for your room. The service is tip notch... Sarah at the Tours / Limousine section in the lobby has a wealth of Pattaya knowledge and gladly assists everyone. Also... beds are super comfy! Highly recommended!!!

Unbeatable location. The beach is just across the street. Walking distance to Central Festival Pattaya. Large swimming pools for the whole family to enjoy. Rooms were just renovated. Compact size but equipped with all amenities you need for a cozy stay. Friendly and attentive staff.

It is alright. My first time to stay with Hard Rock and I love it. View is nice and facility is top of the line. This is a famous spot and we are at a famous hotel. What else can you ask for more? Everything is nice here. And I recommend you try as well.

Hotel is a bit dated, rules are very strict for Covid which is nice but also annoying. We were required to take an antigen test to get in and we stayed for two nights and then checked out and were no longer welcome to stay at the pool after checkout. We were told that we had to pay 50 dollars, so we left. Overall very cool place to stay but the rooms are a bit dated. Everything was clean but not everything seemed to open due to Covid the lounge was closed. All in all this resort is a bit overpriced for what you get I find. Cool for a night or two but wouldn’t go back for sure.

Amazing room great pool, we had a 2 bed suite which had 4 balconies with great views. Breakfast was nice enough but could have been better when compared to other 5 star hotels in Thailand, free fruit and a birthday cake was delivered for our son which was nice, Room had a full kitchen but lacked a bottle opener and no iron or ironing board. A few basic tweaks and it would be 5 star.

Nice hotel situated at the heart of Pattaya beach. Stayed there for one week and it was enjoyable. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Really like the swimming pool, great size! I initially said they don't cater for vegans but having stayed there again for the last three days I have now changed my mind. I had breakfast included this time and there was plenty of things to choose from. They even made me some vegan Pad Thai which was nice but not what I would normally eat for breakfast. They have fruit, brown bread for toast, cereal and there is warm soya milk. Salad bar plus a few other things, potatoes etc. I'm sure they would veganise any of the dishes if asked, just a shame they don't dedicate anything on their menus. Staff were really friendly and they remembered me from last time. Make sure you pay the room deposit with cash as it took nearly a month to get the refund back last time. Cool hotel, I would stay there again.

This is my happy place. The bed here hugs you, the customer service is excellent but my favorite part is renting a cabana by the pool (reasonably priced) and just relaxing all day. The pool is always clean and I enjoy the food and which I can order directly from the Bar crew. I notice that this hotel makes sure to provide entertainment for families and love watching the pool activities the children participate in.

Amazing pool setting! What’s even better is we’ve got the incredibly friendly and hilariously staff Bryan!🤩 He delivered the best pool & drinks service I’ve ever had in my trips. He’s very good at integrating banters and laugh into his professional service. Friends and I had a lot of great laugh with him during his service. I’m already looking forward to coming back for his service. Ask for Bryan when you order drinks at the pool!!❤️❤️❤️

Things going for this hotel: 1. Perfect location right on Beach Rd (and very nice ocean view from room so make sure to book one of those) 2. Great pool with full size 🏀 hoop! 3. Family friendly with ongoing games poolside with prizes (my son won a Hard Rock Pattaya pool float playing 🐍 and 🪜!) 4. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very prompt service all around. 5. Good breakfast buffet (mix of Thai + Western options). Had a great time, thank you!

The room is great. However, the service needs to be improved. I got food poisoning in the middle of the night, called the reception and they informed me that they had no household medication provided for guests. The only option they provide is to send someone to retrieve my money. They will buy medicine for me from the convenience store. For other parts of service they are quite alright. The hotel is across from the beach.

They made us feel very welcome. Especially the wonderful lady Rose in the VIP concierge office. She's amazing! We also had to extend our trip and stay at the hotel due to a friend being injured. No he was not injured at the hotel. Rose was able to extend our stay and able to let us keep our rooms that we had. If you get the chance to stay here it's a good place to relax. If you going to stay make it worthwhile get the VIP. And then stop by and meet Rose and Mew

It was excellent because the lady in front desk, name I don't know was very friendly and felt me like as I was in home. I stayed in Room No 409 but one thing I disliked it that they were charging 500 bhats for whole day as visitors or guest charges even thought I was occupying double bed which I think is unfair practice. I had been to Pattaya on many occasions but even low budget hotel doesn't adopt this unfair practice. However rest apart food was excellent, Room service were up to mark. Overhaul experience 4 star and in my next visit in April'23 I will book this hotel again. Requesting management of this hotel to wave visitors charges as this time I will book for 2 adults.

Nice hotel although the price is quite high for the quality of the food and room. Service was good, no complaints. We had a problem with toilet flush sensor and the room door was not sound proof. You can hear people talking in the hallway so clearly.

Best five star property on beach road. Well maintained and luxurious hotel. Breakfast options are really good. Rooms and service is also great. Pool area and pool size is also very big. Recommended this property for peaceful stay.

A very solid hotel option Rooms were great, comfortable and serviced well, the mini bar was super cheap. Breakfast was an amazing selection, they knocked this out of the park, western, Thai and Chinese. The pool was great, there were activities you could get involved with if you want. The pool bar had lovely staff, very friendly, chatty etc. The only downside was the Hard Rock Cafe at the back of the hotel at night. It was insanely highly priced, I'd recommend they look to provide discounts for guests given beers are more expensive than the pool bar.

The hotel is nice. Rooms are a good size if somewhat basic and could benefit from a referb. Beds were comfortable and the mini bar is a reasonable price. There is a good breakfast buffet with a wide selection. Pool area is the real highlight of this hotel. Pool and the pool bar were excellent. Would stay again

Nice pool facility and breakfast but the rooms are big letdown and outdated. I can understand the themed decoration but basic room amenities are not good. The TV screen and Aircon are from ancient era.

First time try staying in Hard Rock hotel and not surprised how they could maintain the brand until this day!!! There are many small small decoration things to appreciate like guitar embroidery on the pillow with the guitar-theme fablic blanket, b-side spare tissue paper and QR code for shower song, on demand movie!!! Been here for Pattaya Fireworks 2023, West wing room (high floor) is with the best view to watch firework-front view from the windows!!!! My room is on 7th floor... but u need to book like 1+ year in advance

First time stay at Hard Rock Hotel, you didn't disappoint me. I feel so relax at this resort, original stay for a night, again we have extend our stay to two nights. Their breakfast full of variety with reasonable price, i love after breakfast heading to poolside playing water basketball, this is so much fun!! Hard Rock staff are so friendly, from room service, breakfast area and also front office include operator. Hotel is central located easy access to main beach and shopping mall.

Almost every activity at the pool costs THB 100-200 per person. Kids club is not free either. The staff were very nice and friendly.

I’ve been here a few time but for me I feel good even hotel is long time but still not old and also room is good and staffs are friendly and nice. If you want to go out and eat I suggest you better eat the hotel the food is good and the price is reachable. For sure I will come back again

I can't say enough about my stay here. The staff and the experience was just out of this world. Clean rooms, great food, Great location across from the beach. Spent a lot of time at the pool, and was impressed with everyone's ability to speak English and the food and the drinks. They only drop back is that the pool is not heated and neither are the Jacuzzi's.

Good location at end of street. Rooms are good but small compared to other Thailand hotels Found staff to be a little snobbish Although checkin time is 2 pm , we got only 1 room at 4pm and second at 5pm. To makeup for this they said we could checkout late .. But it is of no use as we had to leave for other place at 10am Breakfast spread is good , but can be improved by adding more options in vegetarian / vegan Hope they start the foam party soon

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in mid of April 2022. It is one of the amazing hotel with great food, ample space, big swimming pool, near to the beach, food / beverages prices were nominal keeping standard of hotel in mind, hotel staff was so well manarred. Evening live music at cafe was cherry on top. We stayed in Deluxe city view room, it was decent size room with balcony and normal gadgets found in every hotel, one thing which annoyed was that there was no cupboard to keep clothes. Overall it was an amazing experience. Do give it a try.

A wonderful stay here. Would give 5 Star rating if not cause of the blackout a few minutes after checking in at night. Need to wait for a few minutes before the power back on. Given a big room but 2 single bed mergers into one. The food is good but limited choices. A nice pool. Near the beach, a 2-minute walk. 7Eleven shop, a foot massage and a motorcycle rental just opposite the hotel entrance. Easy access to public transport.

When the hotel returns to ‘full operation’ it will get 5 Stars. But for now, 2 years into Covid and hopefully finally emerging from it, they are doing a wonderful job. Staff, facilities, rooms, and restaurant were exemplary. The only things missing were the fabulous ’BBQ Nights’ & Foam Party. The kids were running around having a great time & the pool was amazing. We had 1 issue when checking in, but it was corrected immediately; that’s real service. For the price, this is a great place to spend your holiday.

Complete expectation failure! The wife and I drove 5 hours to our Hard Rock love to find an absolute joke of....uh....er....a Karaoke Band Rental 2 person band that was playing ELEVATOR MUSIC! Mic-ed through a china 10" speakers with LED lighting. This is a complete disgrace to the theme of Hard Rock. We canceled and left in shock. Never to return.

Halal food was provided in the hotel menu. They separated halal kitchen. The price was a bit expensive, but worth for quality. Hamburger was very tasty, high quality beef patty, charcoal buns and cheese would make you mouthwatering. Som tam was also great, a bit spicy in authentic taste. The atmosphere was great. The staffs were very nice.

Great experience! The hotel was very diligent about sanitizing and cleanliness. All the staff was kind and super helpful! Probably our best experience at a hotel in Thailand so far, pushed over the edge by the attentiveness and kindness of the staff!!

If you're into beach views, then this is the hotel for you. The pool is amazing and great for children and adult entertainment. It's perfectly situated in the middle of beach road, so wherever you wished to go, you're never too far away from it.

Not the best hard rock but great pool! Good location, very near Pattaya Beach. Halal food available but limited choice. Zamzam restaurant (halal) is closed during my visit.

This place Rocks (pun intended). From the moment I entered the property the staff was extremely friendly and outgoing. They would crack jokes with me allowing their personalities to shine. The property is conveniently located right on Pattaya beach and is walking distance to everything. Even with COICE restrictions in place there was plenty to do on property. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I always stay at the Hard Rock when visiting Pattaya. Broke a room and you will not regret it. Thanks again!

The room was sold to me by Eve, who arranged for someone to show me the rooms and offered me a discount plus a free upgrade. Eve was very professional and friendly and a great sales person. All other reception staff members were friendly, quick, and professional as well. I was particularly impressed by the responsiveness on Line and how easy it was to communicate with the hotel while I was out. Excellent customer service. An example of excellent service: I was given a coupon for a free pizza. I expected a small pizza slice of low-quality since it was free. I was pleasantly surprised when I was handed a large carton of hot and delicious pizza. I asked the staff via Line to order a pizza from the restaurant for me as I won't be back at the hotel before the restaurant closes. I told them they could prepare the pizza whenever they close and just leave it in my room and that I was OK with eating cold pizza later. When I returned to the hotel, the reception staff had already waited for me and I was given a carton of fresh HOT pizza. This is a great example of going the extra mile and providing excellent customer service. I was genuinely impressed as it is rare to find service like that in Thailand. The only negative part of my stay was that the building next door has an extremely loud aircon unit, so chilling on the balcony in some parts of the hotel is not possible. Try to to ask for a room in the left part of the building when facing the beach, then you should be fine. This hotel is very FAMILY FRIENDLY and perfect if you have small children who need to be entertained all day. As an adult traveling to Pattaya, it is nice to see many young couples and families rather than single men with young ladies roam through the hotel and lounge at the pool.

This is the place to be! Everything is top class. The bed is so comfortable, there was no noice. There is even a little music player in your room, everything is thought threw the theme just blows you away. They upgraded our room and we got a complimentary pizza which was so yummy. There is a actual movie channel with all the newest movies on... The pool is so lovely don't know what to say else about this place except get yourself here and rock on and see for yourself.
