The
room
was
sold
to
me
by
Eve,
who
arranged
for
someone
to
show
me
the
rooms
and
offered
me
a
discount
plus
a
free
upgrade.
Eve
was
very
professional
and
friendly
and
a
great
sales
person.
All
other
reception
staff
members
were
friendly,
quick,
and
professional
as
well.
I
was
particularly
impressed
by
the
responsiveness
on
Line
and
how
easy
it
was
to
communicate
with
the
hotel
while
I
was
out.
Excellent
customer
service.
An
example
of
excellent
service:
I
was
given
a
coupon
for
a
free
pizza.
I
expected
a
small
pizza
slice
of
low-quality
since
it
was
free.
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
when
I
was
handed
a
large
carton
of
hot
and
delicious
pizza.
I
asked
the
staff
via
Line
to
order
a
pizza
from
the
restaurant
for
me
as
I
won't
be
back
at
the
hotel
before
the
restaurant
closes.
I
told
them
they
could
prepare
the
pizza
whenever
they
close
and
just
leave
it
in
my
room
and
that
I
was
OK
with
eating
cold
pizza
later.
When
I
returned
to
the
hotel,
the
reception
staff
had
already
waited
for
me
and
I
was
given
a
carton
of
fresh
HOT
pizza.
This
is
a
great
example
of
going
the
extra
mile
and
providing
excellent
customer
service.
I
was
genuinely
impressed
as
it
is
rare
to
find
service
like
that
in
Thailand.
The
only
negative
part
of
my
stay
was
that
the
building
next
door
has
an
extremely
loud
aircon
unit,
so
chilling
on
the
balcony
in
some
parts
of
the
hotel
is
not
possible.
Try
to
to
ask
for
a
room
in
the
left
part
of
the
building
when
facing
the
beach,
then
you
should
be
fine.
This
hotel
is
very
FAMILY
FRIENDLY
and
perfect
if
you
have
small
children
who
need
to
be
entertained
all
day.
As
an
adult
traveling
to
Pattaya,
it
is
nice
to
see
many
young
couples
and
families
rather
than
single
men
with
young
ladies
roam
through
the
hotel
and
lounge
at
the
pool.
