Very good location. The pool is amazing. Breakfast is delicious. The price is affordable. The room is old fashioned but clean. Wifi is rather annoying as it asks to keep logging in. Staff is friendly.

Downgrading to 2 stars from 5 due to reception staff not being able to accommodate simple requests. Quoted prices almost double that of online sites when approached directly.

It was the only hotel that checked me in at 3 am without prior reservation. The staff is totally friendly the room and the bathroom were really clean. You can see it's an old hotel from the design but for a cheap 3 star hotel it was perfect they really helped. I advise everyone to book in it if you are on a tight budget.

The hotel is good in terms of cleanliness and hospitality. Breakfast was free for me, but not much option with foods. Daily we had to have only bread, rice, chicken, chicken sauce, juice. Worst thing is, the key of room was of poor quality and it broke for that he had to have too much harrasment of getting another key. Overall as per price, hotel is worth to stay. Best location, in front of beach and near to walking street.

It is one of the most budget friendly hotel and just 100 metres from the walking street. It is surrounded by wonderful restaurants, the hotel has the snooker area, swimming pool and the rooms are good with bath tub as well. Not a 3 star or above property but good for a price of around 500-700baht per night.

Nice place to stay. However the hotel is located in the middle of everything, it is quite and clean. The pool is good, very nice receptionists and has a very good 24h restaurant with reasonable prices. All in all, it is a good choice if u r planning to get a 3 star hotel and it is value for the money u pay. I read previous review s of the hotel, some of them were not positive, I think we should reduce our expectations to enjoy our stay more. Have a nice trip :)

Excellent location. Very good value for money. Water are hot, but takes some time until you get the hot water, and flow is not strong, but still OK. Matress is a bit too strong for my taste, but I enjoyed my stay there.

Not up to the point. They need to improve room quality and service was okay. Hope they will improve

Located on a main road, 150m to the beach road 150m to beach, 250m to Walking Street, 1.5 km to Central Festival mall, 7-11 1 block on beach

It's a nice hotel located very near to beach. Only problem with this hotel is that they will make you wait till 12.30 to give the room. Even when rooms are vacant. We reached hotel around 10.30 after flying from India and boarded bus from Bangkok and we're to make wait till 12.30 inspite of our request to give one hour early chec in.

It is VERY guest friendly. Very professional with regard to your guest leaving. The rooms are old and they offer the same terrible breakfast buffet. But if you get lucky... Some times they offer a cooked breakfast from the menu. Only when hotel not full

Absolutely filthy, unusable swimming pool- drains unbearably foul and smelly in tiny bath/shower room, which made it unusable also. Was ripped off for mini bar, charged twice ( came to £30 for a few beers). Poor communication skills on behalf of desk- stay away!! The only good staff were as usual, the cleaners who were kind and polite, unlike the desk staff.

Everything is just walking distance like Beach 🏖️ Walking Street and many more options of pure veg Indian Restaurant. It was a good stay .

About the only thing that works is the location. Right next to walking street if you want to be in that spot. Rooms are super old, with the bathroom being a little grungy. You can hear everyone talking in the hallway or the rooms across from you. Staff were nice. Didn't try the food.

very bad hotel .. entrance bad rooms also bad we booked two rooms all of them not meeting the booking picture wifi not working moreover the hotel have too much insect bathrooms not cleaned and very old style no ventilation .. poor service we booked for 2 nights but we stay only one night because not comfortable
