This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. A boot smugglers room would be better than this. The staffs are so arrogant to reply to any questions, they just say “you can contact your travel agent”. Their attitude seems like “if you want to stay just stay else leave the hotel. The toilets are not working, AirCon not working, no proper lights. We asked for a room to change as the toilets weren’t working their Staff just came inside without knocking on the door and removed the key and we including two kids were left in dark and he doesn’t speak English. We were fighting at the reception at 1:00am on this incident. While checking out the lady at the reception was too arrogant shouting and screaming asking me to get the key cards to the reception else you cannot check out. I answered them with their usual answer “you can contact your travel agent”. Never stay here.

"Dogs and Indians NOT allowed" thats the slogan in the mind of the service team here We stayed in room 717 for 4days in Oct 2022. I was booked by MMT for this hotel. The hotel looks great from outside but the management and service is pathetic towards Indians We were a couple traveling. They gave us twin bed rooms. For 2 days we kept asking them to join the beds or change our room but they would always say that the room service team is busy. For two days they had no time to join our beds or management did not bother changing our rooms even though it wasn't peak season. When we complaint repeatedly the lady in reception asked us to move to another hotel. I am not exaggerating here, we were literally asked to move out. Coming to the buffet breakfast, for vegetarian all they have is fried rice. Literally this is the only cooked thing you will get apart from fuits. All rest of the item is non-veg. We asked the service staff to get something veg if possible and they just denied. We were asked to go to room n order veg food if we want, but they can't serve in the buffet area. Rude service staff. Very pathetic management there as well. The lady at the the front reception was always disturbed, and would not talk to us properly at all. We made several requests to change the room, or join our beds, but she would always be very rude to us in her response. In the eletric kettle we got in the room there was dead insect. We asked them to change it and they refused that too saying they do not have a spare. Lastly to top everything, on last day during checkout the reception informed us that they do not have concierge service for INDIAN guests. They are openly doing this racial bias in the 21st century. Couldn't have seen more racially biased staff that this. I agree the hotel rates are a bit cheap compared to other hotels in the area, but please think of the mental harassment they will give you. Would highly recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel.

Nothing fancy at all, but great value. The staff made what could have been hell into a pleasant stay. Tour groups overran the hotel and I could see that they were fighting to remain friendly to the tour guests. But when it came to normal persons staying at the hotel they were friendly and professional. Always coming up and asking how things were, giving recommendations and explaining where things were. The rooms look recently renovated and if your up high enough some actually have a pretty good view of the sunsets. If you want luxury rooms and amenities id say look elsewhere. If a very convenient location the that’s at a cheap price and friendly and professional staff is important I’d highly recommend it.

I would start off by saying, the hotel amenities are very old and bathroom looks congested and is very small. The AC doesn’t work properly. Although, they have switched our rooms, it was the same but we didn’t want to complain again. They actually put a note in every room saying, they provide us with 37 items and we have to compensate the hotel for damage or missing of any item. We have seen this and found that, they didn’t provide us that all the items listed. Although, the hotel staff assured us that they will not be charging us, the negative reviews and the hotel atmosphere didn’t let us stay in peace. We were constantly scared and balcony is the worst, it has direct overlook towards hotel balconies next door. We were not charged for anything and the staff was very polite. Coming to the food, it was good enough with vegetarian and Indian options and the hotel is located near to a beach. The swimming pool is not very well-maintained and overall the experience was not so great.

Cheating, they have 2 buildings, one is like luxury which is shown online looks awesome, another building is like third class. Booked for 4 star by seeing the photos and reviews but gave another building's rooms that is not worth 2 star.. there is no window, worst flooring and walls. Paid for 4 star and stayed in the room not worth 2 stars... Ultimate scam and I regret..

Makemytrip booking id: NL45102265164822 The staff at the hotel, especially the receptionist, had a poor attitude. Despite our request for early check-in at 7am, we were only given a room at 2pm. When we ordered dinner in our room, the staff pressured us to pay upfront and did not let us check the order. Additionally, they rushed us even though the food quantity was suitable for our family. We asked for a towel at 8am as our check-out was at 12 noon, but they refused to provide one on the day of check-out. Furthermore, housekeeping services were unavailable between 5pm and 8am, raising questions about the hotel's operations. The day before our check-out, housekeeping failed to refill tea and coffee sachets in one of our rooms, and a small bowl that was used to hold the sachets was missing. We noticed this when we arrived but dismissed it as a minor issue. Shockingly, during check-out, the hotel blamed us in a very rude manner for the missing bowl and demanded 200 Baht in cash. Feeling embarrassed and with no other choice, we paid immediately. However, the hotel receptionist did not provide us with a receipt and kept the money. This experience has been the most dreadful in my life. It is evident that the hotel engages in dishonest practices, removing items from the room during cleaning and charging guests without providing receipts.

Staff have stolen my passport credentials and have taken my address from off my luggage and have attempted to take out $106,000 AUD in personal loans against my name and multiple credit cards. Enjoy what happens next to you and your staff for letting this happen!

We were at this hotel in January and were sufficiently pleased with our stay. We were put up at the 'Superior Room' and it was indeed comfortable. The rooms, lobby and the surrounding areas of the hotel were very clean and well maintained. The location of this hotel is good and is very close to the beach, Central Festival Shopping mall and the Pattaya Night Bazaar all of which is at walking distance from this hotel. The breakfast buffet is lavish and has a wide variety of items to choose from. All in all it was a pleasant stay and is definitely recommended!

Location was the best part of this hotel. Room was also big enough. Otherwise very average service. Water dripping down from the A/C unit. Loud noise late night from the Sky Bar opposite side, window isolation not that great. It's definitely not a 4 star. Breakfast could have been better. There was no view as well from my room :(. Don't settle for lower floors especially people from India booked through tours and travel companies.

We had a most recent visit in June2023, The buffet, service is gr8!. The cleanliness n lounge is a thumbs up. The pool facility n gym are amazing. We visited as a family with kids. Its a family hotel with 5 min walking to beach. Overall experience was gr8! Try it out without any hesitation.

Worst hotel I have stayed so far. Rooms are large but bathrooms are pathetic. Not sufficient lighting inside rooms. Food is complete disaster. Everything tasted so bland. If there was an option to give zero rating I would have given that.

Comfortable Stay. Rooms were big enough. It had the beach view from the balcony. It was clean. It had all facilities like freezer, locker, bath robe, room service etc. Lights and fans were operated through a remote control panel. Stuffs did not understand English very well.

Booked through make my trip Large room and bed, bathtub, close to beach, massage parlors, indian restaurants and all the happening areas are nearby, friendly staff, good variety in breakfast. Cons - gym was not good. 4 stars in thailand is not equal to 4 stars in India. Staff won't help us with the luggage shifting. May be because Indians don't tip that much.

It felt like I travelled back to the 1990's in a time machine when I entered the hotel room. Everything inside the room was atleast 15 years old. Rooms were dull. View from the balcony was disastrous. I have complained about the AC and the staff were quick to shift us to another room, which was appreciable. Some of the items that they mentioned in the picture I have posted were missing when we checked-in. We made a note of them and immediately informed the reception and they assured that they know about it and there is nothing to worry about. Breakfast was fine but they repeated the same dish for 3 days. The location of the hotel is a plus point as its very near to the beach. Pool was good but lacked proper maintenance. Opt for this hotel if you are on a budget.

This hotel has everything that you need for a good stay. The hotel is located well and not too far away from the beach and the many shops & malls. Everything could be done on walking distance. The rooms are spacious and has everything what you need. Their breakfast is decent with a lot of options for all types of diet. - The rooms aren't isolated that well so you could hear noise from your neighbours - There are some bars near the hotel so some loud music is expected till late night. You could request a room not facing the main street or wear earplugs. - They don't have an iron. Seems it is not allowed as the hotel is afraid that you'll damage their linen in the room.

Clean and well run hotel. Great location for the price. Close to the Pattaya beach and all the happening places! The staff are very friendly and helpful!

I recently stayed at the Sunbeam Pattaya Hotel with a group of friends, and overall, it was a good experience. 🍽️ The food at the hotel was exceptional! We enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes throughout our stay, which definitely added to our enjoyment. 🛎️ The hotel offers a wide range of services, and we appreciated their ambition to make our stay enjoyable. The amenities and options available were impressive. 💼 However, there were some instances where the professionalism of the staff fell short of our expectations. While it didn't overshadow our overall experience, it's an area where the hotel could improve. In summary, the Sunbeam Pattaya Hotel is a decent choice for a stay, especially if you're a food lover. They have a lot going for them, but a bit more attention to staff training could elevate the experience to excellence.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Check in was at 1:00 p.m. Parking available. Rooms in the new wing do not have a balcony. Small but nice. The older rooms appear to have balconies.

Very good location, very attentive staff, they don’t seem to do western breakfast, a lot of Chinese and koreans plus indian seem to prefer this hotel, which I didn’t have a problem with, if they did English breakfast items my review would of been 5 stars

Dirty room, they promise you nice room but during checkin, they will give you smelly room dirty room, even the front desk is very rude, they hate Indians and have many terms and conditions and restrictions for Indians. Pls book this hotel on your own risk. I will give them 0000 Zero.

The first day we checked in there was renovation in the floor above with a lot of construction noise. Management did not even apologize instead pointed a notice that there was ongoing renovation. Front desk is not very customer friendly. Room service does not provide milk packets which I found very weird. Options for Indian breakfast in buffet was very limited. Puris on all days was dried and inedible. The only good think is the proximity to the beach. Don't expect 5 star service and be disappointed. Rooms were not too filthy and livable. It's okay for a budget stay. If you extend the budget then you can find better options. Overall between average to good. 3.5

Very good location. Pretty close to the beach and central pattaya. Rooms are large and we'll furnished. Bathrooms are nice. Good ambience in the entire hotel overall. The property is a bit aged though.

Its not a 3 star Hotel.very old equipments.. tv fridge ac control kettle.. all are like 20 yrs old. Switch boards are 2 pin only.can not charge your laptop. Lights are yellow and not enough to enlighten the room. No dental kit, no body lotion, No comb, no iron, no slippers..nothing...bed size is not even our regular home bed size. Way smaller.

Located near the beach road. This is a good hotel at a prime location in Pattaya. We stayed here for a couple of nights during our visit to Pattaya and had a reasonably nice stay. The rooms are quite spacious and can accommodate 3 adults with ease. Cleanliness was just about fine and could be better. Service wise there are no complaints whatsoever. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly, they listen to all your needs and try their utmost to fulfill them. From the point of view of an Indian, the breakfast spread was okayish and just about manageable. Overall it's a nice hotel and would definitely recommend this place.

Bhai MakeMyTrip wala murkh banayega. 4 star bol ke bekar rooms dega. Savdhan rahen satark rahen. The location is good. But service is very bad. They will definitely not give early check-in facilities. They will charge you more than single day rent for early check-in. Specially when booking from MakeMyTrip , you will get worse room for your trip, beware.

I used to go to Pattaya 6/7 times in every year till the Covid-19 Pandemic. The hotel is pretty good. First of all the location- very good location. 2 mnts walk from the beach and few seconds from the 2nd road. 5 mnts walk from the Central Mall and "Pattaya night Bazaar". Staffs are very helpful. Room service are good. Breakfast was very good though I didn't found the variation. Deluxe rooms are wonderful with the view of the sea.( I stayed). If you like the nightlife of Pattaya, you are in the right place. Being a regular visitor to Thailand, I will surely recommend this good hotel with a five star rating. I will definitely book this hotel in future. Thank you all the staff for your very good services. It's a very good hotel indeed.

They have 2 hotels side by side one is sunbeam and another is boutique. Do not take S rooms as though you book fir sunbeam you might end up getting room in boutique hotel which is like 2 star hotel. None of the room has window or ventilation. Rooms are very small no carpets, bathroom is clean but very small. Not recommended.

The hotel was very conveniently located near beach. We had only 1 night stay. So the reception staff was very helpful and let us know details of nearby places which we could visit. The hotel would charge a refundable security deposit of 1000 baht per room. Room size are decent for 2 to stay
