COMPLETELY UNSAFE AND RUDE ATTITUDE. the first incident occurred when we reached the hotel from the Airport. the Google maps to the hotel is incorrect and took us roaming around for much time after an early morning road trip to Pattaya. once we tracked down the hotel ourselves, a middle aged rude lady was totally inhospitable and made us feel as if she did a favour on us by checking us in. this not being even half of what followed, on the 2nd night of our stay at around 2.30 AM. on 29th or 30th of October 2022 the staff of the hotel open the door of our room at the instructions of a 3rd party customer claiming the room to be his, and the staff blindly opened our room screaming at us to open the room. it was a scary and unsafe feeling we felt. the hotel staff is entirely incompetent and do not care for the privacy of another. they open doors using master keys irrespective of do not disturb signs or on claims of any other guests. A drunk man instructed the staff of the hotel to open a random room and the staff blindly used the master key for the same. what else can one expect? we called the reception to inform them of the same and they too were rude to us saying the guest said so we used the master key and opened. the next day we spoke to the reception and they again were justifying their act. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. IT IS UNSAFE AND HAS THE WORST STAFF! TOTALLY UNSAFE.

2 problems, the first one is you can here through the bed wall over your head from the neighbour room talking at nighttime. Second is they put 2 twin beds together to make a king size bed😏 Deluxedoubleroom, which is not so comfy as sleeping. Couldn't sleep as hearing noise people talking or doing something at 4am.

Used to be nice Hotel however Not Anymore! the service level of the receptionist, their attitude towards guest, the condition of the hotel room - all fall from grace. don't be attempot by the low price - this low price become very expensive + your holiday will be ruin. There are so many better alternatives in a walking distance - why taking a risk booking this hotel ?! i will let the Images i took speaks for themselves. i will not go back to this hotel as they made me feel unwelcome in every single aspect.

We had a remarkable stay at the hotel, which was impeccably clean and situated in a fantastic location on Soi Bukhao, offering convenient access to all essential amenities. With two pools and a gym, the hotel provided excellent recreational facilities. Personally, I adored the rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views. The breakfast exceeded expectations, with a wide selection of delicious items to choose from. The staff was outstanding, and the room service provided was exceptional. In summary, our stay was outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it.

A good hotel with all the faclities. But beware of the Indian group gangs that frequent ths place. They most certainly will ruin the reputation of this place.

From the moment I arrive everything was taken care of, lovely staff at reception especially SIRINAPA or PAT lovely women 😊 and hotel was affordable and very clean, and my room was cleaned perfectly every day, fresh bed sheets, bottled water, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, towels everything. fantastic hotel will be returning soon 😊 Had trouble with bank card being damaged and booked a day short, the ladies at reception very understanding and helped me resolve the issue with no problems 👍👍👍

The Reception Staff was very Rude. They charge 500 bhats for incoming guests. Breakfast very very bad, hardly any option. Same menu served everyday.

The location is very good . The Walking Street is very near from the hotel . There are many restaurants nearby . The hotel is very good it has rooms of every budget. The buffet is also very good . The staffs are also very good. There are many spa shops near so you can also get a very good spa. So in one word it's awesome. You can get all necessary things you need .

I was here a few weeks ago , I booked 3 nights and one of them was for my 5 day stay and test which had to be paid for. A few days after I booked and had paid for the 5 day test and stay it was binned. They credited all of the cost immediately which was off set by 3 nights stay , however there was a few hundred Baht left, and they offered me breakfast. What more can you say, totally honest straight forward hotel.Very quite and calm, excellent staff, nice pool. Good sized room, excellent housekeeping. Would certainly stay here again.

This hotel has a great room..nice service..good option for breakfast but if you are traveling with family go for the jometian beach side hotel as this hotel is just 1-1.5km from walking Street and will not be great option for family.

I would rate this hotel 4 stars. 1. It's very clean and hygienic. 2. There are 2 pools here. 3. The breakfast is simply amazing!!! 4. Spend time at the first floor pool. 5. Rooms are large with good hygiene levels. Area of improvement 1. The staff can be a bit more courteous and professional

Location is good but rooms are okayish and so is service Beds are broken , bedsheets are torn off . Bath tubs are not clean.

Please avoid this hotel…The receptionist in the morning is very rude she didn’t listen to us and just kept dominating us. Some staff at the hotel is very rude. pathetic stinky rooms.

Golden Sea is probably the best value for my money I've ever had at a hotel. I booked online based mostly on price. I did not expect such a nice hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a large balcony. Housekeeping cleaned my room quite well every day without being intrusive. Location is very near the nightlife yet it was surprisingly quiet in my room. Close enough to walk to the beach in about 15-20 minutes. There's a great restaurant (Nicky's) just at the end of the driveway. I will definitely stay here again.

Poor experience. The hotel was run down + shoddy. The rooms low quality with low water pressure, fixtures breaking. When I left, the hotel had the audacity to try and charge me for room damage resulting from bad repairs + bad construction. Not recommended.

Very clean hotel with good breakfast and in the good location, everything is around, laundry just round the corner, 7/11, restaurant, bars, massage parlors what ever you like. Super value for the price.

Woken up early on Christmas day,boxing day and New year's day by workmen in room next door.Cleaners seem to to want shout on their walkie talkies outside my room. Shower no good,either piping hot or too cold.Stayed here for 1 month.Complaing will get you nowhere. Avoid.

Great Deal with this hotel, love to stay here, good food 🍲 several Chinese food and English breakfast, good location near walking Street Pattaya, several Indian restaurant near, good and clean rooms, but single problem is that everyone to know they charge for extra guest bht 500.

Nice hotel, good price, swimming pool is fine, staff is nice but the customers are horribly noisy. They all put the music loud till 9pm. Hotel is almost empty because of covid but they keep bulking people on the next rooms at the same floor.

Stayed for 2 weeks with husband & 2 children . Great breakfast, lovely pool’s & very friendly pool man. Room was cleaned very well every day . Brilliant hotel staff , fantastic stay . Thank you 😊

Very bad service. Made us pay an additional security deposit of 1000baht which was no where mentioned while booking. The attitude of staffs are very bad and rude. I don't recommend this place whatsoever. Better hotels available in the street.

The room was large with a decent sized balcony. Location was right on Soi Buakhao so no complaints there. It is a bit far from the beach and Walking Street though. Staff were all good except for a grumpy person on check in.

Great rooms for reasonable prices. Hotel is maintained very well, location is great to surrounding nightlife. Would recommend 100%!

This is a very good hotel, I read reviews and was aware the receptionist can be grumpy and they were except for 1, for the money you pay this is a good hotel right in heart of city. Modern and clean.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. The price was slightly on the higher side but it was worth it. The room was large enough and had all amenities. The hotel is sprawling and has all amenities. Buffet breakfast is delicious and there are lot of options. The staff is not exactly friendly but isn't rude either, at least with me. All in all, do book if you want a great deal at less than Rs 3000 per night!
