this place is literally a hospital. they have turned a hospital dorm into a hotel and it is nothing like the pictures. bed bugs and low quality everything. the hospital is right in front of the hotel. as soon as you get inside you will feel the hospital envirment and vibes. be careful

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my entire life. 99.99% of hotels let us do the check in earlier and even though they dont have the room , they still let us do the check in earlier and when we came back from outside, they just gave us the room key. This hotel is *******t and they dont let us do any check in before 3 pm and i had been waiting since 3:15 and almost 2 hours , there was still a long que. Then what's the point of booking hotel like this for vacation. Also the morning breakfast buffet, there're not enough plates and the food is not hygienic. Total not recommended for this hotel. 1/100 scale.

I'm writing this review for the Bella Express Hotel which is located in the same complex of Bella Group of Hotels. I visited with my family and got a really good deal through Agoda. I had requested for an early check in as I was reaching early however despite that i had to wait till 2 pm for check in as the rooms were not empty according to the receptionist. The staff is unfriendly and rude at times. The location of the hotel is really good. The area has a lot of Indian restaurants in the surroundings and the area is also peaceful and family friendly. The breakfast in the hotel is good as they have a separate section for the Indian food.

I stayed at this hotel for a state quarantine for 14 nights. Everything was great. The hotel provided everything you need such as water bottles , Bathroom amenities, and hand sanitizer. The room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The food was good , but some meals were too spicy. Love the Balcony with pool view. I am really happy that my quarantine was at this hotel.

Do not recommend this hotel at all as it is very different from its pictures. We found almost 6 cockroaches and 2 lizards in our room. The Indians will swim in the pool with their clothes on and are incredibly loud. We have no comfort feeling at all. Internet is really weak you can't even search in google.

Very bad hotel and services. No one provide any room service after many calls. And on breakfast they behave for Indians very rude and for other countries the have another hall for dine and breakfast also there is no entry 🚫 for Indians... very upset

Good hotel, clean rooms, nice helpful staff. Two good swimming pools, had the one on the roof to myself sometimes. Great location, guest friendly but maybe a little overboard with the signing in and out process, but for your protection so no complaints. Not cheap but I'd say good value and would recommend and will definitely stay again. Good job

Nice hotel guest friendly no extra cost, no questions asked for extra guests, fair price. But you should know that rooms does not look like photos and are very basic looking like hospital dormitory

Not the worst choice if you're in a pinch for a room, but definitely not a location I would recommend. The location is fairly outside of the livelier areas of Pattaya, which can be forgiven, but the inside matches the outside it terms of cleanliness. There were clumps of hair all over our room when we checked in, which was a hassle in and of itself after learning there is a mandatory 10am check out time as well as a 500baht deposit. This should be listed on the booking website so it is not a surprise. The staff is dismissive and will try to work with several people at the same time during check in, slowing EVERYONE down. The "free wifi" did not work for our entire stay. Our room looked like it was last updated in the early 90's. The bathtub is grimy with a permanent ring around it and the shower head is so calcified you can see crusted up holes.

Front desk Staff are not helpful and Rude, we booked the taxi and it did not come, we asked to call drivers they were not calling asking 100 Bhat to just a single call 😀 Check out time is 10 Am which I feel cheated, how come check out will be 10 Am and check in 2 PM

Stay: Sep2022 About Hotel: I'll rate as 3star hotel. No bell boy for luggage carrying. House keeping service is good. Very limited amenities. Rooms are spacious and clean. Newly added slide to pool on 28thSep. Location: Near to all major restaurants and Nearby too many Indian vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian restaurants. Try in Madras Darbar. 7/11 shops nearby. Food: Veg and Non-Veg options available. Mostly suit for Indians. Upma, Poha, Poori, Chole, Channa, Bread, Cakes, Omlette, Fruits, Cornflakes, Tea and Coffee along with milk. Walkable distance to Walking Street. Tuktuk and Grab available 24/7. Overall if you want to roam around and to relax this hotel is suggested.

Location was good. But unfortunatelly, when we were checking out, we had realized, we had forgot a suit in the room. Just after 2 minutes, we went up to room and a housekeeper was leaving. And our 100 dolars was missing. It was very clear that she took our money and hotel did not do anything about it. They were not helpful at all. Watch out!!

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hotel Grand Bella Pattaya I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hotel Grand Bella Pattaya, and I must say it was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. I feel compelled to share my negative experience to warn others and express my utter dissatisfaction with this hotel. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by an overwhelming stench of mustiness and the sight of dirty floors and stained carpets. The bathroom was far from sanitary, with mold and mildew present in the corners and an unpleasant odor emanating from the drains. It was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance were severely neglected. Furthermore, the attitude and behavior of the reception staff and the manager were highly unprofessional. They displayed a complete lack of courtesy and failed to provide any assistance or resolve the issues I encountered during my stay. Their dismissive and apathetic attitude towards guest concerns was disheartening and reflected a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It is deeply disappointing that a hotel of this caliber fails to live up to even the most basic standards of hospitality. As a paying guest, I expected a level of cleanliness, professionalism, and service that was sorely lacking at Hotel Grand Bella Pattaya. I would strongly advise prospective guests to steer clear of this establishment. The overall experience was nothing short of an utter waste of time and money. I sincerely hope that management takes these criticisms seriously and implements the necessary improvements to avoid further disappointing their guests. In conclusion, based on my personal encounter, I cannot recommend Hotel Grand Bella Pattaya to anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Decent place to stay when your in pattaya with very good room service with reasonable cost of accommodation.

Hotel and facilities are not four star, room was tired and nothing special. Poor service from start to finish: - I booked a room through agoda, secured with a credit card, and the hotel contacted me directly to ask for pre-payment through a 3rd party website and told me room would be cancelled if I didn't pay. - Arriving just before 2pm, I had to queue for 35 minutes to check-in. Not enough staff on at a busy time. - Room was still being cleaned when I got there. - When I got back in the evening, the room key card didn't work and I had to return to reception twice before they fixed it. - Check-out was listed as 11am on booking confirmation but posted as 10am in hotel. - There was a long line for check-out and I had spent too much time waiting at reception by then so I just left my key card on the counter and went.

My experience here was under a 7 day state quarantine. They did their parts efficiently and in a very friendly manner. The bell captain even reminded the cashier to give me a discount to which I was entitled. Booking was done via email and was quick and painless. The western meals I ordered were excellent; the Thai meals less so. Overall I cannot imagine having had a better quarantine experience.

Loved the stay at this Hotel, Comfort stay with tasty breakfast. Enjoyed our Pataya trip, Staff was helpfull and the services was good. Will surely visit again whenever will go to Thailand.

Ok hotel near everything. Room size was ok, bed was little bit to hard. Cleaning was only on the surface. Sound isolation was poor. Could hear the noise from other side of the hall way. The 2nights I was staying here was like a college dorm room at nights. People running, shouting, playing music. Don't recommend it if you traveling with you girlfriend/wife or family. You will notice why I don't recommend it if you coming and visit.

Hotel is nice clean and cozy. I got a high floor room with pool view very nice. The room clean, water hot, and air cool. The room have bath tub,safey box refridgrator and hair dryer.

I need to give feedback about the food and service.. If we talk about the food, every dish in the buffet was delicious and very tasty.. Can recommend to anyone. So i highly recommended!!! As for the service, there was one of the staff who gave me the service. As i remember, his name was Nipun or nipuna He was very friendly and helpful. He works very diligently and always takes care of the customer until we get there. Everyone works well and has a good team. Good job everyone Thank you for providing us good service(9th floor) 👏🏻❤️.

One of the best hotel in Pattaya. All the facilities, cool atmosphere with wonderful view and no restrictions. Staff is very supportive and yummy in food. Highly recommend if you are coming with group or family.

I like this hotel. Firstly, the rooms are big and most have a view of the pool. Secondly, the price is reasonable and the breakfast was very good. It also has a central location, only a five minute walk to Central Pattaya and the beach. My only criticism would be that the rooms are sparsely furnished with plastic chairs, but the room was clean and you can’t expect the Hilton at this price.

We stayed there for 3 days in deluxe rooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed which can accomodate 3 adults or 2+2child easily with open balcony in each rooms and Nice pleasant place for family nearby to pattaya beach, central mall biggest in pattaya and various food outlets.... rooms are little bit old but maintained well and clean but bathrooms are little small with bathtub and shower in same place other than that no issues in it as hotwater came instantly at anytime.... there is electric kettle, refridgerator, microwave oven inside with separate kitchen washing area for our own cooking or any outside food heating purpose with plates and bowls... swimming pool is a decent one with 5 foot high and separate kids pool area attached with it... they provide only complimentary breakfast in tajmahal restaurants for Indian people and flamingo restaurant for other people but no fulltime restaurant available food wise more or less same menu with decent spread and one or few changes in dishes everyday.... laundry facilty available in ground floor where you can use washing machines on your own by paying 40 Bahts... they have separate place and separate staff there to takecare of our luggage even after vacating our room and kids play area near reception area for waiting... staffs are not well communicating in english but professionally nice and helpful

Great location, good price, large room, good selection in Breakfast buffet, 2 pools - ground level and roof. Easy walk to the beach and Central Festival. Coin laundry places nearby with 10-15 min walk. Staff at door went above expected service as he noticed we were having trouble getting a taxi when checking out due to busyness from fireworks festival. He helped with Bolt app but no success. He then went down the street and secured a private hire of a tuk tuk to go to Jomtien Beach! Fantastic! Will stay again when returning to Pattaya

It is one of the Best hotel in Pattaya City for Indians. Its very walking distance from Pattaya Beach. Its hotel atmosphere is fine. Best part of hotel is its luxury room with all modern facilities.

Room FULL of ants that go on the food and climb on the bed. I’m the room I didn’t have a glass to drink water, I asked and they never brought one. Ordered pancake for breakfast and got sausages. Enough?

When I went there it was just to drop off food and essentials to my friends who were stuck in there with Covid and 400 other stayers!!

Hotel staff is very good Room check in or check out there is no problem of any kind, breakfast is also very good Hindu Vegetarian table is different. yes walking street is a so far , still the Property is very nice I have come here many times, this time all friends liked the Property very much.

Excellent location, walkable distance to the Pattaya beach, Seven Eleven's, some pharmacies and Indian Pure veg restaurants. Staff were nice, friendly. Service was good. Stayed for 1 breakfast and a had a perfect Indian spread which wasn't available anywhere else in Bangkok Or Phuket. Big room when compared to other TH hotels, worth for a family!

Our tour group members were assigned rooms at the older building. Initially, I was assigned a room with faulty AC unit, but managed to get it changed to another on the same floor after filing a complaint. Overall, the room condition was satisfactory.

I love this hotel especially near the beach and the rooms are too good. Morning Indian breakfast is like Puri sabji and fruits with cake and juice.... All in Indian style cooked and you will love it.

Excellent transport from Suvarnabhumi, RT-PCR test at hotel-Covid answere after 4 hours and I was free to go as I wanted. Friendly staff,silent room,clean and with all the facilitis I needed. Food delivered outside door,stuff vaccinatied. Well woth the price. The staff very aware about Covid safety. The hotell provided me a self ATK test to make by my self after 5 days.(Negativ result) I recommend grand Bella !!!!!!

This hotel aren't too far from the beach. You can walk straight from in-front of the hotel. The hotel is big, there are 3 buildings. with many parking lots. I rest here for the Fireworks Festival, the hotel is very busy and staff can't take care as much as possible.
