It was the worst service ever seen. There is no service in the night. Not a single person is there in the night even to get water. If you book a hotel, they will harrasss by penalizing for simple reasons. Never ever book this hotel. If you book this hotel, then you should not do any small to small mistakes, and if you make any mistake, they will charge you abruptly. Very greedy people. She has charged me 1200 baths for making small pen marks on the bed sheet and harrassed for 1 hour 40 minutes after check out. Dirtiest swimming pool. No proper cleaning arrangements for swimming pools. Only few options in the breakfast. Never ever book this hotel. Misbehaving staff. No manners to the guests. I wanted to troll with many bad words, but I don't want to use it here. Beach near to the hotel is also dirty, full of leaves and waste. Never book a hotel for family.

Pros - near to beach Cons - not be able to count but can mention specific one 1)they accepted booking for 3 adults and 1 child but they gave breakfast coupons only for 3 during check in and we had to pay additional for child daily. 2) the rooms and building is quite old 3) the rooms are stinking 4) staff is not a professional and don't know how to treat customer in friendly manner 5) our locker got locked due to system error and it took around 10 hours by hotel to get it opened Overall many hotels are there which are good in infrastructure and near to beach so if you have time and you don't want to ruin your holidays please go somewhere else. my sister. And. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 night while. In Pattaya... it's a series of hotels What I love about the. Place is it's along side the. Beach road... It's a 5 to 10 minutes. Walk from the road... Very accessible to all and. Many nearby stores and restaurants... Love the rooms so big for 2.. there's also a bath tub and. Complete accessories for all guest... Free breakfast you have to go to fat coco restaurant... Check in and. Check out. At. The a one royal cruise quite a hassle but worth it to stay

The reception is not manned at all, you have to go to another A one hotel to check in. But they didn't even provide any information. A tour group was waiting in the lobby, they didn't know what to do. At checkout, the receptionists just walked away and just let me stand

The room was very clean, The buffet breakfast was very good, small swimming pool, the house keeping staff was very friendly The sea view from the room was beautiful, you can watch the beautiful sunset from the bed When we arrived the receptionist did not even looked at us, did not greet us, she just ignored us, kept doing something else, very bad feeling, I don't know the reason, is it because of our skin color ? I travel across the world for business and pleasure, I have not seen a reception like this. Just smile and say hello, we are not going to lose anything !

This is not a bad hotel which is located minutes away from the beach. Staff are very professional and pleasant, and the location is just superb. From the hotel balcony, we can clearly see the beach. Rooms are okay but a bit outdated and need a fresh coat of paint and servicing. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of food to suit all tastes. Breakfast staff are fantastic, friendly, and accommodating. The price to stay here could be a tad bit cheaper but due to its closeness to the beach and restaurants, etc. all is well. Wifi reception is not too bad. All in all, I would stay here again.

Worst there was no housekeeping no room service no front desk nothing.its like condominium.rooms are tooo small. Never ever suggest to anyone.

This resort is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you will love it I'm sure! Friendly staff in a prime location. Checked in on 11th September 2020. After we left the hotel next door, which belongs to the same group, due to unbearable noise pollution, the friendly manager Khun Pong assigned us an Ocean Suite in this hotel. This time it is a real suite with a (very small) living room. It is all tastefully furnished (handicapped accessible!) and well maintained. There is a nice view to the sea and a small balcony. Unfortunately, we are again disturbed by the noise of the neighbouring hotel - during the day and in the evening. The room service works very well! However, there is a minibar, which is empty and is not filled in 3 days. The breakfast in the neighbouring hotel is a disaster. The restaurant is completely unadorned and looks like an industrial canteen. You sit uncomfortably and have to queue for everything. The quality of the offered food and drinks can at best be described as basic quality. One breakfast there was enough for us. Although we had paid, we went somewhere else.

First thing you need to know is if you like a spacious room then this Hotel is not for you. However, if you are alone or two, you can enjoy in this Hotel as it is really good. They have ample space for you to sit under air condition in reception - so no worries of standing in a crowd. Right opposite to reception area they have open sitting restaurant for complimentary breakfast and for paid as well. sometimes they send guest to their other Hotel's restaurant which is right in front of the Hotel so no worries. In total, they have 3-4 Hotels in that area next to each other. Rooms are quite small but are cosy and beautiful. They have a small toilet and washroom including one washbasin and a refrigerator in the room. Housekeeping and reception is excellent. They all understand English. Beach is just 2minute walk away from the hotel. 7eleven and bike taxi are nearby including every catchy place like walking street, mall, bar, massage parlour, pub, etc.

Located very conveniently between beach road and second road and is a very well maintained property. However, rooms are very small. Even the bathrooms are squeezy. A little more space in toilets would have made this place earn a star more. Their breakfast buffet has a huge spread which has Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Thai and continental breakfast options and are very delicious. Wouldn't mind going back, but would ensure to take a little spacious room.

I love this hotel. Comfortable, clean and minimalist. The place is really close to the beach and easy to access. The only thing that I hate is the shower. How come my head touching my head, I only 175cm. Just imagine another guess that higher than me. Please do something with it. But, thank you for your service.

A beautiful hotel across the road from the ocean with a public transport available right at the front of the hotel to take anywhere in Pattaya, the rooms are large in size and the beds are very comfortable to sleep on , the room service is second to none towels and sheets changed daily, the breakfast is good with variety of choices, what makes your stay memorable is the staff the front desk manager BAIFEM and her staff are so lovely and caring I had an issue with our room upon bringing it up to the manager Baifem with any hesitation she rectified the issue and moved us to another Room for the rest of our 12 days stay , we will be back to Pattaya in 6 months time because of the manager we decided to stay here again To the Manager thank you for a wonderful stay. Very nice hotel great breakfast lots of ham or bacon only wish they made personal requested omlettes. Beds are so comfy. Location close to beach and family mart and 7 11. The only negative was directed by staff by pool side we were not allowed to bring our own coca cola REALLY? my guess they wanted you to purchase from the pool bar.

Close to the beach, close to mall, east to travel and walk around. Clean room, nice and really comfy bed. Parking lot is a bit to small I have to park at another property.

A spacious room. A bit hard to find. Old towel and amenities. First impression is this hotel is hard to find because it is the fault location in google maps. You should reach the hotel via Pattaya 3 alley from the beach road. The great spot is 'FAT COCO', turn left after it. The hotel itself is quite small compared to their space with a limited parking lot. If you came late, you may need to park at the remote parking lot and take the shuttle service. breakfast buffet - crowded as common for 3 hotels (A-one pattaya, A-one cruise, and A-one wing) Average hotel breakfast with thai, western, and noodles. The best thing is the freshly made deep fried dough (ปาท่องโก๋). Wifi is great during PM and it sucks during AM. idk why!!!! Lift - it is indicated to use your key card before calling the lift, but it did not work. You can call the lift anyway which means not proper safety.

Me and three of my friends stayed at this hotel. We booked the hotel through Agoda hotels we had bookings for 2 * Deluxe Rooms with city 🏙️ view sea view wasn’t available at that time I just left a note to provide us with a room with a sea view they provided our rooms with a sea 🌊 view without any additional charges because there is the price difference between city view and sea view rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Don’t get confused between a one royal cruise hotel and a one pattaya beach hotel these two are different hotels just beside each other. We had breakfast included in our room only disadvantage about this hotel is your restaurant for breakfast is in the royal cruise hotel you have to walk 200-400 Meters from your room to get to the restaurant. Breakfast is not too good every day there are the same items no change. If you are checking in at the a a one pattaya beach hotel you have to first check in at a one royal cruise hotel desk. I’m impressed with the hotel's great cleanings regularly. The swimming pool is on the ground floor outside the hotel pool is very small and the depth is not too high.

I stayed next door at Sea View before checking into A-One, I was not expecting much after staying there but I was completely blown away how much better my room was at A-ONE. They took care of all the small things I expect a higher tier 3/4 start hotel to take care of. The room aethestics were way better than in the picture. The balcony had two very nice relaxing chairs, they had a separate shower and bath. For the money it was great. I ended up booking another 2 days.

Good Hotel we have visited number of times and always found it very Good Bravo to the management. There was a big group in the Hotel 850 people for breakfast but we did not feel any difference as all was well managed and there was no food missing at any point of the Breakfast . Bravo to management. Recommended very much Families. Couples and bussniss travelers.

No person at reception being 4 towers in hotel staff are less. I went to reception for chk in i had to have medicine but they not provide said water only at room very bad thing. At night the lights of the fllor where your room is becomes full dark. 1st time haid such problems in such a great city

The rooms are small small, it's not a good place to stay. The staff do their best. It's noisy every single night from 10 pm, you won't sleep.

The staff really make this place special. Help was always available even when it was unexpected. The room itself was very comfortable and stylish. I had some trouble figuring out the various light switches in the room. Otherwise all was perfect.

Friendly staff, excellent room with a great view in a very convenient location! :) The hotel and room are both spotless. The room is really nice and much larger than a typical Thai hotel room. The hotel is very convenient for walking to the nightlife areas, restaurants and Terminal 21 shopping center. Also, it's easy to catch a songteaw (taxi) from the beach road which is a 1 minute walk, so almost right outside. :( Part of the reason I chose this hotel is because I wanted to use the sauna daily. I was shocked when the staff told me I have to pay 200 Baht to use it as I thought it was included in the room price! The restaurant is located in a different building, so slightly inconvenient. The food is good, but the hotel did a cheap charlie job on some items, the cereal is just cheap sugar filled stuff lol.

Worst experience had ever. Very rude staff. No room service. Staff at reception is so rude and they treat you very bad. Value for money is ZERO. Breakfast they have nothing. Won’t recommend anyone ever.
