Beautiful hotel. Excellent in almost every way. Possibly the best bed that I have ever slept in. Shares a door with the mall so you don’t have to leave the air conditioning to go shopping. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary. I booked a corner suite. The deck was amazing. Great view and very big. The room was also very nice. Everything about this place screams 5 star. I gave them a 4 because of the shower. No walk in shower. They only had a bath tub. It had a hand held nozzle and a rainforest overhead but you have to step in and out of the high walls of the tub to appreciate them and the space is crowded. Perfect location and everything else was good. Will stay there again for sure.

I was really disappointed at Avani hotel. We stayed in the downgraded room rather than we’ve booked. But they didn’t let me get refund keeping lying and making excuses. They made us check so many times with our agency, but they didn’t do anything except for waiting for us to leave. All of receptionist ignored us and even didn’t listen to us. They should have apologized at least, but they just kept lying until last moment. I worked for them instead of them because i believed them. Even i left there, i hope others will consider the hotel’s manner and their attitude when they book.

The worst breakfast buffet I've ever seen. Long wait. Pushy guests. Staff are not enough, and the ones they have are rude. Food trays were mostly empty most of the time. We lined up at 9.30. Finally got a table at 10.00. Waited 20 mins for eggs and bacon. Finally sat down to enjoy the first plate, only to be told the buffet would close in 5 mins, so I had to to get more food. But no one working at the noodles stand. Rice tray empty. Ketchup bowl empty. Most hotels allow guests enough time and food to eat despite the official last seating time. And most hotels are much cheaper that this. Really unpleasant and unacceptable. The woo worst part was, when I complained, the waiter said it was our fault for coming late, as they open at 6am. Never mind we arrived one hour before last seating, and they didn't have enough tables or food for their guests. Pathetic attempt at a 5-star hotel.

Didn't want to leave. We were in our own oasis of calm and serenity while being within a few feet of all the action. The room was nice, the bed was super comfy and I was so happy to have comfortable pillows. The grounds were very well kept.

I'm giving 3 stars because I feel like the value we received doesn't match what we paid. The room is slightly less nice than depicted in the photos, and you can see some wear and tear from the elevator. I suspect it's because the hotel caters to large tour groups. However, I must commend the hotel staff for being very accommodating. Although they are very nice, I believe they should enforce rules more strictly, like prohibiting people from entering the pool fully clothed. A sign stating that only swimming suits are allowed in the pool would be helpful.

Stayed here last weekend , thanks to the lovely helpful women on reception who gave us a free upgrade too. Had a lovely room with balcony and great view. Nice big pool which we virtually had to ourselves . Breakfast was excellent ,they do great bacon. Would definitely stay here again, especially with the excellent discount we received.

Overall great hotel. I loved my room and other than the annoying shower head placement, no real complaints. I felt safe there and they had security around. The adjoining mall made it easy. Great food options nearby. The pool area is lovely. The breakfast buffet is top notch and grateful for gluten free bread. I would stay here again.

Had a lovely 4-day getaway. The garden and pool are very nice, and our room was clean and inviting. A friend in a separate room came for his birthday on this trip, and was pleased to find a birthday cake in his room, completely suprised!

What a relaxing place. Very very convenient location just across the road, and you're at Pattaya beach ⛱️. Rooms are spot clean and comfortable 👌🏻 housekeeping in fabulous and very polite. Breakfast is huge, and many items are available. Strongly recommend for couples 💑.

Fell in love with the Avani brand and their service. The first impression is always the best and so this brand will come to mind for future travels. It's at a great location, a stone throw away distance from the beach and walking street. There is a great mall in the same building, musuem, shopping and restaurants are all there. Even if you don't want to step out, within the resort itself, there are plenty to do apart from the above mentioned. It has lots of greenery, motifs, murals, awesome swimming pool , conference rooms, spa, massage and an excellent breakfast.

We have just spent 10 days here and it was lovely. We got a lovely friendly welcome, and got checked in quickly. The room had a lovely garden view. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the buffet in the morning was amazing. Again the staff there were very welcoming. It has a lovely pool area, which was never too busy, and the food and service at the pool bar was very good. It sits in a perfect area for great shopping, food and bars. We couldn't fault it at all.

Pleasant hotel to stay. Although hotel is not brand-new it's very well maintained, clean and has nice tropical garden. Staff is friendly. Also enjoyed the breakfast buffet; fresh and decent selection. One of the good choices if have or want to stay in downtown Pattaya.

Great oasis in a busy Pattaya town. Once entered, super quiet and tugged away from the outside. Just a quick walk from the hotel and you can access the vibrant life of Pattaya. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great with gloves for customers as covid measures. Located right next to a big mall that has everything. Highly recommended.

I was able to access the beach and the street from the hotel. Food was great and I enjoyed the nightly bar benefits for being a club member. The room was great and I was able to enjoy the view over the pool. I was also here during the new year water celebration, which is an experience.

Beautiful Hotel Excellent Staff Stayed here for a week and there is nothing but good things to say about this Hotel and it's Staff. First, the property is located in a very convenient location right at the Pattaya Beach and connected to a shopping mall where you can dine and shop without having to walk outside. The staffs made me feel welcome from arrival and tried their best to help make my stay pleasant. Special Kudos and thank you to Dao in Housekeeping who anticipated my needs in the room and supplied everything I needed during the stay. I would definitely come back again and taking all good memories with me from this stay.

We spent in Avani resort our honeymoon and stayed a full week. Fantastic vacation experience! Amazing Seaview from our room No. 828 and warm hospitality of the team added to the charm. The Housekeeping team, especially Dao Han and Leky surprised us from the first day of our stay. Very attentive and proactive team. The breakfast always nice and has different cuisine. The pool is surrounded by trees and nice green oasis. Also includes a pool bar offering a variety of food and cocktails at a very good prices with a very friendly team there. The hotel is linked to a shopping mall, and easy access to the famous beach road, a short walking distance to the vibrant walking street. The front office team was super helpful and always looking after the comfort of all guests, especially Mr. MHEE. We thank Avani team for this wonderful experience and hope to visit your hotel again.

Avani was a top resort, located in a green paradise in a busy city. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a fantastic holiday. Very friendly staff, large rooms and a breakfast never seen before, so extensive...TOP !!! We would like to give a special thanks to Bree at the reception desk who helped us a lot and gave us a great room, to Pai who cleaned our room every day top and to Prae (trainee) at the breakfast who was so friendly and more than helpful 🙏🙏🙏🙏 We hope to come back next year.

The maintenance standard doesn't compare with other brands like Hilton and Marriott. Property is a bit dated and gloomy feel. Service is great though, most speak and understand English. Breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, even with Arabic and Indian cuisines.

First off they set up transportation from BKK, the sign guy was waiting and we made the trip in an hour. Very smooth and safe. Checked in at 2am, and walked immediately on the beach. Then today after returning from my adventures they had left me a cake and a Happy Birthday sign. What an outstanding display of extreme and outrageous customer service. Thank you very much, this resort is worth every baht!!!!

The Good - Beautiful Terrace -Good Breakfast - Housekeeping prompt - Special decoration for our Anniversary The Bad - The super expensive Corner Terrace Room is small, there's no separate sitting room - Air Con thermostat doesn't work. It's too cold or you have to shut it off. - Power tripped in the night, delayed getting ready for our dinner appointment with friends. - The worst Club Lounge ever. They just use their Coffee Shop as the Club Lounge and there's just 1 hour of cocktails - Our Terrace has 3 different levels of flooring with no paint or strips signage, making it very dangerous for party at night - Though they offered a live Barbeque available along with the room on the terrace, they couldn't provide it, causing a big embarrassment to the 3 other guests I had invited for this occasion. - It's a very old hotel, so all fittings are ancient. - No shower stall, not even a shower curtain, so makes the bathroom very messy - Shower diverter didn't work,      handle on the shower slide broken plus the hand shower was stuck at a very low position - Despite a Nespresso coffee machine, the pods offered were some cheap unbranded pods. - Only 2 lifts to service the entire hotel

We travel a lot and this is the best resort we have ever stayed. We relocated from another 5 star hotel that was terrible and booked a junior suite ( 2nd time staying at avani). When we returned from the other hotel with our bags we found a lovely message written in the room welcoming us back. Firstly the rooms are modern with everything you need including a well stocked mini bar. The room service food,,, amazing. Order the NZ lamb cutlets!! The pool is beautiful and has buzzers to notify staff if you want to order anything. ( it would be nice if one side of the pool area you could smoke). The service…. This is what 5 star is. Even when we ordered grab ( thailands version of Uber) the staff would bring it to our room. On one of the nights we had an issue getting our room service tray picked up - we called a couple of times and no one came after a few hours. I went to the front desk and the office manager was extremely apologetic and came herself to remove them… then the next day we found a hand written apology note with some macarons. We had to checkout at 4am on my wife’s birthday. When we came back to the room in the last night we found a personalised birthday cake!! We never mentioned her birthday - the staff must have noticed on her passport. A big Thankyou to Thanvadee Vatavattana. You and your team provided the best customer service we have ever seen… and we travel a lot. We truly felt loved by you and the staff and can’t wait to return. Thank you so much

Amazing experience. Lilly and Pai my housekeepers were amazing. They took care of my room and gave me great advice about the area and the hotel amenities. AMAZING.

My stay in Avani Pattaya has been fantastic. The entire staff has been professional and extremely courteous. Housekeeping staff is phenomenal as well. I wanted give kudos to Dao. She attentive, always has a smile. She does a fantastic job of cleaning. Always asks if there is more that I need. The entire Housekeeping staff is awesome, but I wanted to give Dao deserved recognition.

I had a pleasant 6 night stay at the Avani Pattaya Resort. Once inside the resort, you are immediately away from the Pattaya hustle and bustle. It’s quiet and tranquil in there. The location is amazing. Right in the middle of all the action and just a few steps away from Beach Road. My room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. Overall I really like the look and feel of the resort. The swimming pool is great, but the gym could have been a bit bigger. Staff is really welcoming and helpful. The breakfast has a good choice of Thai and international dishes. The only downside are the mosquito masses. The hotel provides mosquito spray, but it gets annoying from time to time. Overall, I would definitely consider this hotel again if I go to Pattaya.

I stayed in Avani 4 nights as my birthday trips. I got a birthday cake from the hotel and I was really happy with it. Room is very tiny and beautiful. The swimming pool and all amenities are great. Also I had been at the bar almost every night with such a lovely staff who are Nan and Mickey. They should not be trainees anymore! They are very nice and having good sense of humor, so I really enjoyed every moment with them. Thanks for making such a wonderful trip for me I will definitely come back to visit you again!

The hotel location is great if you like to stay in the city with shops around and can cross the road to the beach. The room is very big but better choose the room near the stair or elevator, room 1 is at the end of the walkway with room 26 is the nearest one to the hotel lobby. One negative point is there's no proper slope for the baggage from the lobby. The one they designed is not workable, too steep and dangerous to use as the heavy luggage can drag you to fall from the stair. Breakfast is very good with variety of choices. The downside is only too many flies around the uncovered buffet line, which considers not so hygiene.

Hotel was everything you want - Nancy and mickie at the Elephant Bar were wonderful and the bar service. They took Great care of our group of 12 golfers every night. This hotel was awesome, our third visit and these two ladies at happy hour was a great way to start the evening. Matt the GM of the hotel has build an awesome team. This resort is a little gem. The trees and the greens around the resort along with the little fountains and small decorations are so relaxing and soothing. The breakfast buffet is generous with options and the quality of the food is great. Their room service varieties and quality can be improved (we had the chicken satay and it wasn’t that great). The reception staff are friendly, approachable and easy to deal with. The cleaning staff are great, efficient and very friendly. We had Por, Lilly and Pai who left us different towel decorations every time they cleaned our suite. Special thank you to them for looking after us and doing a great job throughout our stay.

I had a great time here. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, tidy and quiet. The highlight of my holiday was the cooking class with Mr. Chaweepun. He is a great chef and I've learnt a lot from him. The hotel itself lies directly in the city, there are dozens of restaurants and street food markets just around the corner. Can definitely recommend if you'd like to take a vacation in Pattaya!

The food was amazing at the Hotel but the service was splendid. Prik was so accommodating, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Her crew at the bar was also great!!! I totally recommend this hotel!!!!!

Really old hotel, the pool is nice but thats about it. Water pressure in the shower is really weak, toilet is small and cramped and lacking amenities. Walls are thin so had to call front desk to tell other room to keep it down. It feels like a 3 star hotel or maybe a 5 star hotel from the early 90s.

Excellent hotel received a free upgrade friendly staff,great swimming pool,large room and big balcony. Had the swimming pool to ourselves most of our times. Breakfast was a mixture of Thai and Weßtern food,very tasty. I'd stay here again, some great discounts.

I booked a staycation package for 3days 2 nights, chill and relaxing resort. Affordable price for the room and F&B, staffs are very helpful and friendly. We love to hangout at Elephant Bar before and after pool swimming.

Insane quarantine rules, there is no vaccine in thailand. but restrictions are everywhere. unbelievable.

Clean and nice rooms. I loved the bed and pillows, I almost felt as comfortable as I am in my bed. The breakfast has a many variety. Big pool. The staff is very helpful and nice. I want to make a special mention to the receptionist that attended us in the night of 13th Oct, I think the name was "Funny" or something similar (sorry for not remembering). Her English was outstanding, explaining the details of the stay nice and politely. She has the manners of a receptionist of a 5 star hotel. I would recommend and repeat.

Dated property in the heart of Pattaya, but excellent service by staff. Rooms are spacious, food and breakfast in the hotel are great. Decent views of the ocean depending on what floor you get. Fun family sized pool for all ages. Sam at front of the desk was very professional. Breakfast on the property was great

Not recommending this hotel to anyone! They took my email id during check-in for lost and found case purpose and assured me that I will not receive any promotional email. From the day of my checkout they have started spamming me with their advertisement emails. In those email there’s no hyperlink under “Unsubscribe” button. I am going to file a lawsuit against them for violating cyber privacy! If you are still going to stay with them then do not give your email ID to receptionist.

Good hotel at the beach front. It's not the newest hotel in the area but decent.

Unbelievable….COVID rules for quarantine and social distancing are constantly changing. Our group is fully vaccinated and has taken PCR tests since we arrived, but still we are isolated to our rooms and locked into the hotel. We can leave to go to work, where we are around each other for hours at a time, but we arent allowed to be around each other in the hotel. Can’t leave, can’t eat anything but over-priced, cafeteria food room service. Management has no continuity on what the rules are and change them on a whim. DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible horrible horrible!

Most of the staff were kind and good location. But rooms and facilities are old even though try to keep clean. It’s not enough to make me feel clean. Especially I found lots of used cigarettes on pence on the balcony. It looks like my friend just cigarette a few hours ago on the balcony. I feel housekeepers clean up open space only not details. I saw dusty near lights and closets. I woke up in the morning from the sounds of coughing next room. Breakfast was okay, they prepare many but Taste was not impressive. I do not recommend it. and have to wait to have seat after 8 AM. Can not cover guests indoor tables at peaks time. Swimming has the smell of water and after I feel skin issues a bit. And shampoo and body wash from the hotel are made too deep clean. After shower hair and skin are too much dry. Please bring your cleansing sets.

Overall nice. But the room is a bit old. Water pressure was very low. Sea view but view is not nice. Should say like partial sea view room to be fair. Also staff named K bee at the front desk is not in the good mood maybe, she is speaking properly, but let me felt like there were no hospitality at all. Really bad experience to do the check out with her.

Beautiful resort. The lobby's roselle drink is nice! The cafe sells cakes and drink which are of decent quality. Pool is huge and has a pool bar! Room is spacious and nice. Corridors are not air-conditioned. Breakfast has a wide variety of options. Hotel has an exit right at the beach. Hotel is linked to a small mall with some food options. Sadly the nearest supermarket is some distance away. Nice time to visit as it's still not crowded

A perfect facility in the middle of the city, but still very quiet. Just a few steps and you are on the beachroad and you can walk to the central shopping mall. The staff is very friendly. Great breakfast

The room is spacious but a little bit outdated /needs some improvement. Some lights in the room are not working. Location is unbeatable, it's near the nightlife street and the beach but not noisy.

TOP hotel in Central Pattaya. Breakfast is SUPERB. Seaview rooms with balcony offer great views and good comfort. Lush garden is impressive in the heart of the city. I will come again.

I am regular here , coming twice a month for work. Always stay in sea view room with complimentary club benefit. Very good and service oriented staff especially Miss Prik. Impeccable service, greet and can remember my choices every time. I am vegetarian. She make sure to have vegetarian snacks specially cooked fresh for me. Really good service with a smile.

One of the best stays, simply elevated our experience at Pattaya. Explore local shops, eateries, beach, walking street just by walking around. Staff was courteous and super helpful. Helped us with an early check in and a late check out without even putting forth a request (depends on room availability though). And finally the hotel itself provides a very relaxing atmosphere. Simply loved the place and will visit again.
