Very comfortable beds and great location for the night life of LK Metro area. However there is often significant noise in the corridors which is easily heard in the rooms. Housekeeping here is some of the worst I have encountered. I had to contact them nearly everyday of my stay just to get my room cleaned and even then they forgot to replace items everytime. Staff in general were very obliging and friendly.

Delicious buffet, reasonably priced with outstanding service. A lot of great food including Western food cooked to a high quality. They have a beautiful atmosphere with large blue fishtanks, comfortable seating and soft, easy listening music. The hotel and apartments are also of a high quality, beautifully decorated with friendly staff.

Good hotel , located in the centre. Walkable distance to nearby malls and attractions , rooms are calm & silent at night. Kosher restaurant is available in the property, though i have not tried it , clean and well maintained property, definitely recommended for family & solo travelers......

Room conditions are not bad and location is good to access near markets or restaurants.But water of shower is cool. You can stay here for a few days.

Room quality is worth the price. Staff are pretty helpful. Cleanliness could be improved, especially in the Atlantis Restaurant. Swimming pool at the Centara Avenue nearby is a lot of fun. Car park is hard to manoeuver, carefulness is needed.

Nice hotel and staff. Centrally located in between Soi Bukhao and the beach road area. Quite a few food selections and convenience stores everywhere. Currency exchanges close by with way better rates than the airport. Plenty of shopping with a few malls in walking distance. Pool is decent and it's nice to have a fitness center there. Not a bad stay at all. Oh AC is so necessary here 🥵 as it gets pretty hot so that helped make it even more enjoyable.

Nice but still lot of room for improvement

It's a good hotel with prompt service but the aircon thermostat was broken in 707 room and would go down to 15 centigrade. I had to switch off the aircon manually and not use it at night cuz it would get super cold.

The entrance is hard to find, so difficult for taxi drivers, delivery etc. Good access to bars. It seems to be an Israeli hotel with Hebrew offers in the lift.

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean and new, in good shape. Minor complaints: Asked for pool towel 4 times. Twice they were out of them because ALL of them had been sent for cleaning(!?) Upgraded to a Premium room for my 2nd week. Room and bed was bigger, but lost my balcony and there was 0 extra furniture or other benefits. Just alot more empty space. Definitely not worth it.

Cigarette smoke was coming into our room from the air conditioning and the room smelt like smoke. Their solution was to go upstairs and spray some air freshener. When approaching the front desk again we were just ignored with them not even replying. Hard for them to be rude when they won’t even acknowledge your complaint. I was with my Thai partner so they understood what was said. Also charged 100 baht because a water bottle was accidentally broken. Of course had to pay in cash! Only redeeming feature was that the door staff were prompt and courteous.

Whenever I come to Pattaya, I always stay in 4-star or 5-star hotels. I always come alone and stay quiet. In the past, I stayed at hotels such as Holiday Inn Pattaya, Pullman Pattaya, and Grande Center Point 21, but this place is not only much better than those places for the price, but it is also very quiet, the beds are clean, and the staff are all friendly. Breakfast is also very delicious. I would like to give 5000 stars because the 24-hour security service is thorough. If you are looking for quiet, there is absolutely no better hotel than this. I will end the review by promising to stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Pattaya.

My go to hotel while in Pattaya. Right next to LK Metro so lots of entertainment close by in walkable distance. Rooms are updated with soft beds, good wifi, good breakfast buffet and pool. Gym is lacking but I used the one next door in the condo area were breakfast is which is better. Can't beat the price for what you get. I normally look for hotels like this. Not super cheap but slightly more for updated facilities which I much prefer than older cheaper rooms. And not expensive either, just cheaper price for good rooms to crash in that aren't old smelly ones.

Staff is so helpful and informative. The rooms are nice the bed is very comfortable. The pool is great. Very nice location

The good: Rooms are nice and clean. The location is good for tourists who want to be close to the bars and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Staff are friendly. The not so good: There are 2 hotels, Centra Avenue and Centra Azure. We stayed in Avenue. The pool is very small and isn’t great to “chill” during the day. The breakfast was average. We needed to go to the other building for breakfast. Overall, I think it’s good if you want a quiet , clean place to come back from clubbing. Not great if you want to spend your time chilling at the beach or by the pool.
