This is a very well located hotel and the staff here is extremely polite and friendly. The room service is very prompt and helpful. Just that the person might ask you for a tip after delivering your luggage to your room. The keys they have are physical ones and not the card keys. But that is fine. The bathrooms are kind of small. How ever they are clean so that isn't much of an issue. The lane is quite noisy but the hotel windows are good enough to keep sound out of the room.

** Attention Readers ***** I am leaving this review in hopes in will prevent another person from wasting their time in frustration from a hotel that clearly has a disregard for the it's guests. After booking for 7 nights, with plans of staying a month or longer, I ended up leaving due the the way I was talked to and treated by staff. While attemping to voice my concerns to manangement, it was clear my grievances were not being acknowledged. In the end, I know when I am being talked down to, belittled, treated rudely and just being given lip service. After reading other reviews (which I should have done prior to booking), it is obvious that me being treated without respect by hotel staff is not an isolated incident. Safe travels... Only The Best, Ken P.

Had the misfortune of staying in room 520.I think this is a service area because staff could be heard shouting up the corridor around 4.30 am.Also there is a phone located not far from the room in the corridor which never stopped ringing from about 6.30am.If staying I would avoid rooms 520-524

Cons: Very old hotel, still using keys to open rooms. Cramped rooms, no view from balcony, no bath tub, very small rooms in standard category, reception doesn't help you in changing tge room or an alternative. Biggest joke is they doesn't have a Concierge facility to carry yoyr luggage to room, you have to carry yourself even while checkout you have to load your luggage to vehicle on your own. Pool timings are 10 AM to 7 PM which is nonsense as this is the time you will be roaming around. Pros: 300 meters from beach Good breakfast spread Sunset view from pool is awesome. Pool located on 8th floor(top floor). P.S: Opt for a different hotel for beach view on Beach Road.

Perfect location with 2 rooftop pools. Lovely staff. Only 1 issue is the beds are hard. I've woken up stiff every morning...maybe they have a venture with the local massage shop 😁. Breakfast is a desent spread and operates 7am till noon which is good if you've had a heavy night.

I really want to give 5 stars because almost everyone was so nice. There was a front desk receptionist who went off on me for forgetting my key. The other issue I had was the WiFi is not very good. That is easy to fix though. Overall everyone and everything was great. Loved the location. Nice 2 pools and a good breakfast. I'll surely stay there again. The neighborhood has a great vibe.

Originally gave them 4 star. But got charged 500 bht for checking out 1 hour late!. Clean, location is on a main side street. Breakfast buffet has a big selection (very good). this hotel has no view and most rooms don’t have balconies.

Best in budget hotel. Super clean room, soft bed. Clean bathroom. Standard breakfast with lots of variety. I've stayed many hotel but this is best in budget and location. Only problem is rooftop pool. They not allowed after 7 pm. Not even to sit. I request them I want to just sit with my wife but not allowed.

Great value for money, easy carpark and comfortable rooms. Because it is such good value for money and we were travelling in a group of 6, we were able to get a number of rooms next to each other. The breakfast in nice and the pool n the roof is good also.

Only one star and thats for the kindness of the cleaning ladies the entire hotel is old and disgusting everything breaks and the room looked like it could cave in on itsself . Staff where not friendly not even a welcome when i checked in . Would not reccomend there are plenty of hotels in Patayya that are much newer and better.

Rooms are ok, old but ok value. AC very noisy. Room was clean and service good. Pattaya only a shell of what it was, sad..

The place is near to pattaya beach and situated in SOI 7. They serve breakfast till 11 am which is awesome considering I dont wake-up early. SOI 7 is full of beer bars so you dont have to travel a lot to party with people.

I did not stay at the hotel so I can't review it. I did eat at the breakfast buffet. It was 200 baht. The food selection was reasonable. About 20 items to choose from. Decent selection of bevages as well. Of the things I ate most were of average taste and quality. Service was good. Could definitely do worse for 200 baht. I would eat there again.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our second time and loved it. Great service, price and location. Thanks hotel comes with 2 swimming pools and good breakfast. This hotel is also perfect if you like to go party with lots of girls in soo bukhao, since the bars start from the moment you leave the lobby of the hotel.
