Smelly room, no bathrobe, no bathroom slippers, dirty sheets. Not at all a 4 star hotel. Even a 2 star hotel might be better than this.

I must say this is actually the worst hotel I have ever stayed in . The staff are friendly and helpful but the woman manager is not nice at all. I booked it for one week but within hours in the room I started getting bitten in the bed and was awake all night . The room smelled, balcony was not a balcony ,not clean, bed had insects in it which I showed to the staff but the manager seemed to think was not bad and just told me go to a doctor for cream for the bites .i left after less than a day here . It is run down and over priced it should be a one star hotel This is the first time I wrote a bad review but my only advice is stay away

Needs major updating. Our room smelled like an old shoe and the carpets maybe like 25 yrs old and probably causes most the smell. Even the elevator smells but instead of fixing it the management hangs a car freshener in it. Too bad. Its a good location and have their bar across the alley that has good beer. Likely not to stay there again.

We were staying here with some friends. We booked the room with the jacuzzi spa bathtup while our friends took the standard room. Size wise the rooms are pretty much the same except the bathrooms. Our room was well maintained and the jacuzzi clean. The reason why I only give 3 stars is because we were very disappointed about the breakfast. Instead of an buffet breakfast with a big variety of food we got some a la carte breakfast. The amount was so little that we left the breakfast still hungry. Paying 300 baht for this is definitely too much. Furthermore they should mention it on the website that because of Covid they not serve the breakfast buffet. For a short weekend trip, I can recommend this place. But book it without breakfast. There are so many places in Pattaya were you can eat buffet breakfast for less than 300.

Location and rooms are good with basic things however services are not good. They don't provide even sachets of coffee , milk , sugar etc . Even on calling at reception , they will clearly say "No" for that day even it was urgency. While checking out , they deduct extra 300 TBH saying there was lipstick stain and not getting remove when washing it from hands. They don't have facility to remove their own cloths properly and they can deduct amount just on tips and give you insane reason. Additionally, if you don't pay and will defend you with logic reason , they will start arguing literally. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. So big "NO" from my side.

Highly recommend the Intimate Hotel in Pattaya. It has everything you could possibly want and need. Great memorable interactions and experiences with all staff members who are always friendly, warm and welcoming and have huge smiles on their faces, this includes the amazing ladies in reception, security, porters, breakfast team, and cleaners. Our room was awesome, comfortable with an oversized king bed, large spa, quiet , great air con, strong shower and free wifi. The large rooftop pool has a section with spa jets and a swim up bar. This amazing place is in the heart of the Pattaya Beach precinct. Everything is within easy walking distance.

Jacuzzi is great, i am 6'5 with 150kg and i can fully dive in it. Bed is hard , room is very clean as usual in Pattaya. AC is a little bit loud but you can change to fan mode...

Roof top pool and gym. Big bath tub, and separate standing rain shower. Big King sized bed. Off the main road, all rooms has a balcony area to block any noise. Like that there is a see through glass between room and toilet. Unable to charge devices when not in room as key card is needed to keep power on.

Pros: rooms are good size. king sized bed is good. big bathtub! Cons: the air con was not easy to keep at same temp. The property may have once been 4 star, but it has seen better days. In some ways run down, but had charm. I don't know about jacuzzi rooms. If you go be sure to count the water bottles in fridge. Mine had 1, but they charged me for one saying I drank it. I hadn't. In fact I left 3 unopened eater bottles in the room.

Hotel : Great room and facility, clean and privacy. Hilight is a Wizard Brewery at the ground floor. You will find great craft beer "Wizard beer" here. Live music friendly atmosphere and great European food. Must be try!!!!!

The default deluxe room was very good. Had a shower and bathtub. Cleaned every day. Great bed. Good air-conditioning. Small balcony for smoking. Very friendly staff.

Good hotel , good area to stay also its near to almost everything . It just i always notice i get itchy when i lay in the beds mostly i just ignore it always and the second time there i notice its there bed its like bugs bite or something .

The hotel is a bit dated but in a good location, the rooms are large and quite clean even if they need updating, the bed is not very comfortable and above all the air conditioning does not work as it should, at 24 degrees it was terribly cold and at 25 degrees it was dying of heat, the worst thing was that the temperature is adjustable only from a device at the entrance to the room, so if you are in bed you have to get up and go to the entrance to the room to adjust the temperature, very uncomfortable indeed. For the rest I must say that I found the reception staff very friendly, kind and nice. The hotel has a really convenient and quick laundry service at a great price.

It's a really nice hotel and a wonderful pool at the roof. Have sun the hole day. Friendly staff , the bed was good and bathroom to . It's smell pretty bad in the reception area /lobby . Buy probably only this days. The location is perfect. Close to everything.

Great location and good room conditions. Be aware they have a tendency to add fines onto bill due to beds sheets being slightly soiled or made dirty. It’s a pity that such a good quality hotel does not turn on their air conditioning in the entrance lobby/reception/bar areas, as it gets very humid and sticky. But overall good and recommend but book way ahead in advance as the prices are extortionate close to stay dates.

Nice location, nice staff, and big nice rooms. But gym room and pool is only 2 stars, therefor only 3 stars total.

I remember that hotel many years ago. It was nice before, now it looks old. But staff still friendly and helpful. Forget the breakfast, better go out and eat somewhere else. Not far from beach, about 10 minute walk

Great location ample parking, rooms are big and cozy, bathrooms are great with very big bath tubs and seperate shower. They could improve room lighting they are very dim and dull. Pool and gym is located in terrace never got a chance to use gym but pool is great with bar which is perfect for spending evenings. Everything is near by 7-11 is just 2 mins walking distance along with many bars, massage parlour and food joints. Front desk staff are great and helping but other service staffs are rude and money hungry and ask for tip even for small job.

A budget friendly hotel with a parking lot. Their pool is closed within 8pm. The wifi is not working 😭.

Old but very nice rooms with very good craft beer down in basement restaurant

We stayed here from the 5th to 14th november. Good hotel in a great location. Only 10 minutes walk to beach road and 10 minutes walk the other way to soi bukhao. Its located just off 2nd road which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful one of whom even let me use his phone to make a long call. Daily room cleaning/towel/bed changing with 2 bottles of free water daily. Balcony in the room also. Good aircon system. A very minor issue was there was dust underneath the bed but upon telling reception it was quickly cleaned. Lovely swimming pool and gym. Secure safe in room. Room has only one key so all the power turns off when you leave the room but i think most hotels are like this in pattaya. Nice shower with decent water pressure. TV had all the basic channels with BBC news, german and american channels. Highly recommended and great value for money. Will be staying here again on our next visit!

I liked the hotel, staff and location. There is a swimming pool and gym but I never got to use them because I was out all the time. Great value for the price I paid and everything is pretty much walking distance so saved on bolt rides too

Very nice hotel located in pattaya. They also have club in front of hotel. Only thing I don't like us they charge too much for jacuzzi rooms. Rest this is the best hotel. Security is also very good. But sometimes front office lady don't talk nicely.

Great hotel in a good location. Access to everything on offer in Pattaya. Walking distance to the main road where you can catch a ride to where ever you want to go. Clean upscale rooms. All the furnishings looked new or at least very well maintained when I stayed (late 2015).

Been coming to this hotel for years! They keep the place in good shape and the room rates can't be beat....Friendly helpful staff is a big plus for weary travelers and roof top pool is GREAT!

Pretty decent hotel and reasonably priced during this pandemic. Service is really good. Rooms are nicely sized. Aircon a little noisy but everything else works out. Conveniently located in the heart of town and accessible to the many entertainment centers.

Good location and friendly staff. But the hotel its self is very tired. Desperate need of a total refurbishment.

Rooms are spacious, kinda old but still kinda clean. Our area is quiet which is good. Internet connection in the room is bad though, could hardly do some work. Location is good, it’s close to everything. Walking distance to the mall and the beach.

Great functional hotel, especially firm bed sheet making you sleep well.
