Well situated with everything in walking distance, friendly staff and decent service. Decent rooms, however, the jacuzzi suite wasn't much to mention in terms of jacuzzi, it was a tiny regular bathtub with jacuzzi function, fits half a person. No towel racks or hanging hooks anywhere in the room which simply is weird, weird layout with the bathroom being divided with a glass wall to the bedroom, bit crampy feeling in the bathroom. Very dark room with few lamps and dark colors. If you get a room on the "wrong" side be prepared for noise from the bar beers down on the street all night. however well insulated windows minimize this noise to low background level,just don't open the window. In terms of hotel standard I'd say this ranks 3,5 at the most. Nice pool on the roof. Will probably stay again but in a normal deluxe room.

It's really nice. Very clean. Professional and friendly staff. Pool on the roof. Great aircon. Excellent location for bars, restaurants, and shopping. It's a great place to stay at reasonably price. Buffet breakfast is OK, nothing spectacular, but it'll get you started for the day.

Place was decent. It was designed for tourists looking for adult fun, hence the sliding window allowing the bed to see through to the bathtub. Room was spacious, and it was mostly clean. Though there a number of what looked like dried blood stains on the walls and bed linens.

Rough on a lot of edges but the staff is as friendly as customary of the lovely Thai people. Myhroom did smell a bit mildewy and it was hard not to get water on the floor when showering. You can see they've been painting a lot of the damaged areas and while I was there they were doing a lot of work. Maybe they are still trying to renovate. For the price point and location its a decent deal. I recommend it if you are on a budget but if you'd like more comfort for your holiday I would recommend spending a but more elsewhere.

Location was great to reach party spots, easy access to the pickup truck shuttle route. The hotel location itself was quiet. This was probably a trendy hotel 25 years ago. It appears that it has been maintained, but not renovated. The air conditioning unit works well, doesn't blow directly on to the bed, but is rather loud providing a constant background white noise. The room lights and AC are controlled by an antiquated bedside control panel that required me to use my flashlight to see the labels. Also, the bathroom floor has settled leaving a small lake after showering that separates you from the towel rack and bathtub. That was the case in my room. Bottom line, it was a fair price and well located and the shortcomings i have mentioned are not deal-breakers. The breakfast was okay. Very basic. Very average.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The whole hotel fresh with a relaxing ambiance. The hotel prides itself on offering high quality bedding and the view is pretty good from the upper levels.

I only used restaurant and had an All Day Breakfast... Lots of fruit,. Pineapple 🍍 juice,. Coffee and eggs, 🥓 bacon, sausages , beans, salad,. Toast , butter and jam.. very nice cafe, clean.. only 250 BAHT!

Bought on Expedia at a real discount, however ....discount price was not worth it. Great location, but very tired. Could even say bathrooms and pool really need a bit of maintenance and cleaning.

Excellent Hotel stay for a few weeks in Aug 2023 and the Manager Sasikan and her staff in check-in, porters, restaurant and all departments very courteous and extremely professional. Rooms large and clean, housekeepers very good. Internet very fast, breakfast good, pool good. Everything Great!!! They need to upgrade to Smart Tv's and hopefully lower the price for Long Stays. Right in the heart of central, walking distance to several destinations frequently visited by people here on vacation or long stays. With a good accommodating staff, on site restaurant, roof top pool and a modern gym. I highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel in a quiet Soi but within 5 minutes walk of all the nightlife. Rooms clean, decent balcony, good pool for swimming or relaxing and all the staff really helpful. If you need anything see a girl called Mon on reception, proper helpful, no problem too small. Will be stopping there again Christmas 😁👍🏻❤️

Overall my stay at Page 10 wasn’t too bad. I found that the location was fantastic and the infinity pool on the rooftop was a highlight. However, I found the hotel to be pretty dated and cold. The rooms are very dark and need a good facelift. My shower head on the ceiling didn’t work properly and the power socket in the bathroom was broken. I also found it bizarre that the hotel couldn’t use the bond we paid for food. It’s a strange policy. Price wise, I don’t think it’s worth the charging price. I think this hotel was once a great one, but it’s slowly becoming run down. Hopefully my constructive criticism will help improve the hotel.

Good hotel at an excellent location. Staff were helpful, always available to help. The breakfast menu was adequate enough (even for vegetarian like me), however it was not lavish. As the hotel is near to 2nd road where there are lot of party clubs, pubs, restaurants, etc., there was noise till late night. Also other customers reaching hotel room late night after party, used to make noise of chatting and laughing before entering their rooms. Overall, it was little costly against all the odds listed above. The room in the photos look bigger than it is (though it is actually same). The balcony is really too small as if it does not exists. The pool and gym at the roof top (8th floor) is awesome.

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, but, the big letdown for me was the noisy airconditioning making a sound gushing noise even on low, it was so loud I couldn't sleep and had to turn it off, which then made the room become too warm.

Definitely a place worth recommending. Massive improvements since my last visit in 2015 and almost prefect location with Minutes walk away from the much improved beach Minutes walk away from local bars, restaurants and other places including massaging places 15-20 minutes walk away from Walking Street or baht bus. 7 minutes walk away from Tree Town 7 minutes walk away from the Central Shopping Mall Baht bus away from Terminal 21. Improved WiFi with great coverage. Only but is the WiFi username and password is only for one device per room so more have to be requested at the reception. Very spacish room and washroom area unlike other hotels nearby. Nice rooftop swimming pool and a nearby restaurant. Almost prefect and definitely worth a strong recommendations for singles, couples and or family. I would give a 4.5 star review for this location.

Nice location, nice price, nice design and room size, but quite shabby. They could use a bit of deep cleaning and a bit cosmetic make up to make rooms shine again. I noticed some scratches, chips and stains on walls and countertops. Easy to remove them but the difference would be huge. Very recommend to try cocktails in a pool bar- they are all very tasty and made with real juices, not just syrop. My favorite was Muay Thai.

Inconsistent reception staff. Several reception staff have poor service attitudes; rude and unhelpful; others are polite; need training how to handle guests and show consistency. Should also open the gym for guests 24 hours with Keycard; should not beg to open the gym at 8am; gym needs aircon!

Really enjoyed staying here. So much so, I added two more nights to my reservation. Location is amazing, staff are very friendly, the pool is great, room is very spacious. The only bad thing for me: in terms of cleaning, they are also very efficient even though I did find a dead cockroach and some spiderwebs in my cabinet and bathroom. That goes to say that superficially they clean the room very well but when it comes down to details and hidden spaces, it's not good.

I would say a 3 star hotel for it’s average. The staff are super friendly. The location close to the bars and a 15 minute walk to walking street and Central festival mall only 6 minutes walk. Rooms were bet small so make sure you book for larger rooms. Very clean.

Small hotel with a modern atmosphere. Staff's customer service is great. The breakfast is also great (buffet style). Cost for that is 200 Thai Baht at time of review. Rooms felt clean, but the toilet's water did give off an odor. Bed sheets did give off a bleach odor which was good and a positive thing for us. Comforting to smell. Nonetheless, I did question the overall cleanliness during the stay. Good WIFI. The nearby nightlife does make it loud outside the hotel during the after hours. Relative to the other bigger hotel options near better beaches in the area, this hotel is okay overall.

I booked for Grand Deluxe and the room is quite big, especially the shower room with the tub. I love mood and tone with warm light as its decorated make more cozy and relax. The place is not far from the beach just 2-3 mins walk along the alley which surrounding with foods and bars. You can enjoy the swimming pool as well which located at the top of the building. But I could not take the photo because it is closed now. For anyone who drive a car, there are underground parking lot for you. I do minus one star according to upon my check-in, I did not see anyone helping me carrying my luggage and stuff, and lead me to the room. Not sure whether they were too busy or it dont really have one. However, it doest matter that much. Overall, I would recommend to my friends or anyone who are looking for the hotel that reasonable price, clean, convenience must be this one.

The location of the hotel is fine. The room is large and very clean. The staff is very unfriendly. Although the Corona period the staff did not brief and walked around without masks. Not sure I'll go back there again
