Excellent location. Walking distance from almost anything. Very reasonably priced. All the basic essentials are included. Two water bottles daily. Tea / coffee in the room. Reasonably priced optional breakfast makes it convenient.

First of all, the hotel is located in a spot close to Central Marina, and also with excellent accessibility to the Baht buses running through the town. The rooms were okay, spacious with some ants in the balcony (but not indoors). The breakfast was nothing fantastic, but overall I was satisfied with the choices. Would recommend!

Photos are view from balcony. Stayed here for 3 weeks April may. Arrived about 6 pm check-in took about 10 mins was offered a free cold fruit drink. The weather in April is very hot so it's nice to have good Aircon in the room sadly we didn't, it was struggling to cool itself down never mind the room. Bed was comfortable and managed to have a good night's sleep probably because of the flight we had just done 2 days into the holiday the Aircon packed in altogether so we were given a different room but at least the Aircon was a little bit cooler. The rooms were cleaned every day bed sheets were changed every 2 days the rooms were quiet on a night so was happy about that. We had breakfast once but was very basic needless to say it was only the once and ate out on the other occasions. When checking out we were asked to pay 350 baht for a shower gel dispenser that was broken but after spending 10 minutes explaining we never used there dispenser we had our own they said ok forget about it. The hotel wasn't that bad but I don't think I would stay there again mainly because of the poor Aircon. There are a lot of hotels at a good price in Pattaya so it's worth looking around.

Old. Dirty. No AC in common areas. AC Iroom barely works. Will not give second key, must leave key in bucket at desk when you leave room. Bad location , nothing on same soi. It was so bad that I left after one day and stayed at another hotel. loosing the money I spent for a 10 day stay. And I am so glad I did. It was worth it.

The hotel was olde but the room was clean and also Staff were very friendly

It's far if you want to visit frequently to walking street, few malls for shopping in a day ... But if you just want to wander around beach then it's walking distance. And if once a day to walking street or malls or few good food restaurants then this is the best economic rooms available in Pattaya. Good host, good house keeping service... Very neat and tidy. I would highly recommend if you really looking for hotel rooms with bath tub. Can visit with family or even solo.

Checked in on 30 Sept until 3 Oct, all 4 days & 3 nights were just fantastic. One of the best Hotel to stay in Pattaya nearby Beach, Food is good, location is good, the warm welcome received from Miss Kay was fantastic throughout the entire stay. Huge swimming pool to relax after hectic day, nice indian restaurants and many good massage parlous are just steps away. Nightlife is also hardly few minutes away. I am definitely going back to this hotel only again in my next year's 7 days holidays. Thanks everyone at Bella Villa Prima.

We stayed for 3 nights,very pleasant and walkable distance to pattaya beach.Free breakfast is decent. Economical too.i would recommend this hotel.

I like it! It is more of an apartment than a hotel. It’s got a large refrigerator a microwave, plates bowls and a sink outside the bathroom. The pool is ok. I enjoyed the sauna. The breakfast is good but not great. Parking is ok. The hotel seems safe enough. There is a washer and dryer available near the pool. I will consider coming again.

Best hotel to stay in pattaya. 2-3mins walking from pattong beach. Available store nearby.

Charged me THB100 for staining the towel with a bit of blood stain due to my shaving. It is unreasonable as it can easily be wahed. The staff just pocketed the monies. A pity
