''Fraud's signature''. I didn't open the fridge in my entire stay. But at last I got a bill of 80 thaibath. They are falsely accusing me of opening a water bottle. I had to pay that money. If anyone takes a room at this hotel again, first check the number of water bottles in the fridge and whether they have broken seals. Because I have never seen such bad hotel staff.

Beautiful hotel with ample space and spacious rooms. The hotel is well located and all the major areas are in reach. Both walking street and beach area are in walkable distance. Pool in the hotel is well maintained and the in house restaurant though not economical serves the good enough Indian food.

Older then it looks but well kept, staff are friendly however full of rude, loud and obnoxious guest. Hotel policy is to keep your passport for the stay and $1 key card cost over $10 to replace.... Car parking was a nightmare

There is no water in the commode and hand shower in room number 404, this problem was not resolved even in 2 hours..It has become a big problem in the morning

The rooms were good but the keys were not working, swimming pool not clean and The towels were in very bad condition.

We stayed there for almost 3-4 days n our experience was so bad as we found a rat in our room and that rat spoiled our nuts and food items however hotel provide us the new nuts pack but how can they ignore such situations as someone else was complaining the same thing earlier and the next day it was our room. And at breakfast time the quality of fruits were so bad. We found small small cockroach in our bhatura. There were small mosquito all over the salads. What more to say in regards to this. A very comfortable place to stay! Clean rooms, comfortable bed and spacious room with a mini bar. Has all the facilities of a 4 star hotel. Room service is quick and staff is well mannered and trained. All floors have elevator access and the location of the hotel is in close proximity to the walking street pattaya.

Last time I stayed here it was wonderful. Easy walking distance to many places and the staff were super helpful.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Room service is below par. But they are trying hard to be helpful and friendly. Proper training must be given to accommodate the busy season. Excellent breakfast. Had also tried the sandwiches and icecream. Really good. But they don't have most of the items they have in their menu for room service. Which is highly disappointing for a four star rated hotel. Just walkable distance to the beach road.

And when asked, the treatment from the receiption was so bad and I was made to look like a culprit.

Location of the hotel is good, rooms were also decent and clean. Staff was quite rude. On the first day they refused to clean the room, did not provide us with towels, shower gel, coffee, water etc. The woman at the reception is an extremely cheap and greedy woman. She only cares about money and not customers.

I would like to give even less than 1 star to this hotel. The rooms were not at all clean, furniture was way too old. There were no toiletries inside the bathroom. Super unhygienic rooms and bathroom. The staff is not at all cooperative. They charged 100 Baht for a cracked glass. They make us feel that we are liars. The staff should know and learn how to talk to their guests. The breakfast buffet food specially the Indian food was so bad. The biggest disadvantage is that this hotel is not at all family friendly, the crowd is below third grade here. I am highly disappointed with everything in this hotel. Think twice here if you are planning to stay with you family.

This place deserve -5 stars - not just on how poor the rooms are - Rust and mold all over the place Annnnnd - people go through your stuff and Will Steal your stuff just stay TF away!

The facility is well maintained. One major relief was that the bell service, chef and few stewards spoke English and could communicate. Breakfast had a good spread. Check in could have been more peaceful. Despite asking specifically to be allocated only Non smoking room, the desk gave precisely rooms that was stinking with smoke. Although I got it changed. Overall barring the check in things went smooth.

Good hotel in Pattaya, but rude staff members. The way they respond is not good. They should be trained properly about handling customers. But yes, nice rooms. Cleanly maintained. Near to most of the Indian restaurants. You can find plenty of grocery shops over there.

A good budget place to stay. Nice cozy rooms with good view.. If possible ask for the bay view rooms. Major negative point is that the meal options for vegetarian are very very limited. Swimming pool is small and the max dept of the pool is 1.5 ft?!!! Quite shocking.. Simply useless pools.. Toilet equipment are minimal with only soap and towels. No dental or shaving kits available in room. But all in all a good place to stay and enjoy with budget capacity..

It's a very cool hotel to visit. It is situated in the heart of the Pattaya beach. The best part of the hotel is the location. Very small time to reach the beach and also the food is awesome. I will highly recommend to all indian and other visiters to must visit this hotel.

I usually stay in the same property more than 6 years.. By it's category price is a little bit high.. But they have their own standard.. And breakfast spreads are good than other hotels.. They serve Thai and Indian food... Their Hygiene level is really appreciated. House keeping staffs are excellent and polite in their service.. Feeling a little bit difficulties in the servcie of restaurant staffs...

Rooms are very clean. Staff is courteous. Pool is very clean! Toilets have jet spray. Hot water is available 24x7. Iron, ironing board and bathrobe (pro tip: carry at poolside) is provided. Wooden flooring, AC works well, beds are very comfortable. If you plan on visitng tour, make sure to put alarms, else you won't wake up. Near to the beach, just hop on a shared cab (more details at end.) Food is moderately priced. Drinks/water/chips at room at priced quite higher better carry your stock (more details in next para.) We were alloted a room with a view, which was really amazing! (Check photos) our room was 211, I suppose 200-215 (x00-x15) have a nice roadside view, other rooms (x16-x30, x is 1,2..7) have a different view. Overall a very good experience here and much recommended if it fits your budget. There's a 7/11 store nearby where you can buy general stuffs like toothbrush/chips/beer/whisky/cola/water etc. Indian Rasoi nearby is a good restaurant for lunch and dinner. (Regarding cabs: There are many shared cabs going around. If they are empty, they will charge you 50 bahts, you can bargain for 40. If you are in a group, get it for 150 for 10 people. Afternoon rates are different than night rates.)
