The location is good if you like to be next to a big shopping mall and busy dirty beach. Breakfast was excellent everyday and the staff was friendly. Rooms are clean and decent size but no views. Pool area is great with ocean views. It’s definitely not in a area where you bring your kids. It’s next to a lot noisy bars full of partying singles. Not recommended for families.

I am very disappointed with the hotel I have been a guest at the flipper lodge for over 15 years, I transferred over 12,000 Baht for 10 days including taxi and pcr test, etc. !! Unfortunately it didn't work out in time with the Thai pass and had to cancel everything and now Flipper Lodge thinks that the money is gone and no repayment is possible. I find this behavior very annoying after the years! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The room just renovated. In side the room is so clean. Everything looks great. But I went to after Covid19 few tourists in a same night. The hotel located near the beach but only one side of building will get sea view. Another side you will get citi view (402 got city view). Swimming pool quite small but on. The rooftop, you can get Pattaya beach view Recommended

Second stay here and very happy. Staff are very helpful and polite. The room is a good size and clean. In a good location to access many bars and restaurants. Pool on the roof is a nice sun trap. Would stay again

Might be 3 star but everything was to a high standard..from being greeted by friendly reception staff and security man,to the great buffet breakfast, this hotel is well worth the money and 1 minute walk to beach road.perfect.

It's a Walking accessible hotel to the beach and is also near the central shopping center. I stayed newly renovated room with ocean view. It is worth for money except for breakfast and hot shower. Breakfast was a bit shabby. Neither salad nor vegetable was available. Hot shower was not stable to be taken. It's often getting cold and hot water alternately. Well, over all I am satisfied with this hotel if ocean view is available.

Food bar is nice, there are all kind of food here. Room Decoration : Stylish and cozy. Bed: A little stiff but nice. Tloilet choose a model that flushing quiet. I'm satify when night time will not disturb other that sleep. Location Close to the beach and central shopping store. Trick Choose the room away from pub side if you sleepless. Overall Value for money to stay. I recommended.

Good and value for money

I enjoyed the stay in this centrally located hotel. The rooms were very clean, Breakfast had plenty of choice. What I didn't like was the roof top pool/bar area closed at 7pm. We chose this hotel as it overlooked the beach, we wanted to view the New Year celebrations from the hotel as the beach was busy. Unfortunately the rooftop area closed at 7pm. I think the hotel had missed a trick here. What a great opportunity to make a great revenue by selling tickets, laying on food and creating a party atmosphere.

Great spot. Everything is very close, bitt pricer than further from beach but its understandable as you are 50 m from main beach. Staff is very helpful and nice. Great breakfast selection and great rooftop swimming pool. The only downside was that there was no balcony, but you could survive this minor thing as everything else was great .

You stay here for location , can be abit loud at night time, but you should be out drinking anyway your in pattaya . Staff great , cleaners great , rooms great , swimming pool clean , but be careful you will get sunburn being on the roof top . Stayed here 5 times now will go back again .

Great location and great staff. Located right on Soi 8 and Beach rd. Downside is that if you go to bed early, you’ll hear a lot of noise from the street. Usually ends around 0300. I stayed in the new A wing with a partial ocean view. Clean and modern room but mattress was hard as a rock. I mentioned to the front desk and they had a topper pad put on. Better, marginally, but I appreciate the prompt service. Lastly, water temp/pressure was inconsistent. Pressure would surge causing hot and cold water. Also, WiFi was ok. Not great, but not terrible. I would recommend.

Here’s my take on the property based on what I paid. Bang for buck as I got it real cheap on agoda. Even other sites were offering it for almost the same rate (give or take). The property is very easy to locate, its on a not so quite street (soi 8). Its quite close to the beach as well. Decents pubs and eateries around. Proximity to baht bus is also there (needless to say). Decent spread on the buffet. Rooms are of decent size and well maintained. Comfy beds and clean linen also. One of the wing is renovated, however we didnt stay there. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Negatives are that there is no balcony in any of the rooms. The sea view rooms are big and has a nice view. Nothing much to speak other than that. I recommend this as a value for money.

First impression is the last impression. For me, the hotel representative behavior seemed very hostile, while other guests seemingly receiving a friendlier greeting. I would have cancelled that booking but I already paid when I booked from Agoda. This bad experience ruined my trip. I've previously stayed in Pattaya and Bangkok at several hotels that, while cheaper, offered a higher standard of service. As a customer who had paid for the service upfront, it would be great to see a more consistent level of customer service regardless of who the guest might be. Regarding the room amenities, we found several issues, like uneven numbers of pillows, a non-working telephone, no slippers and lack of Wi-Fi access. These issues added to an overall disappointing experience. However, it's worth mentioning the excellent location of the hotel, situated near the beach and central Pattaya. I'd recommend considering potential improvements to your service provision and booking policies.

Rooms are good, big in size and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Noise free from inside, but windows are old and outside noise is well perceivable until 01.00-02.00 am. Overall I was very satisfied.

I stayed here during 20-24 October 2022. I have experienced a wonderful stay. Excellent Staff, breakfast, cleanliness and location.

It was everything it said it would be. The rooms were very comfortable and quite spacious. Mine was in B Wing and was very big but a view of an old building next door. My wife and daughter were in A Wing on the second floor right next to the noisy bars, but the noise was minimal and the view was better. Wifi was not brilliant (my room was furthest from reception, so maybe that was why; hint: tether to your phone's wifi if you have a Thai sim card with unlimited wifi, which are cheap), no baths but reasonable showers, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included. It was fine rather than spectacular. Location is great, right next to Beach Road and Central Mall. And easy to access other parts of town. You can walk almost anywhere.

Good strong WIFI 👍🏻 Shower water + toilet flush pressures are good. Huge comfortable bed. Breakfast included was good. Decent foods 🥳 Not good: - pillows too soft. - I heard smoking is allowed in the rooms. This makes the rooms smelly. Not good and hygienic. - you can hear people open and close room doors in the echoey hallway. We stayed on 5 to 11 Oct 2022

Amazing hotel. It’s not the state-of-the-art hotel, but acceptably renovated. Everything is so comfortable and clean. Quiet noisy since rock cafes are all around. For me, it was not annoying since i can sleep in noises. But if you care of it, you should avoid this hotel.

Staff are really helpful the rooms are clean and well prepared. The air-condition is nice a quite as it's built in with no noisy outside motors. Breakfast is very good lots on offer to suit all tastes and the breakfast room is clean and very well laid out. The room we were in was spotless a credit to the house staff. Free tea/coffe and water. Front of house reception are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
