First
impression
is
the
last
impression.
For
me,
the
hotel
representative
behavior
seemed
very
hostile,
while
other
guests
seemingly
receiving
a
friendlier
greeting.
I
would
have
cancelled
that
booking
but
I
already
paid
when
I
booked
from
Agoda.
This
bad
experience
ruined
my
trip.
I've
previously
stayed
in
Pattaya
and
Bangkok
at
several
hotels
that,
while
cheaper,
offered
a
higher
standard
of
service.
As
a
customer
who
had
paid
for
the
service
upfront,
it
would
be
great
to
see
a
more
consistent
level
of
customer
service
regardless
of
who
the
guest
might
be.
Regarding
the
room
amenities,
we
found
several
issues,
like
uneven
numbers
of
pillows,
a
non-working
telephone,
no
slippers
and
lack
of
Wi-Fi
access.
These
issues
added
to
an
overall
disappointing
experience.
However,
it's
worth
mentioning
the
excellent
location
of
the
hotel,
situated
near
the
beach
and
central
Pattaya.
I'd
recommend
considering
potential
improvements
to
your
service
provision
and
booking
policies.
