I really wanted to love this hotel and put 5 stars; however, I’m more towards a 3….but since I’m a nice person, I rounded up. I was really disappointed with the fact that we couldn’t bring our own drinks on the breakfast deck (even after the bar was closed), or on the pool deck. It’s a rule that simply should be changed. This is a beautiful hotel- and we already paid for the luxury- so why can’t we bring a drink we like, to sit by the pool, or at later hours to enjoy the view from the deck? It’s a stupid rule- sometimes it’s better to spare the dumb rules to make guests happy. In the end- you would have a higher return of guests, and more profit. Also the sliding bathroom doors in the rooms didn’t allow for much privacy, as they didn’t latch, and there were open decorative holes in them. Also there was loud banging during the day, for several days right next to our room. Lastly, for cons- While some of the breakfast staff was very nice, others gave me the feeling that either they hated their jobs, I was inconveniencing them, or maybe they just disliked foreigners. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years, so I understand that there can be extremely rude people; however I always smiled and showed respect- so that was disappointing. Pros- clean hotel, friendly front desk/ hotel porters, cleaning service was very polite and did a fantastic job cleaning our rooms, beautiful pool, close to Soi 6, Central Marina (with great food options). Overall, we probably won’t be returning to this hotel next year.

An art and design inspired hotel which I absolutely rate! The rooms are spacious and the hotels pools and sky bars at the rooftop is epic. The hip hop and rnb music played all day and night and we ended up enjoying our vacation on the top floors during our stay. We sipped cocktails, ate fabulous seafood dishes and kicked back in vibrant colourfully decorated rooms. I would book this accommodation again, concierge were so helpful and the staff were all friendly. The hotel is at a great location and the views/sunsets were fantastic.

Our room, corridors, elevators, restaurants all outdated. In shower there was mold and mildew between floor and wall tiles, towels were very thin from wear. Thick coat of black paint on most everything in room. Bed mattress and pillows are not comfortable, the blanket is very thin. The AC is loud, balcony is tiny but appreciated. Location is across from a mall with live music and many street food stands coming alive after 5 and a short walk to Terminal 21 mall. Also its a 6 to 7 min walk from the beach (ocean front). Only draw back on location is the fact that two popular girls soapy intimate massage establishments are on either side of hotel, (one directly under it) . A lot of single men stay here in comparison to families/couples. The roof pool is also outdated and the area is kept together with a lot of thick paint . The staff are very friendly. I would not go back here. There are better and newer hotels for about the same rate around the area.

The hotel looks newer and the rooms have a modern touch. With the 'My Club' benefits you actually not need to go out. Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail with some snacks you will feel full. As we want go out for a steak we have to take care not to eat too much. But the provided food looks and taste very good.

For the $$$ this is 5 stars all day. The location is close to perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. All the food and beverage facilities are great, from your morning breakfast up to and including a late night cocktail on the rooftop bar. The Gym is great for that quick workout before breakfast. Will be definitely back again.

Stay in business room with entitled for my club, a very good experience in this hotel. There is a DJ on the roof top swimming pool side. The gym room also having a lot of equipment. The buffet breakfast is okay, personally like their fried noodle more than fried rice. In overall, it’s worth for a stay.

The mattresses are too small, the bed frame has sharp corners and no protection, I hit my leg on the frame for more than three times one night. Only one pillow is provided for one bed and there is no toothbrushes provided until we asked. The blanket is too thin as well.

Great value, nice rooms, and friendly service. Convenient mall across street with groceries and clothes. Regular taxi stop, and 2nd large mall 300 meters up the street (Terminal 21). Above average breakfast.

The location of the hotel is just perfect and the hotel gave us a boutique hotel feel. Though there wasnt anything mentioned on agoda when we booked the hotel, we were asked to deposit 4000 bhat as security deposit while checking in. We politely denied and didnt pay any deposit/advances.

Highly recommended hotel with a reasonable price. The receptionists were really friendly and the room's condition was quite good. Has a rooftop with a swimming pool at the top floor.

My partner and I had a fantastic night of eating and drinking at your unlimited food buffet with free flowing drinks. Good quality food and the wines were very palatable. Highly recommend!

First time staying at Siam@Siam. A different hotel experience than what we expected, but thoroughly enjoyable. Located in a prime position with lots of things to do nearby. Hotel bar great, breakfast excellent, pool(s) outstanding. Didn't eat at their restaurant as it was always busy, plus there are many other food options nearby. Recommended

Loved every minute! Groovy decor which isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but it is mine! The staff at the pool bar were incredible - I was by myself and got the 2for1 deal, they made me one drink at a time so that the ice wouldn’t melt and I had a fresh cocktail instead of getting both together 💕 You can’t go wrong with poolside 2 for 1 on cocktails during happy hour with a gorgeous view!

One of the best hotel I have ever been in my whole life. Ocean view room so beautiful, amazing view, big bath, and great sofa that has point of view for all the city. The stuff was excellent and pay attention for the small details that will make your holiday perfect!

There are so many good things to say about the hotel and most of them are positive. The staff is excellent! There was a foreign manager greeting customers doing an excellent job of communicating as it was a busy time to check in. They speak very good English and they are always happy to help. The rooftop bar is also a good spot at night or in the morning. The view from there is amazing, big plus for the two swimming pools. The breakfast buffet was OK, there is a vast choice of many different local and western dishes, cereals and crepes. It does taste good and the variety of choice will make you try everything 😅 The only issue I had was the first two days I was sat in the A la Carte section which is the nicer area and then the final two days of my stay I was told I could not sit there which was rather confusing. 4/5 stars because the design of the room is somewhat weird. Don't expect to have any privacy in the toilet as the door has massive holes in it, no joke! My wife was rather uncomfortable about this feature. They tried to have this contemporary art design everywhere and it feels so weird for a hotel. The shower is quite tiny, but the water pressure was great however it over ran the drain and water would flood out to the bathroom area. Rooms could have been smaller (extra useless space with a sofa in the room? I don't get it) to enlarge the bathroom with at least a decent bathtub. Check the photos on the website, you will understand by yourself :) A very pleasant stay anyway for a very affordable price during Covid and I would probably stay there again.

Room was tiny and the furniture was chipped and needs money spent on it.. It had a budget hotel feel.. Breakfast was the usual buffet style and lacked choice for a European.. Not for me sadly

Location is nice. Short walk to beach road, a ton of food, services and shops right beside the hotel. 10 THB public buses run all night long to get you to walking street and back. Rooms are well designed, comfortable, clean and well stocked. Good value to stay, though two nitpicks: - Skybar prices were a bit offensive during the fireworks show (granted it was special event pricing and the entire hotel was booked out). 1100 THB for a beer and a cocktail is what I'd expect to pay in Iceland. - Housekeeping wasn't great about restocking water, toiletries, etc. Had something (only one type of thing each time) missing three out of six nights. The hotel has a convenient app to order more of anything and it arrives in five to ten minutes, but once you're in the shower you're already committed. Not a big deal really and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful - from reception, restaurant staff, concierge and security through to housekeeping. This is a service focused hotel, in spite of the hiccups. I'd recommend staying here.

We loved our stay! Excellent service, very helpful staff and overall great experience. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop pool. Even the location was spot on, within walking distance to the food market, the beach and the mall.

Can't use the sky pool because still on maintenance. Actually, I come for that because another pool was to small and have no SUN till late afternoon. It our second visit thus hotel. Some of services are change. We have NO MORE "welcome drink voucher". I know it's simple thing but different than before. But still be my favorite place for stay on NORTH of PATTAYA specially for enjoy SUNRISES & SUNSET time. Kind Regards

Excellent hotel. Very happy with my stay of 6 days. Would stay again. Hotel is stylish, clean, and convenient. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and uniquely designed. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop restaurant and pools were a real plus. Possibly the best view over Pattaya. Live DJs most afternoons / nights and entertainment on the weekends. Only downside is that drinks are quite expensive for Thailand (300-350Baht). Room service is 24hrs, delicious, and well-priced.

Rooms are bit outddated and dark. Hot water wasn't really hot. Otherwise its a nice room overall and spaceous as well. Location is awesome, but that depends on where you want to go and what you want to see. Be aware that the night market opposite to the hotel plays loud music until like 1 am every day so if you want to sleep earlier than that, you will need earplug. The rooftop pools are really nice, not really for swimming, but you can take a dip and looks nice. Coctails are very pricy there though. I give 1 star because the hotel requests 1000 thb deposit for each night of your stay and I payed it with credit card not cash. It has been 3 weeks now, and I did not get it back, hotel did not respond to emails either. So do not pay deposit with card!!!

I very rarely complain but this hotel doesn’t even rate a single star to be honest. I pre booked and paid for a leisure room with double bed and the club extras. However with a receptionist that must have been having a rough day I was given a twin bedroom and no access to the leisure facilities. I returned to the reception and asked for a double bed room it took at least 30 minutes of arguments back and forth before I was told I was getting an upgrade to a double bedroom but still no access to everything I had paid for. On looking at the room it was a 1 star at best. there was a smell coming from the sink which has no plug to stop the waste water smell and which is in the bedroom as there is only a curtain to divide the bathroom from the rest of the room. A broken and sharp tile caused a cut on my foot. As a bonus you get free ear plugs to prevent the noise from disturbing your sleep 😝 No a single hello from any staff the next morning made you feel real welcome not 🤪 Breakfast the next morning and my wife had to warn the couple seated next to us not to eat the glass noodle as it was semi raw. Plenty better hotels to be found don’t waste your time and money on this one.

Well...what can I say!? After living in Pattaya for a year, we finally got to this place :-)) Did we like it here? YES!!! YES!!! And once again YES!! Everything, from the lobby and the pleasant meeting of us to the entrance to the lounge area of the pool on the 24th floor, reminded us of a warm meeting of family! Very nice and caring staff. Amazingly delicious dishes (many and special thanks to the chef!). A very atmospheric place, everything is done for the comfort and relaxation of the guests - we spent 5 unforgettable hours of relaxation enjoying the beautiful view, delicious food and very relaxing music.

A good 4 star Hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and has everything you need. Great pool with opening hours from 6 am to 8 pm. We can not recommend the seafood buffet. If you like seafood, there are many better places in Pattaya

Great hotel, a bit on the expensive side but really worth it. Just look at the photos of the pool. The rooms were spacious enough and beds really comfortable. My only gripes with the place are that the "welcome drink" is an ice tea. Would it be so hard to offer something like a beer or cocktail considering the cost of staying here is higher than average. They do have happy hour every day in each of their bars which is nice though.

Such a stunning hotel! The breakfast buffet was always incredible. The staff are super helpful and friendly and the common areas are alot of fun. The hotel definitely put a lot of effort into entertaining guests and making it a one in a lifetime experience. We were meant to stay for 4 days and ended up staying for 10. Will definitely be back

Siam @ Siam really is great all round hotel with equally as pleasant staff whom I have always found to be more than happy to assist you at any time. Beds are comfortable, showers are good quality and warm, the rooms have tonnes of lighting options, the TV has tonnes of channels free of charge, room service is fast , tasty and very reasonably priced.. Every part of this hotel is interesting in its own way and has been designed with an upbeat vibe, both swimming pools up on the 24th and 27th floors both open early st 8am and offer food and drink menus- Beers can be ordered in an ice bucket and you may just sign it to your room number (I love that sh#t!! 😂) This was my second stay and I’m already planning my 3rd!

Top-notch address. My favorite Bangkok escape- the hotel offers an amazing environment to hangout, relax and refuel. The HM Clive went out of his way to arrange everything for our group visiting, and all his team members were super helpful in all aspects. Plus the hotel offers spectacular views (best in Pattaya) with a great F&B offer. We'll be back!

Very well situated Hotel in close proximity to the beach. Good sized room which was very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the pool and gym was closed due to covid restrictions which is no fault of the hotel however this fact is not advertised in the listing. They take a deposit when checking in and they don't release it until they have checked your room when checking out. Clearly don't trust you in relation to the mini bar which is disappointing.
