The hotel Manage Keep 1000 Bhat Deposit, and When You check out Hotel he Will told the bedsheets or Pillow covers are Dirty (Stained) and your 300-500-700 he will deduct from your Deposit, for that he will not provide you any bill. I checked out today (23rd May) Morning and he Charged me 300 Bhat for Pillow covers stains. And Returned only 700 bhat from my 1000 bhat Deposit. When I checked in the pillows was already dirty but still he taken 300 bhat charges from me, So kindly don't don't book Room in this Hotel.

Furthermore, I want to emphasize that the hotel enforces a strict policy regarding cannabis use in the rooms. This rule is prominently displayed near the reception area during check-in, and it's important to note that violating this policy could result in substantial fines imposed by the owner. Our check-in experience was less than satisfactory. Arriving two hours before the designated check-in time, we hoped to leave our bags with the reception and grab a snack to rejuvenate ourselves. Unfortunately, the owner declined our request to store our bags temporarily, compelling us to check-in earlier than planned. Additionally, they required a deposit upon check-in, which was returned upon checkout. Despite this initial hiccup, the remainder of our stay was quite enjoyable and comfortable in this hotel.

Absolutely delightful the ambiance is like nothing I've ever experienced the wagyu tenderloin steak is to die for I go there just for this meal and take people I've never been unhappy if you get a chance please go to this place you enter the door walk through the lobby and walk into an amazing poolside ambiance seating help is everywhere can't say enough about the customer service and then the French food Top Notch the owner is always in the front lobby greeting you say a nice word definitely make this a spot to eat

A bit of a find, this resort just off Trepasit road. Restaurant and bar with a swimming pool. There is an extensive menu at covid prices. I chose 2 dishes and struggled to finish them. No air condition but plenty of fans to keep you cool.

Good service. Lots of ants and bugs in the room. Good pool. No tooth brush or toothpaste or soap in the room. Reasonable price. Bad sound proof, can hear next door all the time. Waken up by baby cries every morning.

No smoking cannabis allowed anywhere on the property or 25,000 fine and prison sentence according to their sign at front desk. Room had bed bugs, staff was utterly awful and rude. I wanted to make a cup of noddle and they refused to let me have warm water unless I paid the front desk 60 baht. They pay for their google reviews. We have bed bug bites everywhere and I have pictures of the bed bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’ve traveled all over the world and stayed in definitely over 100 hotels. This was the worst by far and there’s a serious bed bug issue.

BEWARE FROM THIS HOTEL !!!! REFUSE TO CHANGE BEDSHEETS AND TOWELS AND SCAM MY DEPOSIT LIKE SCUMBAGS !!!! When you check in there is 1000 baht deposit which they not giving back ! Their policy is to change bedsheets only once a week and towels once in 3 days then they blame you for any signs of use and fine your deposits !!! Yes i was shocked from the level of attitude over there. I thought this hotel should be ok.. but i was wrong. Managed by some French gang that will bully you easily. usually advertising rent room affordability.. but for a reason. Do yourselves a favor read the reviews here about this place and get it. I wish I was reading all reviews before i booked there. one of the worst check in and out experiences I been through.

Make sure that you have checked if everything is fine inside room, including linen and towels and inform the reception if its not in good condition. Once you accepted the room, all liabilities lies on you, even if it was damaged before. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

12 months ago this mob served the best fillet steak in pattaya But not now went there last month, they now serving shyte thai beef, i sent it back their next attempt was worse Avoid peeps u have been warned

liked the location loved the layout&decor of the place fabulous pool,great parrot haha,great cleaners great staff,my only downside was room on second floor could hear a lot of door noise,got bit from the bed,1st floor room ok layout but smelt damp,but the goods out weigh the bads an for the price 450-600bht it isn't all that bad,I enjoyed my stay there,oh and the food is very tasty everything I ate I loved

This hotel behaves like thieves. I booked one room via agoda, after payment. They did not accept any documents except passports. They did not allow check-in and rejected to refund. The hotel phone number cannot be contacted and email did not respond anything. I don't think they can get richer with that 20usd stealing. Terrible behaviors!

Clean, Organized and reasonably priced I can't see why people are furious about this place. Considering the money you pay, it was a great place. Front desk people were friendly, management was helpful regarding to my request about changing my room and there is also abig outdoor swimming pool for you to cool down. I definitely stay here again.

Such an oasis in the middle of busy Pattaya, very peaceful and friendly place, big rooms ans a pretty tasty French restaurant. Very Affordable, highly recommended!

Excellent venue. French owned and styled with great food at amazing prices. Louis 15 styled furniture in rooms but I am not sure what the King would have thought of Battleship Grey for a colour scheme!
