Generally they pretend to be a five star resort but my reality results in 3 only. Hotel is very old, even the ‚new‘ part in which the better rooms are located. We had our room in that building and there is a persistent smell from waste water. We changed room but it did not get really better. Most of the sun beds do not have mattresses, so you lie on wood. In the lower pool there where no pool towels available for hours! Quality of food in the morning is okay however, they failed with refilling the stuff frequently. Seats and places in the indoor and outdoor facilities are not sufficient if hotel is well booked like these days. All in all I am disappointed also considering the amount I have paid for my stay. Sorry, but they will never see me again!

I had a bad experience here and will not be back again. It's a five-star hotel, but I don't feel anything like five stars here. We arrived at 3 a.m., and I know it's very early for checking in. I didn't expect to check in immediately, but we would be happy if they provided our room one or two hours earlier. The western guy at reception had rejected our request, even though he had offered us the same room with extra charges. 3 a.m. checking in would be a full-day room charge, and 9 a.m. is half. It was my first time to have such a disappointing service in a 5-star stars hotels. He had never offered anything where we could stay and kill the time, so we had been staying in the lobby until the pool opened. The local staff was very helpful and let us know the cafe was open so we could finally grab something to eat and drink. After that, we moved to the poolside and swam until our check-in time, which is 3 p.m. I ordered some drinks at the pool bar, but staff didn't know much about their menu. My husband ordered a cocktail, but he wasn't aware of the liquor and searched for the name of the liquor by phone. Actually, we booked under Luxury Escapes, but the staff also didn't know much about that package and never mentioned anything when we checked in. Our package included Bvlgari amenities, a massage, a free mini bar, and snacks. Also, club lounge access and turndown service are available daily. Normal amenities on the first day, snacks do not top up daily and never come turndown during our stay. I was totally not happy with their service and hospitality. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Don’t waste your money here. There are a lot of nicer hotels nearby as well.

Recently stay 1 night here during my seminar session, which was really impressive. So impressed with the quality of room , the well-trained staffs, it was really luxurious feeling and offered amazing sea-views. Great 2 pool facilities, nearby the beachfront. Amazing fitness centre. The room was the best part with the balcony, so great. Breakfast was OK, but could be improved. Very crowed when I had the breakfast here and this made me the tiny choices of breakfast. Overall though the stay was very good and its definitely a hotel I will stay again in the near future.

The overall mood & tone was pretty bland with some disappointments of service and quality of small details. The room amenities and toilet roll qualities were somewhat like they were on a budget. The breakfast line was small comparing to the numbers of guests, the quality of food just met a minimum standard, quite disappointing. Parking lot was enough but not proper and far from the building with shuttle took took service. The good part were its location, view from balcony and big bathroom.

Beautiful hotel and a wonderful location. There is not a large beach, so don't come expecting lots of space to spread out on the beach. However this resort does have two swimming pools and both are complete with bars. If you're looking to lounge in the sun, this totally works. The hotel is not brand new, but not super dated either. Wouldn't give it five stars, but I would give it probably a four-star hotel feel. There's probably a bit more in the customer service department they could do to fawn over you, but otherwise I would recommend staying here.

This is a great hotel. Excellent service room is very comfortable. There are two swimming pools. You can use the breakfast area has beach view. That’s very nice and you can access the beach right in front of the hotel. There’s also a Cafe inside a hotel you can walk to a big mall from this hotel, if you like relaxing, resting location, this is a good one.

If you find yourself in need of a full oasis getaway with the best complimentary accommodations I've ever seen. ie.. the breakfast buffet with a view that couldn't be replicated but the food is mind blowing. The spread is beyond words and the service is exquisite. If you need a shuttle to dolphin circle they have a shuttle service every 30 min. If you need a ride anywhere they have options on car services depending on distance. I could go on about this resort but I'll say you have to go and see for yourself. It was the best start to many adventures during my honeymoon.

The resort is located at an amazing place. You can feel your privacy in the hotel and nevertheless it is easy for you to go to busiest place in Pattaya such as beach road and Terminal 21 by the hotel's buggy transport and tuk tuk. The staff is helpful and considerate and very polite. The facilities are good and the beach scene is wonderful and the sunset is unforgettable. Overall everything is good except, I must say, the bathtub is somewhat feeling unstable .

I’m quite confused as to how this hotel has 5 stars after staying here. The resort facilities are quite small but my main issue was with the lack of communication between the staff and customer. I had booked a stay for 2 nights through Agoda and received ONE confirmation email for my stay (as per usual). However, on my second day here, my the hotel expired my key card and I was unable to get back into my room until I signed a form confirming my continued stay. Turns out it was an issue with how Agoda booked the hotel rooms; instead of booking one continuous stay for two nights, they booked it as two separate stays. The staff never communicated that to us or informed us that we would have to renew our key as a result. We only found out when we weren’t able to get back into our room. Never have I experienced this at another hotel before. A customer shouldn’t be expected to sort out the technical problems at a hotel. After all, we are paying for the experience, hospitality, and service… not to figure out their issue between a booking agent. However, I want to clarify that the staff around the hotel are very friendly and nice. This experience was just very unprofessional between the hotel management team and the booking agency.

World class spot. The room was amazing, the breakfast was top class and the pool was very relaxed. Beach directly below the resort too.

The place is right in front of a beach. The rooms are big and able to accommodate a few people or family. Price is not too bad if you booked direct and early. There are Food choices around other than the hotel restaurants. Best is to drive to this place or around.

Really beautiful hotel with awesome sea view, from breakfast, swimming pool, even in your room, you can enjoy the blue ocean and clear sky, the interior design and facilities are also really beautiful, you will take photo all time if you stay here. 5 stars Hotel with 5 star experience!

The hotel features two distinct pools and direct access to the beach for snorkeling. There are bars by the pools providing towels for guests, making it convenient for water enthusiasts. The hotel is approximately a 5-minute drive to T21 shopping center, and there's a complimentary shuttle service. From T21, you can take a songthaew to any spot along Pattaya beach for just 10 Thai Baht per person. The room service is attentive; they even brought tools to dismantle my suitcase handle. After a jellyfish sting while snorkeling, the staff promptly disinfected and bandaged the wound. On the positive side, the service is thoughtful, the location is convenient, the breakfast is diverse, and the facilities allow for a pleasant stay without leaving the hotel. Areas for improvement include the air conditioning vent directly facing the bed, causing discomfort. Closing the air conditioning makes the room stuffy, and opening the windows is challenging without screens, allowing mosquitoes to enter.

Good location and the room is very large and confortable, also have a large balcony to take a rest. The hotel vibes is calm and cozy, good for relaxing. Breakfast has so many menu but it is quite sweet in some menu.

The hotel has a private beach. The swimming pool next to the beach overlooks the sea and has a very good atmosphere. Beachfront suites have Jacuzzi tubs on the balcony. If you reserve this room, you will have access to the club on the 24th floor, overlooking Pattaya Beach and Wongamat Beach. The complimentary minibar in the room is free of charge.

What can I say... Nice place. Rooms, swimming pool, restaurant, service... There is nothing to complain about - the rest in this hotel is serene, comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The pool is superb for its cleanliness and sea view. The restaurant has good food and good service. The rooms are quite pleasant for a hotel of this class. There is a beautiful photo zone on the beach. The lower pool with a bar is not only a pleasant stay, but also a very good service to the smallest detail.

Ambiance is so good. Location is perfect, you will get infinity pool beach facing. Staff is well behaved. Being vegetarian we didn't get much option here.

We stayed in the Dara Private Pool Suite which located on first floor but it was like basement room. There is a keycard access door between this zone so it's quite private but the corridor was musty smelling. My friends complained that the air con was not cool and loud niose. The bed was too hard, unlike a 5-star hotel. We were shocked with the mini bar too. 🙄The pool is small size and the water hammock is quite dangerous with its wooden frame. AND THE POOL IS NOT PRIVATE!!!!! The gardener was walking around, the main pool is just right in fromt of us. We could hear what they say and they could hear us too. 😅 Hotel staffs are soooooo friendly and good service mind though. Breakfast was nice too. Variety of foods and the view from the restaurant is stunning. ❤️ I can give 4 stars but we would not book this type of room again, consider overpriced. 😒

Super happy with my experience here. The staff were very friendly, the food was great, the room was very nice. We got the deluxe room with the beach view and the balcony was the best part. Made me even happier when there were 2 pools with a pool bar each. Suitable for couples and families. Will be back here for sure!

1 night in deluxe suit, the room is clean, the louge on 28(or 27) floor give you superb view of the cape below. Parking space is a bit unconvenient as it is not at the hotel but at near by parking ground, with golf cart service.

One of the best in Pattaya though a bit far from main street. You can enjoy the breakfast with best view. Most staffs are very kind and helpful. Only one thing sorry about, the air conditioner in the room seems not working properly(too cold..)

There's no doubt that this place is one of luxurious and incredible accommodations. The staff and service are extremely nice, fast, and beautifully done. There's a foreign receptionist, who has very beautiful grey eyes, works flawlessly, politely, and is super convenient for foreign tourists. As well as the local staff, they all provide good service, nice communication skills and excellent politeness. The room is modern, clean, and fabulous with a balcony and sea view. The dining room also has a really wonderful view, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast has a diverse range of food and drinks, and they're all delicious. The pool is really nice, huge, and shallow. However, the beach isn't for playing because of the sharp rocks. It's for someone who just wanna relax and chill on the beach, walk hand in hand with a love one or just rest the eyes for a bit. The resort is located 22 minutes away from Na Jomtien Beach, where we can play and swim in the sea. Overall, I love this place and am more than willing to visit it again.

The room was quite large, clean and had a wonderful view. The bathroom was good. Overall service was very well. The parking lot was small, the second parking lot was far away from the hotel, transferred with shuttle car, arduous in rainy day. Welcome drink was great. There were many problems with my key card.

Modern, cozy hotel, tho usually-always crowded with lots of travelers. They also offer two pools, both with a poolside bar. One near the hotel and one near the beach. Swimming gears and Bakery shop are also available on site

Overall not good value for money! Facility in room look very old and long time no service and maintenance. Parking is not setup for guests. Pool too small compare to number of room, in long weekend 100% room booking facilities is very traffic. Price is too high compare to everything hotel service and offer to guests.
