I
had
a
bad
experience
here
and
will
not
be
back
again.
It's
a
five-star
hotel,
but
I
don't
feel
anything
like
five
stars
here.
We
arrived
at
3
a.m.,
and
I
know
it's
very
early
for
checking
in.
I
didn't
expect
to
check
in
immediately,
but
we
would
be
happy
if
they
provided
our
room
one
or
two
hours
earlier.
The
western
guy
at
reception
had
rejected
our
request,
even
though
he
had
offered
us
the
same
room
with
extra
charges.
3
a.m.
checking
in
would
be
a
full-day
room
charge,
and
9
a.m.
is
half.
It
was
my
first
time
to
have
such
a
disappointing
service
in
a
5-star
stars
hotels.
He
had
never
offered
anything
where
we
could
stay
and
kill
the
time,
so
we
had
been
staying
in
the
lobby
until
the
pool
opened.
The
local
staff
was
very
helpful
and
let
us
know
the
cafe
was
open
so
we
could
finally
grab
something
to
eat
and
drink.
After
that,
we
moved
to
the
poolside
and
swam
until
our
check-in
time,
which
is
3
p.m.
I
ordered
some
drinks
at
the
pool
bar,
but
staff
didn't
know
much
about
their
menu.
My
husband
ordered
a
cocktail,
but
he
wasn't
aware
of
the
liquor
and
searched
for
the
name
of
the
liquor
by
phone.
Actually,
we
booked
under
Luxury
Escapes,
but
the
staff
also
didn't
know
much
about
that
package
and
never
mentioned
anything
when
we
checked
in.
Our
package
included
Bvlgari
amenities,
a
massage,
a
free
mini
bar,
and
snacks.
Also,
club
lounge
access
and
turndown
service
are
available
daily.
Normal
amenities
on
the
first
day,
snacks
do
not
top
up
daily
and
never
come
turndown
during
our
stay.
I
was
totally
not
happy
with
their
service
and
hospitality.
I
would
definitely
not
recommend
this
hotel.
Don’t
waste
your
money
here.
There
are
a
lot
of
nicer
hotels
nearby
as
well.
