DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I’ve never been to such a disgusting hotel. After finding out we had items stolen by the cleaner the receptionist openly admitted to it and told us we wouldn’t get it back. I filed a report with the police station and they informed me this happens often and the hotel likely have a record of the people stealing. I have heard of items going missing In hotels but this item was hidden away in luggage, my belonging must have been searched through to find and then to admit to it… I’ve never heard of that before. STAY AWAY

Solo travellers or mates travelling read this... Just letting all of you travellers that this hotel Charges 500 baht to bring lady back to your room Even though you have paided for 2 in your room I booked with agoda then after multiple times trying to email if this is true the manager said we will charge you 500 baht and also extra breakfast for lady they call it outsider fee.. Lol.. nowhere dose it mention of a 500 baht fee in there terms and policies for guest back to your room they are scamming people.. I email back and said i will cancell my booking he he doesn't waive that charge but he didn't care, even though pattaya is struggling for hotel reservations If you read the reviews for this hotel you will find that There bags have been gone through by the cleaners while you out and items stolen (read the reviews on Google) also the pictures on agoda and other sites are a lie for this hotel, many other hotels have free guest policy Such as flipper lodge next soi over, so that is where I booked..f @# them.. I hope all this gives you a heads up not to book here

Only thing good about this hotel is the room is clean and is kept clean by the wonderful housekeeping staff. Now to the bad stuff. Bed was old and hard as rock. No extra pillow. Pillow was horrible. Room phone is not working. Reception is rude. Aircondition was noisy and did not cool the room fast enough. Water pressure is bad. Shower head heat control is creaky and doesnt move smoothly. Curtains dont close properly. Lights dont work properly. Might as well close down this hotel for repairs. Much better options available for cheaper price. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms. Was staying on the top floor.

Me and my friends stayed there in December 2022 since our regular hotels were all booked. The rooms were decent. Addional charges of 500 bhts are charged for unregistered guests which is not mentioned at the time of booking. The hotel staff were rude. Tv and Ac remote was not working and hotel didn't rectify it even after reporting the same. Overall experience was appalling. You can stay if there is no better option.

This is an okay hotel in a very convenient location next to Central and behind the police station. Pool is good, rooms are big and the reception staff are quite professional. The price is fair and the breakfasts are good enough but no fresh coffee. Everything is a bit drab and worn and the beds are very hard too. Shower and bathroom good, and plenty of space to store luggage in room. Old school safe too. Balcony is nice enough. I would have given 4 stars, but the maids refused to clean our rooms because my wife's Thai ID is registered in a province that had a covid outbreak. As did 20 other provinces including the one the hotel is in, Chonburi. We had been in Hua Hin for weeks anyway, and always used mask, hand gel and passed the automatic thermometer screening every time. It's fine to refuse to serve us, but should tell us when we check in so we can go elsewhere. Luckily they refunded the last nights fee and we left.

The hotel is great location and the desk staff are very welcoming. My problem is with the breakfast waiters. 2 examples. 1. I was asked to move tables because another guest wanted it. There was no reserved sign and the customer wasn't even in the restaurant. In fact... It would be another 20 minutes before this "VIP" guest would arrive!!! 2. Had no eggs!!! The waiting staff are too interested in their phones than over seeing the buffet... Letting the buffet run out of eggs. I will say.... When it was table service ... It was very good.

Let's start with the room...... shabby, drab, unwelcoming. Next aircon sounded like a truck all nigh and barely cooled the room. Patio doors opening onto the pool (I will describes the pool later) had gaps letting in mosquitos. Now the pool, 95cm deep, that ain't no pool. Arriving at the front of the hotel smelled like an overflowing septic tank, no hotel fault I guess but awful. Now on to room service.... non existant due to broken telephone. When I asked the front desk they 'rang my room' and informed me it was engaged. I tried to explain that the phone did not work and was just smiled at. Wont stay here ever again, I GIVE UP. No food, no sleep and am eagerly anticipating the poor reviewed breakfast!! To be continued.

You come to Pattaya and need one stop services hotel. Come to this place.... Amazingly strategic placement of s hotel. Beside SevEl and opposite of CENTRAL PATTAYA Shopping Mall... It is like heaven to get into this place... Near beach also... That happens to be like Kuta beach in BALI

The location was good, no extra sound. But the room was not so good. The toilet flush wasn’t working and I tried to call the room service but the telecom was faulty as well.

Rooms are small. Service is bad because telephone doesn't work sometimes. Even the television and AC remote sometimes do not work. Location is nice as it's not even one kilometer near the beach. Perfect for energetic tourists.

Staff were friendly and welcoming.. Location is good, next to central festival, Soi 9 pubs and police station, safe and quiet. BUT, deal breaker was that the aircon blower faces the bed, with cold air blowing directly onto the face while the rest of the room is not cool.. Couldn't get any rest.. Also, power supply to the room will be cut when key fob is removed, meaning fridge items will not stay cold, cannot leave devices to charge when going out. Like the staff and location, but will not be booking here again.

A nice hotel for the price you pay. It is situated in a very nice spot. Everything is in walking distance. Staff friendly, hotel clean, beds nice. Our family enjoyed our stay. There is a swimming pool as well, because the beach there is not the best to swim at.

Indians are treated badly making fun of our appearance and language by staff here .Bed is hard and two single cots joined making uncomfortable for couples to sleep. Breakfast is complete Thai food except bread and butter. Very bad hotel for Indians

My stay turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. This hotel offers fantastic value and a superb staff to boot. Large pool and premium location. Food stalls and 7-Eleven right next door. Highly recommended.

It's a good location at a reasonable price. The air conditioner is old, so there is noise. There is no hairdryer.

A great accommodation close to the beach, night life, modern mall. This place has it all. The staff are very welcoming. Great breakfast too.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and two days. I liked it's Peaceful atmosphere. The only problem is the elevator. There is no way to get to your specific floor, so you have to change elevators. Breakfast quality needs to be better. Otherwise it's a nice hotel.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. They refused to refund my money for canceled days. I had booked a month-long stay at this hotel for $1000, but after just two days, I was extremely disappointed with the room's condition and amenities. I decided to move to a different hotel and requested a refund for the remaining days. The hotel staff assured me that I would receive a refund within 45 days. Unfortunately, it has now been 55 days, and I still haven't received my money. It's incredibly frustrating to have to chase after the hotel for my refund, and the fact that they are blatantly robbing their customers of their hard-earned money is appalling. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to look elsewhere. Their lack of respect for their customers and disregard for their financial obligations is unacceptable. I regret ever booking with them, and I hope others will avoid making the same mistake.

The worst hotel ever I have been to, I was in a bad mood while I was there, first impression when you enter the hotel you will find a very rude staff specially the ladies and they are never smile, second the room was clean but there is a small ants around the fridge and the mini bar(pictures attached), third you will not believe it, they are charging the guests 500 baht each time you invite a friend of you to allow your friend go with you to your room, it's really strange, I have never seen that in any other hotel around the world, even I have asked some friends live in Pattaya they said they never see something like that before.

Pros: location, car park, A/C position in the room (not direct to the bed which I appreciated) Cons: Cleanliness (many tiny ants in my room everywhere!(luckily not on the bed though), dirty spots on bed sheet) Overall it is 'You get what you pay' (If you get it under 1000B/N for room only on weekend in high-season)

Great place to stay. Located near to the Hilton Hotel in pattaya. Near to the beach. Staff helpful and front office lady speak English fluently. Foods are good. The view is not great in my room. Most of the stores, food stores, bar near to the hotel. Non Smoking hotel. Otherwise everything perfect. Nothing to blame.

-Rooms need remodeling, at a minimum, a deep cleaning. -Water pressure/temperature varies greatly. -Limited parking. -TV is not compatible with Amazon Fire Stick. -Bed Sheets, pillow cases and towels are extremly worn. +Bellboy's and cleaning staff are friendly. +Good location (directly beside Central Festival). +Unique pool area.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good pool area. Didn't enjoy the breakfast but as there were only a few guests( I only saw one other) the full menu was not to be had. Easy short stroll to the beach and right next door to Central Festival shopping mall

We dined here. This place arranged by local tour guide for us. Foods actually not bad. It’s on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Quiet place.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, clean swimming pool, American breakfast. Not much options for veg in breakfast. Salad and toast, butter and jam are the only options in veg breakfast.

This is a hotel located a minute walking from the beach and next to the central festival plaza which is great for shopping. The hotel itself is okay with nice size rooms for about 900 bhat a night with breakfast included. The beds are abit hard, but the pillows are nice. The breakfast to be honest was horrible and what was funny here you see a sign at the breakfast area advertising this delicious breakfast but to be honest all there was in their buffet breakfast was fried eggs, some omelettes which were not nice, some rice with no flavour, some soup and hotdogs. With bread which was not nice and croissants. Some fruit and coffee and tea and orange juice and really that was it. So my personal recommendation is don’t waste your money paying for the breakfast. I would stay here again only because of its location. I will be putting up a review on my YouTube channel the travelling social worker. See my review on my YouTube channel The Travelling social worker.

Great location. Near beach, local market, mini mart, and mall. Great options for breakfast. One minus for me is that they seem to be providing hot showers but I didn't get it.

The price is probably the best thing about this hotel. The room was clean but the AC was a little noisy. Probably needed a service. Pool was nice and clean and a good size. The proximity to the shops and bars in Pattaya is excellent and the beach is a very short distance. Breakfast was OK nothing spectacular but a reasonable choice. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. I stayed in a budget room which had no view but there are balcony rooms which overlook the pool but these are a lot more expensive. If you are on a budget this is a good choice. If you are looking for luxury there are better options for a little extra.
