My
room
faces
an
empty
lot
enclosed
by
other
properties
(sort
of
like
a
land-locked
country);
it
being
filled
with
old
trees
is
soothing
to
the
eye
(in
an
alley,
number
42,
off
of
a
hot,
busy,
and
noisy
main
drag
which
is
the
Pattaya
Central
Blvd).
The
decor
is
Northern
European,
light
and
pleasant.
Sort
of
echoing
one
blue
wall,
the
floor
tiles
in
the
entry
and
bathroom
are
in
Delft
blue.
Yet
they
make
the
shower
floor
murderously
slippery.
(Maybe
whoever
that
picked
out
those
tiles
is
a
skating
champion?)
More
troublesome
is
the
need
to
balance
the
hot
and
cold
in
the
shower
every
25
seconds.
When
the
water
turns
all
cold,
I
just
leave
it
cold;
not
worth
the
trouble,
I
have
learned.
The
little
fridge
has
a
stylish
glass
door
which
opens
to
the
right.
Therefore,
one
should
grab
the
top
of
the
door
with
the
right
hand;
otherwise,
you
will
be
like
me
—
with
left
knuckles
caught
by
the
hinges
of
the
cabinet
which
houses
this
otherwise
beautiful
little
fridge.
I
recall
seeing
a
previous
review
that
lauded
the
strength
of
the
WiFi.
On
my
phone,
I
only
have
a
speed
test
which
gave
a
surprisingly
symmetrical
20
Mbps
down-
and
up-load.
Maybe
“strong”
by
a
previous
reviewer
meant
the
higher
than
usual
up-load
speed?
As
good
as
the
WiFi
is,
the
ID
and
the
PW
to
get
on
is
obvious
done
by
an
outside
expert
who
preferred
a
mixture
of
alphanumeric.
Please
know:
the
pros
do
not
bother
to
type;
they
have
s
program
which
enters,
rendering
the
alternate
shifting
of
the
keyboard,
as
in
“a7d25k”,
an
annoyance
rather
than
a
“safety
feature”.
The
chief
programmer
of
that
outside
firm
should
be
made
to
type
six
alphanumerics
twice
each
morning
before
breakfast.
Maybe
that
will
make
the
clever
person
realized
why
the
letter
z
can
be
read
as
the
numeral
2
(on
the
house
printer,
2
came
out
in
the
same
size
as
z,
reminiscing
the
dot
matrix
days).
There
are
many
kinder
and
gentler
ways
to
give
the
impression
of
safety.
Putting
steel
bars
in
front
of
every
window,
as
does
in
Singapore,
only
causes
fire
hazards
more
deadly.
Finally,
the
front
desk
folks
are
smart
and
helpful.
They
are
so
attentive,
maybe
they
are
owners
or
part
of
the
family?
Simply
superb.
