Good location if you are into party in Pattaya. The rooms are clean and if you are lucky enough you can get a good view too. The price was reasonable and stuff was very friendly. The air condition is bit old and cannot really cool down the room, even if I set the temperature to 10°C. In general it's a nice hotel to stay if you want to be close to Pattaya beach. Don't expect to be too fancy, but it's all good for the price.

I booked this place for two days stay. It’s a decent hotel with good security and safety and the staffs are friendly. It’s a good location from the the major attractions ( walking street, taxi readily available, the beach, malls, etcs). The room does need a update, but if you don’t mind that it is a good spot. Tip: There is a massage just outside of the hotel (Yellow Massage), affordable and great massage. I heard several patrons snoring during the sessions.

Wheelchair friendly. My daughter stays here every time she comes to Thailand. The staff are very friendly, especially the pool staff, the pool is large with comfortable loungers. There is adequate shade. The pool has a segment set aside for small children. The room menu is ok and very reasonably priced. Drinks are not expensive. All rooms are large and have a full bath tub. I recommend this hotel. I used to stay in it myself before moving to Pattaya. It is well located within walking distance to a number of good restaurants and the baht bus stops outside in the street.across the road is a large shopping center with KFC , McDonalds and a good italian restaurant

Have stayed here many many many times, great hotel with friendly staff, close to the beach and walking street. Quiet at night so can get a good sleep. No cover charge if you have a friend stay overnight. The only bad thing is WIFI didn't work in my room.

Very old, not so pleasent. In the room, the toilet and water tubes made a lot of noise all the time. Good service by the staff and good location. But I wouldn't return.

It is an old hotel previously close down because of COVID. Now it's open with less staff. Bfast not great. Better eat outside. Their English is bad.

It's OK, but run down, plus they no longer have sages in the rooms, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was they had safes in every room. A real let down. I don't want to have to go to reception to store my things in their safety deposit boxes. It's just unconvient. The bath room was a bit iffy, plus the toilet is USELESS. you cannot under any circumstances use it for number 2. It won't even flush one sheet of bog roll down never mind anything else. Last time I use this hotel now. Sadly, as I've been a long time user of this hotel.

A nice place to stay. They should present more fruits in the breakfast. However still good.

Super nice place to stay. Rooms have ample light and airflow. Good food and service. Friendly staff. Walking distance from the beach and nice amenities. Loved it. Will definitely stay again when in Pattaya.

Location was fantastic. Right there in walking distance from all the popular attractions. Stayed here for one night. It was clean but to Thai standard, not as clean as it could be. I would see foot prints in the room. The room was a good size and takes in a good amount of natural light. Cool bonus for being able to see crashed airplane from the Believe It or Not museum. WiFi was slow in the room. I typically stay in smaller locations where I get to know the staff. This was a big hotel and it was just cold business as usual environment. The lights were off in the lobby to conserve energy and money. It probably kept the cost down to be a bit more affordable. I didn't get to see it in it's full granduer. Didn't get to use all of it's facilities since it was only a one night stay. It checked all the marks for my basic needs. I would give it 3.5*

Good location since it is close to the beach and the Pattaya Walking Street. I encountered some minor issues but I guess it is okay for the price I paid. Although it would be great if they can improve their service. Minor inconveniences: - no difference between smoking and non smoking room (stay away if you cannot stand the smell of the cigarrette) - no in-room safe - no complimentary coffee or tea at the room - no available toothbrush provided - wifi is slow - ac thermostat is not working. The room is always cold and we cannot adjust the temperature - buffet breakfast items are few - no bidet - hotel and room looks old - staff can only speak / understand basic english. It would be great if we can speak with someone who can understand our complaints while we are at the hotel.

I stay here every year. Nice breakfast. Hotel staff is pleasant. Rooms are clean. Off the main drag so its quiet. Has a nice pool. The mall is across the street. Easy to grab pickup truck Taxi to get to the larger mall.
