Forget comfort. Bathroom is terrible. Front desk has one answer. NO. Need change -no, need tour info -no, need taxi-no. It's too far to walk to any tourist stuff. I paid for 10 nights, left after 3. Probably won't see refund either NO. I think overall a very bad operation. Need management change to treat tourist as a priority.

Highly recommended It’s very good value hotel ever ! I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The room is compact but separate between bedroom and living room like apartment with modern design and fully equipped with kitchenette and counter easily to make a cook. This is good for long stay which make you feel at home. I was surprised with room facility, there are smart TV, Microwave, 2 air-conditioner, big refrigerator and key card access to room. I enjoyed with Fitness and pool here, there are a lot of machine and feels comfortable with large space and big sauna room. I recommend they should have a fitness trainer or exercise class to enjoy more for working out. One more thing you should know beside of the cheap room price is, hotel located on the main road South Pattaya that has a lot of shop and restaurant with very easy to go anywhere in Pattaya ! so you should stay here

They charge extra money for every service. They ask money for clean electric kettle.300thb for extra towel. They called local police for extra money.. looting indian people. Its very far from walking street pattaya. Took took not easily available from hotel. Dont book it. Staff is very rude.

The room was very cozy & comfortable. The breakfast was too good, alot of variety. The only drawback, they charge 100 bhat per hour for early check in. They also charge you for any additional requirements (towel, blanket, etc)

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, 7 days. Paid maybe 5,000 BAHT. Upon arrival it was easy to find the front desk, staff was friendly and gave me a free Tumblr for New Years! I was very happy. I felt safe as the hotel is gated on all sides and has multiple parking attendants and a gate keeper. Pool, sauna and gym looked good as well. We skipped on the breakfast buffets and ate out on the beach everyday. We felt our room was well stocked since it had a microwave, big size fridge and tv. However after removing the sheets back to inspect the bed, I saw a HUGE cockroach and was immediately put off. It went under the bed and when we went to look for it, we saw a huge mess of leftover food and dust under there. Guess they don't clean under the beds often? We were able get a new room right away and all was fine. Until I found 2 roaches again (in the kitchen and bedroom) a few nights later. I guess the reviews are right.. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't stay here again if I came back to Pattaya but I guess if you're trying to save $$ you should stay here. It does have a convenient store and laundromat in the complex and is surrounded by lots of things to do. Night time does get quite loud and the walls are thin. I just wouldn't call it 4 stars, maybe 3?

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during new year. It was a really good experience. During checking in, there was a lucky draw of some sort due to new year and i got a tumbler. The staffs were very nice and friendly. As for the room, it was clean, tidy and nice. A bit small to be called an apartment as mentioned in my booking. There are swimming pool, gym, sauna, massage service for anyone to use. The breakfast buffet was great with wide variety of foods. Received a complimentary bottle of red wine during my stay because of New Year's Eve. Just a small issue with the room, the floor were different leveled. Like kitchen is few centimeter lower, bedroom is a bit higher. Tripping hazard.

Service is pretty average. The room is a bit old, but clean and comfortable. Bed is on the stiff side. There were some issue with the kettle and toilet... But was rectified quickly by the hotel. Too a while to check in But there were a long line. Location is good, with food and bar nearby catering to the locals. If you walk down the road you will reach walking street. The music from the bar can be loud and I can hear it from the room. Still a decent place to stay overall.

Expect the music/karaoke until 3am. So noisy. 😭 ✅ the exhaust fan of our bathroom is not working. ✅ sad to say there’s a few small cockroaches 😭😭😭😭😭😭 However, the room is clean. Just that it has cockroaches maybe because it’s condo style.

Cockroaches in the room. Everyday I saw multiple cockroaches. At night when I turn on the light in the bathroom they scurried away along the floor. Not good!! The room appeared clean but there is an infestation issue. None of the other hotels and guesthouses in Thailand I visited had this problem. Even budget accomodations had no cockroaches. Too expensive to have cockroaches. I can not recommend someone stay at this place.

Great service, respectful and very professional. Friendly and very clean. Only thing is a little far from beach about 15 minutes, but that is a very small problem. Great hotel and great service. Will come here again! Also, this hotel has a swimming pool and has a gym with a Smith machine and some plates and dumbbells as well. :)

Very good apartment, friendly staff. Full length Swimming pool with jacuzzi attached were added advantage. We enjoyed our four night stay with family. Pop was best smiling face to to see. She was very helping in sorting out any query for us. Made our stay very comfortable.Home away from home.

Each bed set, pillow is cleaned / dry cleaned and vacuum sealed for reuse. The Staff is very nice Kwang and helpful

Rooms stink. Found a used condom under the coffee table. Disgusting. Cleaning ladies nicer than the front desk. Windows are dangerous for kids. Not close to the beach and the front desk doesn't call taxi for you. I do not recommend!

This was my second time staying in here. It's in a good location and my first room was okay. Except for the second time when I went the room I got was full of small cockroaches. Secondly, I arrived in at around 8:30am before check in time and the reception told me I have to wait until the check in time which was 2:00pm and I obliged.But I got irritated when she checked in other people who came later after me . I stayed for about 4hrs so when I question her why? She didn't say anything rather she agreed to check me in around 1: 20pm. Was it because of my skin color? It really got me thinking

Charge 100 baht per hour for early check in even though 33 minutes had passed into the first hour, Tuesday night 8th floor music pumped till 3am in the morning had to sleep with hairdryer on to drown the music out, there is a constant drooning noise that turns on and off every 10 seconds for about 5 seconds at a time all through the 8th floor , it's the worst hotel I've stayed in zero sleep, needed to get on a plane to go home to Australia at 10am would have been better off sleeping in my car,would never recommended this hotel to anyone unless you want zero sleep

When we arrived at the hotel are room had not been cleaned. The bed was made but not clean bedding . WiFi rubbish.

Quite surprised that this hotel doesn't have a same standards for every room, basically I've been staying for many many many times and was satisfied with the Smart TV provided in the room, however it was later found out that only higher floors has this and when I was placed in the lower floor they said they could not help but all the rooms are booked therefore I'll have to stick with what I got.

First time I stayed here. When I come to the reception, The employees are very polite and friendly. I get a worm welcome from them, then I have to check in with Kwang, She arranges step to check in very good performance, speak English very well, she provides and inform me about how to stay and how to go everywhere in the hotel, I appreciate a lot with her, good service, When I go the room, the room is clean and neatly, city view, The house mate so kind and greeting with me, and the restaurant also the staff so nice and good welcome, good service. I hope I will come back again at The Grass Serviced Suites.👍❤️🇹🇭

The beautiful hotel, good accommodation, clean, Although the price may not be very expensive, there is a swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna to use. I really like it. There are many foreigners as well. Including the service and accessibility of employees to customers that are obvious, helping to carry things, giving directions, smiling and greeting. I just come for the first time, I saw the hotel in the website, so l absolutely decided to stay this hotel, When I arrived. First of all would like to say thank you Kwang receptionist, She provided me the good room although not the high floor, but the room is so good and very clean. I will recomended to my frind when they in Pattaya.

The location of the suit was good.. 30 min walk to pattaya beach,(5-10 min by tuk-tuk). They have a few resturant right near by amd the vibe outside the suit is good. a bit off the pattaya shopping spot but cab's/tuk-tuk are easily available. The staff's were rude at the reception and do not understand most of what we say.

I would love to stay always. . Every time I visit in Pattya. I only stay in grass service suite staff is very helpful specially( POP) SHE IS TOO MUCH HELPFUL STAFF AT Reception. give me room key card within five minutes. I really appreciate that POP THANK YOU SO MUCH

"This hotel is excellent; its rooms are very clean, and the toilets are exceptionally tidy. I highly recommend it in Pattaya; it might be the best hotel there. Also, POP, who works as the receptionist, is wonderful; she provided us with a lot of assistance.

I payed 2500 per night, stayed two so 5000. Please correct the price on Google maps. If I have to pay for something Expensive I better go Inmediately to the Hilton.

One small bedroom and attached bathroom and too small living room and kitchen in that apartment.prices was good but washroom less soo small in that apartment.you can eat breakfast in 150 thb and it’s worth.

Awesome rooms for Best price. Best hospitality. Language barrier is there but they will understand if we pronounce slowly.

Room was tiny but nice.. take plenty of bug killer with you the cockroaches seemed to invade at night, and they were relentless .

One of the best 4 star hotels in Pattaya. They have well maintained and luxury spacious rooms.Complimentary breakfast is there which has the best menu, changing from day to day.Staffs are at your service all the time. There is a KFC at walkable distance. Tiger park and floating market are less than 8 km from here. Negatives: 1.Most of the staffs can't speak English. 2.Quite rushy area especially in the evening.

We stayed for two weeks. The room in the 1st building was noisy, but the staff let us change to the 2nd building. You could buy a good breakfast buffet from the hotel for 150 bath. The hotel also had a mini gym and an outdoor swimming pool. The only downside was the cockroaches in the hotel room.

Loved my 3 nights stay at this hotel. More than what I expected. Everything is great here. Can reach at beach by 10 bath in tuk tuk but to return no tuk tuk available so you have to rent grab taxi with 120 bath. Breakfast is plenty and gym with swimming pool is also great. Room size is big enough and beds are soft.

The stay was amazing. I had a few problems with my room day 1, but the hotel was full. I informed the reception Nan. She made sure as soon as another room available, she made the changes. She was very courteous and helpful and always run to open the door and greet people. Thank you for making our stay nice.

For me I like everything, around the hotel have restaurant or facilities. The staff name’s Kwang supportive us is so good she say hello every time when she see us is a good attitudes thinking person. The room and all things in the room were good.
