    Hotel interrier is good. Advanced door facilities. Reception is good. But room service is not good. Very spoiled smell continues to come from toilet whole day. Stayed there 2 days but not single time room got clean. Room servants behave badly with customers.

    Not at all good hotel. Staff is so rude and don't event entering you for anything once you check in. We lost our bag during check in they didn't even tried to find out the same. Strength said call police and closed door of his cabin on our face. Gymmy is the manager who is very very very rude to every guest. I waited for 2 hr to speak to me. But he asked me to wait n wait n wai.. zeero rating from my side. Don't book this hotel at all.

    Not bad at all for the room. We paid for 1300 BAHT approx. for this kinda room. Everything was neat and clean except the floor. The room wasn't bad but the stay didn't satisfy us.bI deducted stars for having to ask for sandals to walk in the room myself. Also the floor was a lil bit oily made me feel it was not so clean. also one of the worst things here was noise. I could hear Chinese ppl talking from the room nearby and I heard housemates talking in the early morning. Quite annoying. Next time if I have to come here, I will ask for a room in the end of the walkway.

    Worst Service been provided, Probably the worst hotel to stay in Thailand, even basic service is not been provided, their is a huge difference in what they show and serve, no cutlery, poor quality drinking water expired Shampoo & shower gel bad odour and many more... Think twice before booking, even they refuse to provide complimentary breakfast. Mark my words if you are reading this, if not you will regret later

    They are fraud! Rooms are really small. Breakfast is arranged in a different hotel in Nova suites. Though the breakfast is good but then its a walk to take. They will come to you at the end of check out that you have stained the bedsheet, towels and pillows! They use old images! They were impolite and rude when you talk logic with them. They charge 200 thb for spoilling a pillow cover whereas in 40tbh you can do 6kg of laundry!! Outrageous!! No respect for indians at all. They take them for granted.. Think before you book this place. Also there is a shop right next to this hotel and fishy smell keeps coming out of it.

    Very poor service been provided, worst experience, bad odour, tiny rooms etc, even the management is not bothered about your stay, a nightmare experience, not preferred at all.

    Budget stays at Pattaya with a nice Ambience. Rooms are ok and the service good. Room service available. Joiner facilities available. Restaurants available. Very good Indian cuisine available.

    Nova group of hotels are so famous in pattaya and express is so close to main road and it dont have fence its not common for hotels in india. Also the lobby and reception feels like we are in some lodge but room is great up to mark standard and well conditioned and room servicing is good too.

    This place is an absolute fraud, avoid it at all cost ! We booked a room on busy Thai new year’s weekend. We arrived on Friday evening, after a long week of work and 2 hour drive, only to be denied a room without any form of apology. The front desk staff casually claimed our reservation CONFIRMED through AGODA and fully paid in advance hadn’t made its way to their systems. That there still were rooms listed on the platform even though it was fully booked. No solution was offered as to were we could spend the night. Most hotels in town were full and the few places left were absolutely overpriced and repulsive. Meanwhile, there was no way to contact Agoda’s customer service hotline for assistance. There were also several other people in the same situation that told us they’d also been denied and had nowhere to go for the night. Another indian scam

    Can’t speak to the stay since I was told they did not have a room for me and denied my reservation. Arrived at 11:30 in the morning very tired. Receptionist checked my reservation but would not check me in until 2. Went out and came back around 1:30 afternoon. There’s a long queue for check in. Went out again and returned an hour later. Queue has only gotten longer so I decide to wait 30 minutes in queue only for reception to inform me that they did not have a room for me. There might be a bunch of bad reviews incoming. Based on what I saw, they had probably overbooked by double the capacity. It’s more annoying in my case because I arrived early. They have all their reservations when I showed up because the receptionist confirmed my booking. If you’re overbooked, just let me know so I don’t waste half my day. Or, maybe just check me in when I arrive?

    Checkin: was Quick in comparison to other Guests Waiting for long hours. Rooms : Cozy, Not Well Cleaned, full of Dirt beneath the Beds. Bed has rollers so when you sit or Stand up it move!! Swimming pool : Small but no one to take care of it. Filthy Bottles, cans, buds all around. Restaurant : The worst Part of our Stay, Bread is there but no Butter, Indian Cuisine dish Upma half cooked and waste. No Eggs they are out of Stock!!! No Refilling of Fruits, Rice, Hams, Sausage all out stock. Milk out of Stock, Juice out of Stock. More to Come the next day again the same story. Staff : Polite but have no coordination between them, one says rooms are sold out the says rooms available?? We were a group of 6 Indian Mid aged Males and were struggling to get breakfast items (First come First Serve) NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY TOURIST AS THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR RESERVATIONS ARE IN PLACE OR NOT. THIS IS THE LAST PLACE TO STAY IN PATTAYA.

    For the price, this is a good hotel. I was let down because they did not have a double bed, only twins, and the car park was full so i had to park on the street some 200 yards away.

    The room the open at 8:30 by stranger, but the front desk tell me nothing on cctv, the hotel safety it's extremely terrible, I can't believe the hotel staff will make that huge mistake. And the room is small and bad window

    As I booked the room in the last minute before the new year, the price was 4 times higher than usual - which was understandable. The service however was terrible, there wasn't towels in my room (although the staff came to give me the towels when I asked); the water boiler was malfunctioning and it didn't stop even when the water was already boiling.

    The location of the hotel is good. The rooms are clean but some odour was there in our room. The breakfast menu was good too. Good options of indian food. Hotel cab is available on regular intervals for pick up and drop to main places of attractions.

    Here reception staff has not manners,if guest complaint in any concern just like housekeeping staff for cleaning,water etc, reception believe their staff not the guest.Reception staff abuse the guest like bad man liare etc.

    Comfortable rooms, but stinks when AC is turned off. No smoking hotel, even in rooms, in privacy, not ok for tourists who wants to smoke. Breakfast buffet has same platter day after day and often cold. Room service is confusing

    Yes, room is fine for the price, but that's it, the rest is a nightmare ! You ask for a quiet room, and you are given one facing the noisy construction site...at 10pm checking in all around my floor the worst type of ill mannered animals from a large country in Asia (see what I mean) screaming around, keeping doors open, banging paper thin walls, total nuts. Alerted twice, the hotel staff take no action whatsoever, they just don't give a damn...what a pity, could have been a decent good value property.

    5 stars for a reason The service and the staff. They are very humble and helpful. Though the hotel is not in prime location but they have shuttle service and breakfast is very good. Because of some issue in the room, they changed the room asap and they also upgraded the room
