Update - 22 May 2023, I have stayed here about 4-5 times, always accommodated me with a very nice and big room all facilities are clean and nice. The pool is clean but the boards around the pool are in desperate need to varnish. Also the day of check out….the housekeeping team know your leaving so on every stay they make efforts to make noise outside me room from 8 am. I know what they are doing, check out time is at noon so they really should let us rest particularly since check in is not till 2 pm. The hotel is set back so there is not much noise from central Pattaya road. 2022- Stayed here for 7 nights, always reliable massive bed, strong wifi, quiet along the side. They let me part my bike in the lobby to charge it. I really appreciated that. Staff are very friendly. It’s not the cheapest in Pattaya so it’s good for a few days. Located in Central Pattaya road so it’s a short walk to Big C shopping, walk to beach and also Central Festival. The room Is big.

The swimming pool was not working in August until the end of month 2023 and no one had informed us about this.When we ask for the manager to complain they didn't give us any information.Only one email.The staff dont respect you as customer for sure.They don't provide even small soap to wash your hands in water tap.There isn't any hair dryer.Down in the reception no air condition only fans that can make you feel the hot air until you melt from the hot.For sure you can find better hotel arround with same or less price!! The only good thing is the location:) which is very near to everything interesting in Pattaya!

Great room really nice , staff OK not over friendly but no problems . Swimming pool was shut on arrival, was never told but could use pool in next hotel which I never did , ended up moving .

I stayed in April Suites, perfect room, perfect reception, perfect everything, clean rooms, helpful staff, .the reason only 2 stars is because of reception staff in August Suites, Laine and the other girl who work together have a serious attitude, bad manners, lazy, not helpful, everything seems an effort. The reception lady who comes on at 3 o'clock really nice and helpful.

A good Hotel. Good points, Big, Clean, Good location, Useful gym and Nice pool, PRICE. Only negatives of this hotel is that there aren't many power outlets and the ones available are at the back of the TV cabinet. the WiFi is not the best and when too many users are on you can struggle and may need to disconnect users. If you can cope with the negatives this is really a steal and I have noticed this hotel is often booked out. If you do need the WiFi and power outlets then go for their brother/sister hotels March Hotel and April suites which is nearby.

Some say rooms were outdated, not mine. For the deal I got for the executive suite, there's no better choice. Some say staff is not friendly? I don't have same experience. I greet them every day in Thai when I come and go, always get smile and hello. Taxi bookings and everything worked exactly like planned. Didnt even check the pool area, but looked nice 💪🏻

Everything is perfect. The room, services, staff, cleaning, quiet atmosphere, swimming pool. I recommend booking this hotel .

Very popular hotel , only 1km to the night life but very quiet and good amenities

Big Suite room, so big it looked empty. No microwave, needs serious modernization but comfortable. Has a very large balcony.

Had room at back hotel ....bar playing music from 2 PM till 2am not good So dont stay at back Wont stay here again just as good for less

Staff friendly, good location, good swimming pool. Only downside was the pillow was like sleeping on a sack of potatoes.

This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in while in pattaya. We had the 1 bedroom superior suite. The size was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Staff excellent

Located just off soi 2 Pattaya this is a central location. The rooms are spacious and clean. The shower hot and good pressure. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always someone to open the doors for you. Walking to main attractions and nearby bars and eating places is simple from here. At night a market opens at the top of the driveway. This is a great hotel location.

Very clean, quiet horel and the staff are fantastic. Some rooms are currently being renovated so there are few paint odours in the hallways (no big deal). Pool area and furnishings are in great condition. Its a credit to the staff and managerment how clean this place is kept.

The hotel is located offset from Central Road which makes for a quiet stay. The rooms are modern and the staff is very friendly. When checking out, my flight didn't leave until late so the staff let me check out late at 2PM instead of Noon and they kept my bags in the office for me until my ride came.

My best and favorite hotel in Pattaya. Spacious, clean well maintained rooms. excellent location you are in the center. Very reasonable price. 7/11, fruit shops and public transportation just few steps from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and big pool. I really recommend this hotel for solo traveler, group of friends and families.

Well I just went in for a coffee this time but have found the place OK as stayed before. The day I arrived still jet lagged so took a bit of time getting use to Thailand weather When getting over it the hotel was great the food I just had breakfast so something simple in morning. The staff very helpful but a lot of them move from April, March and May hotel. The pool area is good, the rooms are cleaned daily if want very spacious. There is one down side, everything great about hotel but nature is a pain a small minor bird likes to call to its mate at all times in the morning. The hotel is close to many areas you can catch the baht bus to many parts of Pattaya or walk to Central Festival which is only 10 minutes if that.

For years my favorite hotel already. Perfect location with connection to all main streets and bus routes. Supermarket 20m far away and street food in the hotelfront

Pool area with a bar. YES! Friendly, warm, welcoming staff. YES! Enjoyed my stay for 5 days, and would come back for more.
