Clean rooms, polite staff, good food , 7/11 ,pharmacy, Indian restaurant are near to hotel. Walking Street 500 meter . But Toilets not good. Towels provided are not much clean & teared. Needs improvement.

I recently stayed at a beautiful property with a perfect location that is within walking distance to The Walking Street and close to the dock for Coral Island. The size and comfort of the rooms were good, and the massage and spa services were enjoyable. However, the slow room service and language barrier due to the staff's difficulty in understanding English were concerning. The average taste of the food was also a bit disappointing, but there were nearby options to explore. Overall, while I enjoyed my stay, there is room for improvement in the areas of room service and staff communication skills. The food could also be improved to enhance the overall experience

Best part was room and location also If you book this hotel book balcony rooms. Else no use also do not hope with breakfast special if u are veg better you book without breakfast you will find better option near by hotel Else it was best hotel

This hotel is overall fabulous and beautiful. The pool was cool and clean. The dining place was preety good. The rooms are very comfortable and convenient. "But my bathroom shower was not functioning properly." Moreover the location is kinda perfect, nearer to the 7/11 stores and a nearby market place. Even the famous Walking Street...in a walkable distance.

Very poor customer service especially receptionist are very unprofessional. Room condition is very bad. AC leaking as flood. Never book this hotel waste of money. I am giving this review while I am in room. There are so many other good hotel in this category.

The hotel is big. It has two categories of rooms. The lower category rooms are really bad, smelly, broken. The floor was broken and dirty. They gave dark colour dirty towel. The glass self was broken. The House keeping guys did not help. Swimming pool area is excellent. Location is good. Walking street and beach is within 500 and 800 meters. The information counter near the front desk do not give honest information. They are more interested in earning money. Mostly Indian stay there.

I was stayed in last week for two days. In first day bathroom using items like soap 🧼 etc kept while in check in time. In second day they not refill new things. After that third day morning called and asked house keeping then came and through out in room and runned from room. Hotel is four star but I will only give 0.5 star Friends don't select this hotel

Recently I and my friends family stayed in this hotel. Location and Rooms are good. Check in formalities take too much time and that also with very uncomfortable place of lobby. Went there with my friends last month as I have given the rating. The rooms were not very nice. Location is good. All the Indian restaurants are available nearby to eat.This is not a 4 star hotel, but if you look at 3star then it is fine.

No coffee, tea, sugar and milk sachets. Staff enters the room without permission. Not enough lighting inside the room. No carpet on the floor. Rude staff. Very bad experience of my stay. I am still at the hotel in Room no. 3607. Today's date is 29/10/2022. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody. Nor I will plan my stay here in the future. My brother was planning to stay here in the future. But now he has decided to stay elsewhere.

Booked a room for vacation back in March then plans changed. Cancelled within the time allowed and still have yet to receive a refund. Multiple emails back and forth with Kamolchanok S. promising the refund will take place, and multiple (dozens) calls where the refund would be processed within a few days. Still no refund, and now they stopped responding to emails and texts messages. Started out a pleasant experience expecting to stay there, then now they refuse to release my refund money. It's been almost three months of back and forth.

The staff was excellent and the swimming pools were so nice. I loved my room and was very close to Walking Street if you like it there?? Only draw back for the hotel is it is not guest-friendly. Everything else was great!!!

Pathetic hotel with real bad experience, Not at all for families. This hotel is famous amongst Indians who come to Pattaya for some wrong reasons. Breakfast area is louder than the busiest streets. Night time becomes more horrible, when drunk chaps and hookers gather at the entrance of hotel and sit on the stairs.

For the price they offer I understand not much one can get but please how difficult is it to maintain a 500 sqft gym and equipment. Some people like to work out too . Small thing make huge difference. Not the place to stay with your children if you know what I mean. Pattaya has much better options.can try if you travelling with friends and on a tight budget.

Decent hotel for stags, but may not be a very good option for families. Centrally located. They charge 100 bhat + for room delivery, even for a water bottle. That's okay if you charge, but you should inform at least once before charging. Overall a decent experience. May visit here again with friends.

I paid here more than average in Thailand for three days. The only reason i give a one as the wifi keeps disconnecting, nobody answers the phone(reception, room service, nobody at a certain time). When asked the reception why nobody is answering he says what can I do if I have already told the guy and hung up on me(any department) basically the women are more hard working n courteous than men.. suggestion: pls speak to the ladies instead of men in Thailand.

They are working like a govt organization , maintaining hotel timing very strict like First - check in and check out , even room is free they will not entertain earlier check in . We have waited in lobby about 5 hr to get the key , very bad about it , they have to treat us as a own guest which is missing Second - breakfast timing in 7 to 11. .after 11 they will not serve . They close buffet so fast and don't mint if any one is eating , first day we came 10.55 am for breakfast and taken plate to take food but they have taken food which am waiting to take . But food is good ,. Room and bathroom are Average

I signed up for a week at this hotel through agota. The rooms are average but not that well maintained. The location is good if you're from India or a Muslim country. For me, as an American, I had to get a ride to the nearest downtown area that was not fully Indian. The staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make it enjoyable. The pool and common areas were pretty well maintained and look nice, but the regular clantelle was a bit loud.

Located at just 2 kms away from the Pataya Beach and walking street. Variety of Indian food is available in the radium of 1 km only. Night life is osm. Boom boom is available just outside the hotel. Not a kid friendly. Couple can surely enjoy this place.

Worst hotel experience ever. Got dirty room at check in, after informing them, no one came to clean it as well. Charged is 300baht for dirty towel.. which we don't know how and when they found it dirty. Shown a video of tower with floor which they said was for 3 days back.

Best hotel at the location. Everything is in walkable distance. Many good Indian restaurants are just opposite of this hotel. Rooms are very good and ambiance also. But the catch is, they are providing very bad smelly towels. On this they must have to work. Walking street is just 400m away from here. Hotel to Bangkok airport bus stop is just 20 thb and to Sukhumvit bus stop (Bangkok city) is just 50 thb on bhat bus. Attached image for reference.

Used to be a good hotel past COVID. Stayed form 4th October 2023 till 7th. Smelly toilets, old rooms, old/leaking / non working bath fittings and non working electrical points and appliances. Also Definitely not a Family Hotel. Only location advantage and no joiner charge - for those who wish to stay near Walking Street and explore options.

It is a good hotel to stay with friends. I booked a deluxe king room with pool view, that had a partial mountain and sea view. Front desk receptionist kung was really kind to give me the best view room on 6th floor. A tip, try to book delux king room instead of superior room for more comfort and food view.

Apart from Room service The Hotel was awesome.Staff is so honest (Returned Lost phone at reception next morning) & friendly. Update - Stayed again on 1st September 2023 for 5 nights.Hotel has become den of Dirt.Rooms in Grand deluxe wing are full of cockroaches and dampness.Restaurant manager Hate Indians very badly.Food is tasteless. Behaviour of staff is very rude overall Now.Dont waste your money and energy by staying there.Plenty of options available in less money at pataya.

Do not trust the photos and 4 star classification rating of this hotel in the internet.Rooms are stinky, Not maintained properly.They do housekeeping every day but they dont change your bed sheet.Even the towels had a bad smell.Breakfast and restaurant staffs are nice.Bathroom is very small and needs a lot of maintenance.Not Ideal for families at all.

The property is beautiful and location is prefect. It is just walking distance from The Walking street and also nearby from the dock for coral island. Massage and spa service is good. Rooms are good. Size of room is good and comfortable. Room service is slow and they cannot understand english which is a problem. Food taste is average only.

The hotel rooms are not clean, the service is too poor, the lady at reception is very eager to argue and fight. They charge for the things which we haven't done. When we checked in the AC was not working and there was low water pressure in bathroom. Inspite of regular request to change the room they didn't change. Room was made ok next day and we have to suffer a lot. This is now not a place to live in. We indians usually come here to stay with a feeling that its a place better for us but that's not the case now. The lady at check in counter is so rude that she argues and misbehave with every customer or guest . So better look a place better than this. I would request the owner to keep a person with good nature at this place.

Hotel interiors are based black & silver which I dindnt liked. Buffet breakfast is the worst I ever had. Basic category room is too small. The only advantage is the location i.e. near to walking street & the rest desirables. The reception staff will try cheat you whenever giving back the change. Not recommended. Instead the signature hotel adjacent is the absolute alternate to this one which can be preferred.

One of the worst experience, in all category they disappoint me. property is very old not maintain at all. Starting from room, shower never gives constant warn water keep changing hot and cold you cant stay for more than 10 second for shower. One day they forget to give room service/cleaning. Breakfast is worst , all 5 days they repeat the same . closing time is 10 am but always around 9.30 food getting short and they will start winding up with very very rood behaviors. They will not provide extra towel , i will cost you 60 Baht, can you imagine ? reception to pool cleaning everyone is rood.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. Housekeeping staff can steal your belongings. The housekeeping staff stole my expensive AirPods.

Had booked for my parents via Thrillophilia, there is no hot water for shower else okay hotel. Won’t recommend hotel or Thrillophilia.

It's a good hotel. Great service.good staff. The staff's are very co operative. The restaurant is wonderful.good food good life. They provide all the neccesary things in the hotel. Like soap ,tea bag ,sugar milk powder , everything you needed when staying at hotel. The water in bathroom is clear. And everthing is maintained well. They had a good room service.enjoyed a lot while staying there . Loved my stay a lot. I recommend the hotel for everyone.

This is a nice hotel for the price. Some great Indian restaurants are within walking distance. The gym for this hotel needs to be bigger and more variety. The bench press was somewhat broken and needs to be fixed. During the evening there are random Indian guys walking the halls of this hotel smoking cigarettes. This needs to stop.
