I loved staying here in December 2021 but my one complaint would have to be the pool closing at 8pm. Please keep the pool open either midnight or 24/7. We tourists come to Thailand to have fun! Make customers sign a waiver if that's what it takes

The rooms are neat and very spacious. I had a bad experience though with booking with them through Agoda's pay at the hotel option. They cancelled the reservation even they confirmed it already, on the day we were to check-in and it seemed like they did that on purpose just so they can charge us their regular rate instead of Agoda's promo rate. Very bad practice.

Room given to us was filthy. When requested for same room on it was denied saying all rooms were full. Reception staff was very rude and insulting in approach. When they realize we would complain, we we're shifted in same other room on different floor. That shows they lied about rooms been full. House cleaning staff were helpful

The Staff (Reception/Housekeeping/Coffee Shop/Security) were pleasant, polite, courteous, helpful and happy to engage fully with guests. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained with good in-room facilities and features. Rear-facing Rooms are quiet. The Coffee Shop is small but clean and very well-managed with friendly and efficient staff. The menu - Thai/Indian/European dishes - is good with Room Service at only +10% Service Charge. The Swimming Pool, although small, is located on the 2nd floor and is clean and well maintained. The only negative points found: No Electric Shaver outlet in the bathroom. No assistance available for luggage transfer at Check-in/Check-out. No Electric Kettle or Hair Dryer in the room (however, these two items were available for rent from the Reception).

I ended up staying here in total 9 days. The room was clean and nice enough. The cleaning girls did a very good job. The staff at check in were ok but not that friendly. The room had a belcony and wifi was ok but not perfect. The location is good though away from the craziness but close enough to walk around to the hot spots. Pool small but ok.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. It's far to beach and walking street. Room and goods are really dirty. There are ants in everywhere. Yes you read right, there are ants in room. Hotel staff dont know English. They speak a Thai-English mix language which impossible to understand. Also these is no security in this hotel. Actually, there is one as scarecrow. Pool is under maintenance for a month. End date of maintenance is extended twice in a week! By the way room does not contain any slippers and hair dryer. Only breakfast is fine. I don't advise this hotel

its ok to stay. but hard to see person to help. and you need to pay 50 baht to rent a hair drier.

Stayed here about a year ago. Was planning my next trip and saw this hotel again. Room was nice. Daily cleaning and employees were friendly. Guest friendly and near walking street.

At night, there is a club around, so it's too noisy. It's a bad hotel considering location and employee service. If you have already paid for it and checked in, you should not expect any service from the hotel. 555

The room is quite big, clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is good as there is a vegan restaurant opposite it because I'm a vegetarian. The surrounding area is not too noisy to get a good sleep after a day of sightseeing. It take approximately about 10-15 minutes walk to walking street to enjoy the night life there or can take baht bus as well if you're lazy to walk. Breakfast is quite basic and free WiFi with usable speed in the room. The hotel got a small swimming pool which I never went to swim. The room got a safe box, a fridge and a tv. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and will lively coming back in the future.

Very cheap and Value for money. Breakfast alone they should improve a lot. Staffs are cooperative. Allowed us early check-in by one hour. Lockers need replacement.

Good place. Good rooms, little service but good stay for travellers not tourist. Parking is available. Food is also available. Luxury is not there but the staff is good and takes care of most of your needs. No worries

Booked two rooms for me and my friend, got one room at 2nd floor and another one at 3rd floor which was not convenient for us. Staff was not at all cooperative. We can find better deal in such range.

Sweet location near shopping and fast food. Excellent staff and quiet, relaxed ambience. Great place to rest.

The rooms was superb large.. no coffee / tea facilities.. my room was next to swimming pool. But sadly, the water was just half and not clean. The nx day the pool was full but still not clean. We reserved 3 rooms. But so shocked because we got it 2 rooms in 2nd floor and 1 room at 3rd floor. And the 2 rooms given was at different block. My daughter n me at different block while my nephew and husband at different block. When i request to give the rooms nearby, the receptionist told me i have to pay more for it.. i hate her attitute when she said " rooms not far, same floor only". B.fast not buffet. Limited choice. I stayed there two days n had the same breakfast..

Good value for money, location is a bit far from the action of walking street approx 1 km and Soi 6 approx 3km. Pros- Room is clean, budget basic room value for money Cons - small tv, air conditioning very noisy hard to sleep at night, ants in room, poor sound proofing you can hear everything upstairs/downstairs/next door in the bathroom.
