Good, Nice Place with open space having both outdoor and indoor services with some good food & Beverages according to your taste. You can also have a family gathering here or enjoy your holidays. Location is also good as it is just in the middle of the market with Seven-Eleven like stores just at a stones throw. Overeall it's a super place with some really good and fast service which will make you feel good.

I'm Thai, I reserved a room to see the fireworks festival, I arrived at 8 pm. The receptionist said my booking was a fake booking. I gave the check through the booking agency. Says that you can't contact, no one answers the phone. And if I want to stay here, I have to pay walk-in. In spite of our room reservations paid through the agency. My boyfriend is American Can't wait to come and manage to call the agency. and confirm the reservation We got the room at 11pm. Why do you say that the booking is a fake booking? say that there are customers being spammed like this Why doesn't the hotel check better? The agency can speak several languages. The staff consulted the manager but still insisted that the room would not be given until the booking was confirmed. Is this the only efficiency of the hotel? I've booked hundreds of times through the website and never had a problem. Thank you for upgrading my room. but i wasted a lot of time.

This is has been the 4th time I have stayed here and will be the last. My previous visits the staff were extremely professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and exceptional. The times I have lodged here were in 2010,2012 and 2016. All visits were good till this recent visit. They held on to our passports and said they needed a 500 baht deposit to get them back. Interesting The room was disgusting, 0 toiletries, smelled, was not cleaned at all. They swapped me to another room which was a bit more decent but just didn’t meet the expectations that I had before. Additionally the gym needed attention, it appeared no one has cleaned it since 2016. They play music extremely loud around 8pm till 11pm. Lastly room service. Asked if they can come and clean a bit later they said no and they had to many rooms to clean they were to busy. Maybe it’s due to Covid or management. Hopefully they can do better

Horrible experience. You can see from the photos. Poor swimming pool quality, rubbish everywhere without anyone cleaning, air condition was dirty and was not cold enough. It served mainly the Indian guests with bus-load. Noisy hotel in night time, people shouting, loud music in 5:00 am in the morning. Did not recommend at all

I haven't faced any issue there . the room was really good . Just do not leave your cash there , coz few of my friends claim that someone took their money, when they were out. However for me everything was good also need to mention that the breakfast was really really good. Also this place was nearby by to the walking street. You can go there by 20-30 mints walk easily.

Decent rooms. Lovely very innovative pool with first-floor rooms wading access. Hot buffet breakfast included in some room prices. Vile tasting coffee. Pathetic service by boys in restaurant, neither civil nor friendly to customers. Interested mainly in talking and joking with each other. Items on the buffet table frequently ran out, (8:30 am) and were only refilled after this was pointed out to them. Why is it that in Pattaya, a town filled with foreign English-speaking tourists, can they not find staff who speak English, which is the language of tourism? The reception desk staff were friendly and spoke English. Except for the breakfast, a good place to stay.

Firstly,The Rooms are not like 4 star hotel. Secondly I asked hotel staff for first' aid box as I want cotton as I got hurt they said cotton is not available. They said go and buy from market We as foreigners should be treated in a better way We are group of 40 persons each one of us will rate you the way you treated us

Worst hotel in Pattaya. I was fined 2000 baht for minor strains in towel. Trying to loot tourist money. Don't get into trap just by seeing booking amount. They will collect more money when u vacate in the name of fine.

The rooms are clean & spacious, we had an event there the staff is very helpful & friendly. The food is also delicious. It was pleasant experience.

The hotel was good from outside. I git room no 607 the view was good but the room Condition was terrible. The ac switch is broken. The balcony sliding door we can't lock coz it was broken. We cannot switch off the balcony light coz it's automatic it will switch off in the morning. The most important part is we got bed bugs in our bed. It bit me as well as my husband. And after telling the hotel people they just kept that dead bed bugs we handed over to them and said we will inform our head office people. No apologies no sorry. And from walking street it's 20mins walking distance.

Rooms were okay. Facilities of a cloth hanger outside on the balcony for wet clothes. Swimming pool was well maintained and clean. It is on the 1st floor. Has a spa facility within premises.

Everything was fine, the rooms, service, locality, walkability to walking street, transportation etc. Only issue faced was the WiFi. When we stayed inside the room, we didn't get proper internet through wifi, due to which we struggled a bit.

It was told as 4 star hotel with good views. But it was not like that. Rooms were not that much great. The bed spreads were pretty old. There was not even a bulb in a holder. Even after saying to the reception and house keeping services. They didn’t provide that saying they didn’t have bulbs stock with us. Only thing is cafe. Food was really good and the serving people also were good. Hotel management has to make the hotel better as lots of tourists come and stay there. Looks like they have a tie up with guides and that is how they survive. Not a great experience.

Location & space is good , upgraded room on 3rd floor is good. This is budget hotel, need some improvements in washroom. Rest all Good

Hotel infrastructure is okeish being 4 star. The washroom are bit small compared to other places. Apart from that it’s totally Indian specific hotel. Food people ambience everything you will relate and love being Indian. Food is great here with such good sitting area and Bollywood song’s playing. Staff are very friendly and nice.

Very unhappy with stay. Air-conditioning keep leaking on floor even with air-conditioning turned off. I informed the hotel and they said they will fix,that evening when i returned it was still the same. So i went down to inform them it was still the same and i was told that it had been fixed. BS from reception. Also main door to room also made loud noise when opening & closing (in every room not just mine) I also got room with pool access & spa jets didn't work not happy as i paid extra for room that for that reason. Then to top it off the window between shower and bedroom with filthy asked reception to get house cleaning to clean & when they(she) cleaner did come to room she was very rude and was speaking Thai. She couldn't speak English.. ended up getting manager to room and was told it had been cleaned and that all rooms are the same. Also very loud with other guess's (Indiana's) using the pool. First and last time staying at this resort... Ps its not a resort 😂😂

Very nice accommodation buffet breakfast was of very vast variety and relishing. Inside hotel us well cleaned and naintained. Staff at desp is very prompt to respond. Overall nice hotel.

Rooms are quite big.. Hotel (breakfast and dinner) tasty.. Counter lady attendant was very confused and not customer friendly.. As mostly occupants are international travellers, and common language is English, hotel authorities should post counter attendants who knows english.. overall good..

Pathetic place, rude manager, bad maintenance with basic cleaning. Cheap phenyl sprayed allover the rooms and walkways. Look out for other places which provide better service and ambience for similar price.

DO NOT GO HERE. WARNING!!! INDIAN HOTEL.!!! WARNING. This is a hotel used for Indian charter trips. Busses and busses of Indian people arrive here. And they are all rude like the hotel staff. Very rude hotel staff. They dont even buy toilettpaper. You bring a friend to hotel they charge 500 baht extra. You use towel for clean 500 baht exta. When i arrived i get hotel room without hot water and a broken air condition. They change me to another room without hot water and same broken air condition. After over 1 hour they turn on hot water for me. But still when i tell them air condition is broken they just say its automatic. Its not automatic if the termo is broken. It clearly says on the air conditioning unit that it thinks its 61 celcius in the room no matter how long or cold you run the air condition. Reception was very rude. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They are cheap people.

I went there after our visit to the Tiger Park in Pattaya for lunch. It was a buffet with very limited spread, but the food was good. If you are searching for an Indian restaurant in the vicinity and a buffet lunch, I would recommend this place. But don't think of this to be like other buffets with very large spread

Good hotel at a good price. The staff is very welcoming and polite. Guests are allowed to spend the night with you. Nice swimming pool. I spent some hours in the swimming pool. Pattaya street is only walking distance from the hotel. Overall a very good experience. Thank you Mind Resort for a good time.

I want to give zero rating.. Worst service..... I never faced this type of service in my life I had called to the reception and asked some coffee, I had called 4 time's but not provided till one hour... I had waited for more than one hour... I think they will take minimum one hour for attender to attending the room..... I suggest never to book this type of worst hotel's....

Very nice place, good looking, no noise. The food was awesome in this hotel mainly chicken gravy. Also good caring staff's and security.you can do whatever you want.

Most affordable; Lovely large rooms, well laid out, with an all-inclusive wee pantry and dining area; flat-screen television, safe, and good bathroom amenities. Loved the old-world charm of the curtained, four poster, double bed, and the swimming pool view from the room balcony.
