Clean, comfortable, very big size and cozy bed, good services, nice environment, super affordable price. Definitely will be first consideration of hotel for next visit.

Good, but there is room for improvement! What I thought was good, was that it is fairly central and close to much. Party or the beach. The hotel is quite nice, however, there are some flaws in its places. Mostly superficial, but it still detracts from the overall impression a bit. The pool is good, not the biggest but it is not in the sun constantly which I think is good. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was quite small, may be due to COVID. But would like to see a little more varieties, next time I will not pay extra for it. The rooms are very nice, there are good surfaces and a large bathroom but both bath and shower. The bed was medium soft, you got 2 kinds of pillows. 1 regular and 1 memory foam The bad things: * The soap, shampoo and shower cream in the bathroom were really bad. They did not smell good, did not foam well and did not feel good. I bought my own! * The refrigerator in the room is of a lower quality. It takes a very long time for the refrigerator to get cold and if you put in items that are to be cooled down, it takes over 24 hours before they are even a little cold. * The rooms facing the street / city are incredibly poorly soundproofed. You hear the people, the cars / motorcycles and the dogs howling every night. You can hear this clearly even if everything is closed and the curtains are drawn.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are beautiful with everything you would need. Rooftop pool and bar area are stunning. Staff are all superb unfortunately the chef is letting the team down. Came for breakfast at 8.30 and you are giving menus to order from. Everything looked great. Ordered Eggs Benedict, an American breakfast, Beef noodles and Rice soup. Unfortunately upon arrival everything was cold. Cold eggs(no excuses) sausage and ham. Even the toast was cold. The water in the soup wasn't even hot enough to make the beef hot. Especially dangerous as obviously the meat is precooked. Even on the street they can make the water hot enough to make the meat hot. I don't see the point of ordering off a menu if it all comes cold. Should just keep it in hot plates. It's quite obvious the chef has cooked everything at the beginning of his shift and then put it on the plate when the orders are placed. Nothing wrong with prepping or pre cooking but at least reheat it Overall it didn't spoil the experience of the hotel but it's just frustrating as it is just laziness.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and friends, the rooms where very spacious and clean, room has small kitchen and a washing machine. Staff where very helpful and friendly, a big thank to Alex who was very helpful and patient with us. Although this was our first time staying in this hotel the next time we are back in Pattaya this will be our first choice hotel.

Excellent hotel. We had a great time staying here in May 2022. The hotel looks good and modern. It is also very clean. We had a well maintained room with no issues and each day, our room gets cleaned and kept fresh. The location is perfect for us. Not a far walk to the beach, shops/markets, pubs/restaurants and even to the shopping mall. It was also nice and quiet which is great as we were able to relax and enjoy our time with no issues. The restaurant was great too. The food was amazing, the dining table was clean and tidy, and the service was exceptional. Alex, I believe the manager, and as well as the other receptionists were extremely nice and helpful. They were always there and provided us whatever we needed during the time of our stay. I am looking forward to going back to Pattaya, Thailand and will definitely stay at this hotel

In general, a pretty nice and clean hotel! Service staff are friendly and helpful too :) Just that location is a little off, but if willing to walk out a little for about 5 minutes + you'll find some good food nevertheless. Hotel amenities are good. The food at their restaurant is not bad!

Nice place. I usually stay in high end 5 star hotels and this place is pretty decent. Location a bit off but within 5 minutes walk ur on a main road. Safe at night as well. Quiet pool facing rooms.

Everything was nice,pool was good rooms were very clean and tidy..food is great breakfast is very good you should include breakfast while booking but they dont have much to offer in drinks in their restaurant and pizza wasn't good,steaks, sea food breakfast was very good,staff is very friendly..Gym was very clean but back and chest machine was broken,still good clean gym.. Over all very good experience..

Stayed there for three nights when visiting Pattaya with my partner. Choose here because it has been highly rated and said it was recently renovated. But we were both very disappointed especially with the cleanness of the room. When I walked on the floor, noodles stocked on my socks! The slippers provided were dirty as they’re reusable ones. I even found a woman’s underwear on the floor in the bathroom! We just couldn’t accept that the room was ready for the guests. Besides, the wardrobe door’s broken and caused noises whenever you opened and closed it. When we reported all these issues to the front desk, they were not at all helpful and friendly until we were angry and stated that we really didn’t want to stay. So finally they changed our room. Other than that, the rooms here offer a washing machine and a cook top, but not as user friendly as you’d like. For the washing machine, there’s no washing powder provided. There’s no cookwares or utensils for you to cook. We didn’t think about cooking but we did buy some washing detergent and did a few loads of washing. The breakfast offered limited choices and most of the food were not hot enough. We both didn’t enjoy the breakfast. Overall it didn’t worth the money and definitely not recommend!

Located by a narrow winding road, a bit inconvenient for access, but still worth staying long, as the Hotel; • Offers a few pieces of laundry free: • Offers various delicious foods in Breakfast including Salad, Porridge, Dim Sum, etc. My preference is Porridge, tasty. Since making yogurt in house is easy, it would be better to serve home-made yogurt: • Is full of friendly Staff: • Might offer early checkin free if you stay long. Even though many foreign travelers return back to Pattaya, the competition between hotels likely is still high, you may win good bargain here in this hotel for a while.

Amazing room with very good amenities. Location is a little far from the beach/market (10 min walk). Indian restaurant is available nearby. For the price, the hotel is amazing VFM.

We just stayed here for 1 week over New year. The room was great, very clean, modern, washing machine, cooker stove top, microwave. It's quiet, and the bed is good too. The location isn't the best, but there are motorbike taxis everywhere, and a batt bus goes past regularly. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food isn't the best in the restaurant / bar here, but it isn't expensive either. Hotel is good value for money overall, i would recommend to friends and family

Reasonably priced hotel with modern spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet and nice swimming pool. The downside is the location, it's about a 20 minute walk to Soi 6 and Soi Buakhow, the main centre's of entertainment. To get to Walking Street would take you 15 minutes in a taxi or about an hour walking. This is of course reflected in the price compared to other hotels, Hope this helps in your decision.

I stayed there on August 2022 with my family. This hotel is clean and new. They have good spacious rooms with a balcony. There's a washing machine and a kitchen inside room with a microwave oven and induction cooker. There's a clean swimming pool by the restaurant at the ground floor. Break buffet didn't have much variety but food was good. It's 900m walking distance to Alcazar cabaret but the hotel is bit far from pattaya beach. (around 2KM)

As a service hotel I found all the staff friendly and willing to help at anytime day/night. The rooms are great but as they have small kitchens it be good to have some soap and sponge to clean used items and again even knives to use to cook with. But overall a very nice stay with either pool view ( music) or city view ( loud mopeds) at night but your on holiday in a hotel so 10/10 on this one 😎

Friend recommended The hotel is very beautiful. The service staff is very good. Especially the name Kratip / Focus / Nan / Lookta / Nueng / Jan. Very good recommendation. There is a free sauna and fitness room as well. The swimming pool is very wide. Book a suite The bedroom is clearly divided, clean, spacious. comfortable and noiseless Close to Seven as well Great value for money.

The hotel is beautiful though located a bit inside but easily could be found. Reception staff very cooperative and managed to check in me and my family 4 rooms... The cleaning staff were brilliant very very gentle and cooperative. Room 🧹 was great and on time. Communicating with smile... I love the hotel staff and the management... We will be back again.. very well recommended .. on the score I will give the 5 out of 5 Excellent 👍👍

A wonderful time was had by all. Lovely rooms (although views no up to much) and swimming pool to lounge around comfortably. Great food in stylish restaurant. Koong, Nan and Focus looked after our needs and wants in a friendly and efficient manner. A very enjoyable stay.

The room is great. The pillows are very soft and comfy. Staffs is very friendly and willing to help at all time. They smile and give me a very good welcome. I forgot an earring at the hotel and Lookta helps me a lot in finding it and send it back to me. I love the management of this hotel and I will be back again for sure. I would recommended on the score of 10/10. It is very enjoyable to staycation here!

Stayed here after staying at sister hotel Amber. Rooms much bigger and have cooking facilities and washing machine which is great if you are long term but I doubt anyone will use the induction hob as there are no means of using it. But the rooms are very nice. Location not so great not easy to get your bearings. Breakfast similar to the Amber but not as good. This is another new hotel which is also good value for money.

Great clean, spacey rooms. With washing machine, outside the hotel a taxi stand or bike rental. Laundry service with fair price, massage shop, small gym (with sauna), very cute pool (open till 10pm). Very friendly staff, mostly Japanese visitors - fair pricing for high quality package. Highly recommended.

Nicely located hotel just about a 5 minute walk to Soi Buakhao , a busy area with many popular restaurants for local expats and tourists. The hotel was clean and comfortable, great soft beds and a small kitchen area for cooking or preparing food. There were no pots and pans but they may be available upon request. The pool was long enough for swimming lengths and had had enough lounge chairs for about 5 couples including 2 in the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great little hotel if you need a weekend or a few days away from Bangkok. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. The location is super convent for getting around Pattaya. There is a 7-11 directly across the street. The security guards are friendly. There is parking under the hotel which probably has less than 50 spots. Check in is easy, front desk staff are efficient and helpful. The rooms are spacious, considering the price and they are very clean. I would recommend the family room when reserving a room. 2 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a walk in shower. Nice little kitchen and a washer in there as well. There is a decent sized balcony with a drying rack for clothes or bathing suites. The breakfast is not too bad but you do have to pay for it either when you make your booking or each morning in the cafe. The breakfast is not free of charge for all customers staying at the hotel. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place that is more than reasonably priced.

Clean, modern hotel. Room I booked was big and bright with a balcony over looking the road. Now Pattaya is very quite so not sure how noisy the road can get during peak pre-Covid period. Room has a big bathroom with a bathtub. Washing machine +dryer, induction stove in a kitchenette. Promotion rate is Bht1,200/night without breakfast. Hotel has a good selection of cable TV channels to watch. Medium size pool, restaurant and massage shop. If you drive, take note there are about 20-30 lots on site which was full during my stay.

First Price is not too high for traveler who wants to attend and enjoys in Pattaya, Thailand I can says that rooms and service of this hotel is very clean and nice because it is decorated in luxury and modern style. Hotel service is good I asked for something and they give me what I want in my case is dish, fork and spoon because There’re Covid-19 spread around here and I want to eat anything in hotel to be safe and they give me more convenience. One things I don’t prefer is there is no more keycard for others person in room it’s just one But that isn’t a big problem

Clean, doesnt look like hotel. More of like service apartment. The room is complete for a long stay, the price is reasonable and the location is so closed to the beach and centre of Pattaya

It looks just like in the advertisements. Clean and Cozy. Have many amenities in the room. Staff and housekeeper here were so polite and helpful except one woman in reception. She was a bit rude when we ask to extend our room and ask if they had a good price to offer. Our room was next by the road so it was quite loud when a car or scooter drove passed. But the rest of our stay was great.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for two days. Rooms are neat and clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, and they have plenty of services in the hotel (pool, gym, restaurant, bar, spa, and more).

Food is delicious and very impressive prices. 4. The bed and pillows are the best. 10/10 (Great sleep with pin drop silence) 5. New, clean and modern. Bathtub is great but small. 6. Swimming pool is pretty small. Can get packed real fast. Overall it might be one of the best decisions to make if you're spending a night or two and your plan is to chill and enjoy and have a peaceful time classic time. Nothing fancy.

A fantastic hotel centrally located right in Pattaya. Spacious rooms with full amenities in room such as washing machine and a kitchenette. Each room has both a bathtub and a shower cube. Great value!
