This was my second visit to this hotel. My last visit was three years ago. I was disappointed this time as the hotel now appears old and tired and in need of refurbishment. The swimming pool water was green and for this reason I could not swim the pool. The staff were really nice and helpful. There is cheaper and superior Hotels nearby.

We are staying today in 29.05.2023 in Superior Room, No ac working in each room, Too hot here, There is Kettle but no tea pkts. Only chargeable. Hotel staff is very rude. And Staff are not listening. Very bad experience with Twin Palm Resort Pattaya, Never recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent location close to the beach and shops, prices are very reasonable, there are swimming pools in the resort and the cleanliness is very good, the resort staff is helpful and always smiling.

It is infront of the beach but they do not have see facing rooms.

Booked 3 nights stayed 1. Very small room, no safe, no WiFi, bed was rock hard. No elevators had to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast was rubbish. Will never stay there again

Nice place for its price point. Beware that Hard Rock Hotel is next door and at times has loud outdoor events which often last until 11PM. Also one of the main drop off/pick up places for tour groups catching speed boats is on the beach road in front of the hotel. There is also a big difference in room quality between the older building (furthest from the beach) and the newer building.

I visit this Hotel 6 times. Good rooms for fair prices (with or without breakfast), good services all the time, very helpful and friendly staff, very good restaurant with fair prices, laundry & taxi service, perfect clean swimming pool for childs too. Close to the beach. My family very happy every visit here. This year (April 2019) and now the same good service and friendly staff ! Now again in Appartment with balcony

Best deal in pattaya. Off the load and busy strip but not too far from everything. Great food. Just across the street from the beach. Amazing relaxing pools. Quiet is the key. No load people. Very nice and they know enough english. I highly suggest staying here. Family run since the beginning.

Awesome place to stay on a budget price opposite Beach facing with Swimming and breakfast. They have multiple stay options from standard to superior and also they have bungalow options. The best part is, it's opposite Pattaya beach and a 15 minute walking distance to Waking street. We had missed the Breakfast but the food was good and the prices were reasonable.

Room was clean. That is the best I can say. Very basic. No coffee pot or kettle or microwave. Padlocked fire exit. I only stayed one night then changed hotels.

Worst room in the my entire trip to thailand. Stayed in over 10 resorts, this one was really bad, had to change the resort after one day. Very small rooms, no balcony.

Breakfast lunch and snacks very good always taste fresh , swimming pool and area very clean and normally not many people, Clse to shopping and easy to come and go . Fantastic location

Great location but rooms appear very tired and the furniture requires renewal, infact i would say everything at this hotel requires a spruce up,the staff and service are very good and helpful and the food is also good and reasonably priced,unfortunately the instalation of public toilets on the grounds isnt a good view for paying guests at the poolside.....

Twin Palms Resort is right opposite the swimming beach and a short walk from the major food and shopping. Walking Street with all the nightlife is about 1.5 km along the street and a tuk tuk costs 10 baht or 50c to get there.

Rooms smells hunidity and are not clean. Front desk lady Tipsy is not helpfull, careless and very arrogant calling the place her hotel, which is absolutely not. Avoid that place at all cost! .

Just cross a road and you will be on beach. Fantastic location Hotel food is average. Service is also good.
