Walk-in guests, we came asking for the room quite late at night in PPlus since they had 24/7 reception and free parking for car. Unfortunately I didn’t have the feeling of being welcomed as the receptionists seem not to be willing to talk, even a hello or smile or sell their room, short answers only when we asked; no eager question/proposal on what we wanted to book, how many nights, breakfast included or not, etc… We are a couple and they gave us a twin room. Also my fault when assuming they would give us a double so I didn’t ask. The highlight of my experience is when our bank shut down the system, our cards or bank transfer didn’t works. I asked if we could pay in the morning, the receptionist just answer no in cold and asked us to find ATM to get cash. Honestly I felt a bit awkward during the time and unexpectedly surprised on how the staff handled a booking, since your hotel looked pretty big and professional. In the end, we managed to pay and stayed cause it was too late after a long drive and we left early in the next morning anyway. The room has zero sound proof from the lobbies; music at night and morning from the bars and we were waken up around 6-7 am as people next door using the lift and talking really loud. Under Covid affections, I wouldn’t want to complain much about the facilities and cleanness due to lack of staffs, common issues in all hotels. Totally understood because I also worked in hospitality industry. My feedback is mostly about the receptionists because they are ones giving first impression to your guests and staff’s friendliness and professional actions could make up for something else which may be not perfect during the stay.

I booked a double room with a king bed, it was priced higher than the other rooms. They gave me a room with twin beds, they said I would have to pay more for a room with a king bed. Luckily, I was only there a few nights so I just put up with it. The rooms are very small. Has a foul odor coming from the bathroom drains. Loud music from the bars next to the hotel until 3am. The balcony is only big enough to stand on. The hot water constantly fluctuates from hot to cold. The breakfast buffet looked good but the food is all cold. The room was clean though and the pool seemed nice. Seemed overpriced for what it is, especially if you don't care about the pool or the gym.

This was one of the many Hotels I used on this trip. Clean rooms, compact but well arranged, nice hot showers, blackout blinds and curtains. Friendly staff on reception. I opted for the breakfast and it was OK. Decent choice of food from cereals to eggs to rice and soups and fruit. The fitness room impressed me, no need to shell out for gym membership unless you are Jason Mamoa.

Having read some negative reviews I thought I'd offer my opinion. Firstly it's a cheap budget 3 star hotel, you get what you pay for. In that respect it is good value for your money. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Fridge, kettle, TV, hairdryer, tea, coffee and water. The swimming pool is a good size 25m and the water is clean. The star attraction is the gym, it's big with lots of equipment, however no ac just fans. The staff are friendly and efficient, especially the cleaning staff 👍. It is located nearby to a busy nightlife area, so at night expect some background noise. In all I recommend it as a good cheap hotel in an excellent location.

We stayed for 4 nights They ask money for literally everything. We went 3 ppl. 2 adult and 1 child. But they provided 2 pillows and kept asking money for 3rd pillow. Ac was not cooling and fixed it after full 1 day after i complained 3 times. It meant we suffered 24hrs for their ignorance Location was good in terms local 7/11 and food shops and bike hire shop. Kid spilled simple pepsi on a bed sheet and they charged 400 baht for it. I said its ridiculous for a simple wash. Still agreed to pay or i will miss my bus. But they refused to take credit card. Instead they forced me to pay from bus money. I said twice now i wont withdraw any money just take it from card. Still they want to avoid credit card fee so they again cheapskated. Dear owner train your employees. You have a nice hotel but rude customer service.

Location definitely not for families. Great for single old men which is the majority of the hotel guest. Rooms are dirty and outdated. Do not believe the pictures. The hotel needs major upgrade. Shows sauna in the listing but by the looks of it the sauna has not been operable for years. Hallways are disgusting. But the hotel is cheap and the staff were nice. Right in the heart of red light district. So that can be a pro or con depending on what your looking for.

Loved this hotel! We stayed twice and the location is amazing, okay breakfast and amazing staff! I’m mainly writing this review because of the staff. There is a security guard, I don’t know his name. But he always smiled, said hello, saluted. Struggling with your bags? He’d help. He was courteous enough to get every car door to help guests in and out! We loved saluting him goodbye everyday and he deserves a promotion and a raise! An absolute credit to the hotel!

Nice Hotel. Rooms Re rennovated, Clean, well maintained. Goof location, Food, bars and exchanges few steps away. They have a pool and restaurent. Breakfast is 150 Baht per person.. There are lot of restaurents and 7/11 next to the Hotel. Reception not fluent in English but they cater your needs. 10 minutes walk to beach and 6 minutes walk to mike Shopping mall and Night Bazar. Rooms are small though. Upper floors recommended. Will stay again.

Housekeeping could put a bit more effort in here and there. Gym is good, pool is great, plenty of parking. Wifi not good away from reception area. Nice buffet breakfast at 150bt, something for all, with bottomless tea and coffee with orange juice too. Staff are pleasant and willing to assist when needed.

Firstly, the location is top draw, the gym is the best I've ever seen in a hotel, the pool is really good too. Cons, toilet absolutely stinks, you have to keep the lid closed and the door closed or else it will smell out the room. Until housekeeping leaves it all open once they finished which is annoying. The wi-fi is average, even though it was outside the door... Room itself is ok, at least you can dry your clothing in the sun depending on where your room is. The hotel has a sneaky back entrance too which is handy and there's a 7/11 next door. At the time for 5 nights it was 650 baht/night, but remember Pattaya is in recovery mode right now so things are cheaper.

the Hotel is dirty and it had a horrible scent from the bathroom and I could also smell pee from one of the beds. I spend one night and at some point, I went to take a nap by the pool

overall, pretty good. pool area is nice, plenty of people using it (contrary to an earlier review). on check in i was given a room in building C, and checked the wifi immediately - terrible. hotel staff quickly and happily moved me to building A, where the wifi was usable and fairly reliable (if not lightning fast). unusually good selection of TV channels. my room was clean and comfortable, nice hot shower, cool a/c. location is good, obviously there is some noise from bars around. no frills but as a budget choice it isn't bad at all

Large hotel in a good location. The facility looks nice from afar but is very dated. Pool is usable for relaxing but not actual swimming. I couldn't tell if the fitness center was open or not but since the lights were always off so I assumed it was closed. Check in was quick and no deposit was needed. My room C3614 was not cleaned. The floor was dirty and the desk area was as well. The bathroom still had toothpaste splatter behind the faucet as did the mirror. The AC remote was filthy. I spent the first 30 minutes in my room cleaning and sanitizing it. The worst part was that the mattress smelled of cigarettes. I don't understand why the room was in such a state. Wi-Fi was intermittent and slow. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Balcony isn't usable as it's only deep enough to stand there. Lots of sports channels on the TV.

For the price you can't complain. Nice room, nice swimming pool. Housekeeping below avarage. No bar, restaurant and sauna/steam cabin, this is advertised at the Agoda site. This hotel opened about 5 years ago and I was give it 5 * than. Now only 3 * as everything starts to tear down , broken chairs, hotel is in bad shape. Staff avarage, some nice and friendly, some not at all. Good part this time: no Chinese people who come in busses all day. So very quiet

The hotel tried to charge 1200 thb for dirty bedsheets which we didn't do, please be careful of this. And the General Manager Max started to threaten with the police immediately. The hotel is very noisy and the kettle is so dirty see picture. We paid 1000 baht per night without breakfast because there are so many good breakfast places within 100 meters of the hotel. The hotel doesn't have blinders so your room is very light early in the morning. Very slow check-in and check-out. Really not worth the money any more and we stayed here 2 times before.

The hotel is decent dont expect much but it is clean and well maintained. The washroom exhaust needs to be more powerful. The food and staff was good, only got disappointed by the receptionist in evening . I was checking out n asked for water. She said ‘NO’ and directed me to 7eleven which i found to be very rude . They can atleast offer water to their guests .

For a 3 star hotel I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms and the meals offered in the restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were greeted by a uniformed chap who saluted us an did his best to make us feel important. I can strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed at 5 star hotels in Bangkok and not received the friendly service this establishment offers. Anyone who gives P PLUS Hotel a negative review is a snob. I thank the staff and management for making our stay enjoyable.

Just off Bukhao, handy for LK METRO drinks. Small room but nice, clean and tidy. They need some do not disturb signs for the maids. For the money I paid, well worth it.

Despite rating on Skiplagged.com this is not a 4 star hotel. I went and viewed the property before reserving a room like most residences in Pattaya its rather underwhelming. I'm sure it was quite spectacular when it opened but as with most properties here, after they build it there's no sign of reasonable upkeep. The walls inside and out are in serious need of a paint job. The rooms are all approximately 28sqm. We're this hotel in the states it would be 3 stars at best based on presentation. They do have a large gym and swimming pool that is clean.

Not a very friendly staff. No respect for patrons. Not sure if it was just with Indians or everyone in general. Whwn we went to ask anything, standard reply "cancel booking. Go out". Pathetic way to handle customers. There was no soap in room and wheb asked for it, cleaning lady took 20 baht saying its paid. It was a big hotel. Cant be a paid thing. Issues with the buffet breakfast too. Over all not much troublesome to stay if u dont need anything except a bed to stay. But to me customer service matters. I know a lot of Indians create nonsense while touring foreign countries. But we are a pleasant courteous group. So the response kind of irked me and hence this rating.

It is in ideal location but whoever did plans are idiots. Rooms but balconies so small can't get chair on them can't sunbathe on them. Pool is shaded so can't get sun easily staff great rooms apart from stupid balcony gym good. Breakfast not had one yet just got here.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Only twin room available, but that was ok. Rooms are quite small, but very clean and modern. Good pool and gym and, for 150 Baht, breakfast was good. Location is very central, and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Overall, good value for money. The only irritant was that I could never get hot water, not even warm water, in the bathroom, at any time, from morning to night.

Relatively simple hotel that meets basic needs for a inexpensive stay in the middle of pattaya. Not too far from the beach and many massage shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are smallish but ok. Reasonably clean. Aircon a little powerless.

Agoda booking was confirmed but the hotel was already fulled. I don’t have a place to stay. The hotel manager didn’t assist me for anything. Just said to me “Contact Agoda”. You shouldn’t use Agoda agent. If you treat a customer like this. What a place…

Nice, clean hotel. But no bar, no cafe. Still waiting for service on the safetybox (2 days). Very good but small rooms.

room was clean, great price. but the water is not hot and the pressure is low. the air conditioning took time to cooling the room. but with that price for a room i still recommend for backpackers.

A good quality and well located hotel, at a reasonable price. They have an amazing gym, with sauna and outdoor pool. Breakfast and lunch facilities in site, with parking. We stayed for three nights in a twin room which although small, included all the basic essentials. There is complimentary wifi throughout the hotel.
