It’s located in North Pattaya with three stars hotel. It's moderate and pleasant. There is a restaurant on the rooftop you can enjoy and see beautiful views. Highly recommended.

New hotel with beautiful decorations. Room is quite good when compared with price. I personally like concept of separation between toilet and shower area, but both can't be locked!!! Swimming pool on top roof make it unique. Buffet breakfast is just has. I prefer to have more meat for breakfast, but when compare to the price it is understandable. I will back for this hotel for my next visit.

Looks nice on the pictures but the hotel is not well maintained! The rooftop could be super nice but is getting dirty. I dont wanna see this place in a few years. The staff is okay but look and doesnt feel happy to work in the hotel. Greeting guests in a polite way is totally free and costs you nothing. Maybe a staff training in these 'calm' covid times should be the right thing. Waited for 2 hours to get a room ready, waste of time. The beds are amazing! Maybe the problem was just not enough staff because off covid. Overal a good hotel for a few times!

this hotel is quite new and great breakfast with awesome workers who follow you to serve with their best. but swimming pool is only issue that closes at 5pm due the renovation.

Fantastic hotel nice bar in the hotel and the roofbar is great with some great views over Pattaya. Pool on the roof also and drink isn't to expensive and very friendly staff. Well worth a visit even if for a drink before you start your night.

Our stay at the Pattaya hotel was unfortunately disappointing. We had booked the Junior Suite, and during our stay, we encountered several issues. The air conditioning, which was directly above the bed, couldn't be adjusted and blew directly onto our faces during sleep, leading to fever and sore throats. Cleanliness was lacking in the corners, and the bathroom door didn't close properly. The drain for the handwashing sink didn't work properly. Nights were not restful due to the noise from the club until 4 in the morning and constant lobby music from the hotel. Between 8 and 9 in the morning, we were disturbed by construction noises from the roof, as there was ongoing construction there every day. The pictures we had seen online before booking unfortunately did not match reality. The breakfast, which looked diverse and abundant in the photos, was actually disappointing, as there was hardly any selection. The advertised roof bar did not exist. The only positive aspect was the friendly staff. We appreciate their kindness and helpfulness. Overall, our stay at the Pattaya hotel was regrettably unsatisfactory, and we hope that improvements will be made in the future to provide guests with a more pleasant experience.

You have to pay for everything on top of your room cost I had to pay 500 thb for an extra blanket an 200 for an extra key an I split coffee on my pillow case an had to pay 260 rooms are good service is good but be prepared to pay for everything else an now I'm leaving have to pay 300 for a blanket that got dirty what a rip of

Room clean is ok. Towel looks not good. Many Noise,Service of reception is not good. Breakfast is few selections. Looks fashion. And good for photo,But still not recommend

Pretty nice rooftop Pool. Rooms are small but nice. Shower is really enjoyable. Location mostly loud... There is a night Club and multiple Restaurants in Front of the hotel.

The hotel bed is very clean and comfortable to sleep on, the overall state is very good, this price can achieve such a comfortable sleeping experience, really great! I will come back again and recommend my friends to come, thanks for the good service!

Little loud from the venue nearby and isolated from tourist areas. Good value since it had its own bathtub and a nice quiet rooftop pool and bar

The rooms are nice, but have a few small design flaws, like placing the air conditioner directly above the bed and most of the personel does not speak english, but the manger is very kindness and helpless. Also the night club keeps one up at night, the hotel is pretty far located from the beach ~15min on foot.

Modern simple style hotel. It is sensible and reasonably priced. It is also possible to smoke on the terrace. The room is spacious and has a washbasin wall type. The toilet and shower room are separated. However, it should be noted that it is a glass door. It could be uncomfortable for some people by attaching two single beds to make it a queen size, but there is a basic sofa bed so even 3 people can sleep well. There is no information about the rooftop pool because I don’t have use. There is a club near about 200 meters. Loud music from evening to dawn is so loud that you can feel it as vibration on the room window. A very fatal problem. The nearest convenience store is 450 meters away.

It is near the beach. About 20 mins to walk to Pattaya beach but l do not know why there is a few people (tuktuk drivers) to know about it :( Pattaya night fair is very near this hotel.

Abit on the high side for the pricing. Place is clean but sound proofing is bad

Awesome pool, good sauna, clean rooms and friendly staff. Location good if like to go around city, traffic easier. Terminal 21 and Central marina in walking distance.

The room walkway is dark with auto lighting.. Should have some light even for the dimmer.. Room can be noisy as sound insualtion from other room can be heard easily. Slightly on the high side. Got a good roof pool n bar. Near to food area and holleywood ktv n disco but never tried the place.

This is a fairly clean hotel except for the filthy carpets. So so staff, poor location.

Promotional price for this covid situation made this hotel interesting. Room cleanliness has to be little improve. corridor carpet looks dull on 17th floor. All of these may came from lower maintenance during this covid 19. Others service are good.

Beautiful hotel that was very clean and well maintained. Excellent food and lovely rooftop pool and bar . Most staff especially the men where friendly and polite , although the reception women were not very friendly. All in all great value for money and we will be back soon
