Central Pattaya, lovely hotel, clean has that fresh feel about the place. Fairly big rooms ensuite.

I stayed in 3 different rooms here. Old rooms, dark hallways, beds that are hard or very springy. Ants in every room. If you leave food out, it will be ant infestation. Wifi is so slow its useless. Very loud outside near the street side with cars with loudspeakers cruising down the street with loud music or blaring Thai propaganda , and the bar side is loud with live music blasting until 3am or 4am. The keys / doorknobs are poorly designed and hard to open. At least there is an elevator ( "lift" for those of you who don't say elevator) .

This is my 4th time at the Privi and it will be my last. Not only was there a problem with being charged in advance this time but there are several short falls I can't overlook any more. Poor air conditioning, no coffee in room, no hand towels, faulty or inoperative electrical outlets, and last but certainly not least, NO HOT WATER!

The hotel is in a central location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Free WiFi with good speed. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed. The room had a Jacuzzi but it didn't work, I didn't complain as I really don't need it.

My second time here and if you’re on a budget it’s probably the best hotel you can stay since the location is gold. Only thing is it might be loud since they’re bars around the hotel. Nice honest working people work in the hotel.

Good Location , Easy access to beach !! Let me try to give a step by step review of the Hotel: Location: The Hotel is located at a very good location, very close to main road. Easy access beach (5 mins walk) Few good Indian restaurants within 2 mins of walk. Shopping carts just outside the hotel. Checkin Process: The checkin process was very smooth. They take a deposit amount of 1000 THB (refundable at the time of checkin). The reception area and lobby looks very good. Room: We were 4 people and had selected Deluxe Twin Room. The room was very spacious, 2 ACs, TV chairs etc etc. There were 2 beds both could easily accommodate 2 people easily. The only drawback was the bathroom. There was only one bathroom and it had few minor issues like 1. The door wouldn't close completely. 2. Hot water was very mild. 3. jacuzzi was not well maintained. 4. The shower room didnt have any curtain or door. Taxi Service: There is a taxi service just outside the hotel. Overall it was a good stay.

Its good hotel and the location is near beach and royal garden mall.... i like the bathtub...they use solar heater.....the room was clean and big. Its good and clean hotel and price is good .....thank to booking for give me good price 2 night for 1800 baht ..

Even though the location is very good, the rooms are quite dark and they charge additional fee if you have guests in your room

Located at the conrner of Soi 13/1 on 2nd Road. Not noisy at the moment since bars have to close at midnights. Enter thru the restaurant to the lobby. Rooms, although a bit aged, are of reasonable sizes, clean and well equipped.

great little place central location only a walk away from beach and shopping mall there a small cozy Italian restaurant on the first flaw.

Bookings were made on Agoda for 3 x Double and 3 x Twins. Registration was done at The Privi Hotel but were directed to check in at The Lodge Hotel which is down the road. The Lodge Hotel does not honor what you booked through Agoda with The Privi Hotel and they provided 6 x Double rooms. Some of my guests are unable to sleep with each other on the same bed hence the only option was to book more rooms at The Lodge Hotel. Please be prepared to get such treatment if you book with The Privi Hotel. Standby more cash or prepare for some surprises.

Very nice location. Near beach, walking street and central festival. But the wardrobe is old and there are a little plug.

The restaurant downstairs.. food is not good.. 3 dy old cucumber served up.. asked for pineapple juice.. and got this sweet drink made from concentrate.. the salad was stale.. they charged full price.. even though I sent some of the food back.

It's a decent hotel if you are staying with someone you know. The toilet is not sealed meaning the frosted glass doesn't go all the way to the top of the ceiling. So you can smell everything that's happening from the toilet area. Aircon could be stronger but it's weak at even 18. The shower glass design is strange as it only covers 2/3 of it, so if you put the water on strong, it will flood as the base is slanted away from the drain and splashes outside of the shower space. Wifi is weak, don't even bother. Beds and towels were clean and comfortable. Cheap stay for $23usd. Only positive is it's walking distance to the beach and a 15min walk to Bali Hai pier.
