Lovely hotel. Quiet and upscale but restaurant only serves breakfast! Staff was overall very unfriendly, and not at all helpful. If you want additional sugar or cream for your coffee don't bother asking as you are "allowed" only the 2 given. Do not ask the front desk for any assistance in making local calls or help with any required printing as the help will not be provided. Aesthetics are nice but that is where it ends. The worst "customer service" I have ever experienced.

Near the beach side. Near food shop. Bad conditions and smell like something wet in the room. Included small cockroaches. The air condition quite old and sound creepy. Average breakfast, the soy bean milk is the best there. The pool is dirty and not clear around the time we stay but some tourist still swim. Automatic call 2-3 times in the early morning to wake me up which is no need.

We stayed here on our trip to Pattaya, I cannot rate this any lesser. It is the worst experience in any hotel booking I have ever had. Here is a detailed experience that I faced here: 1. When we reached at 12 pm, the receptionist said there is no power the whole day. We had a pretty long journey. 2. We asked the receptionist if we can check in into one room, to fresh up, she said, she can't let us check in as their copier is not working to copy our ID cards so she can't check us in. 3. Receptionist was unable to understand us. 4. We had to have multiple conversations between the receptionist and the manager, to get hold of a room. 5. We had heavy luggage, and we got a 5th floor room, and there was no help to carry the luggage. 6. We booked city view rooms, and however all I got was a room with another wall facing it, and there was a drain outside. 7. The AC in the room did not work well, and it had to be on for a couple of hours to feel any type of comfort. 8. Breakfast food was barely average. I'd suggest people to not book this hotel ever.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, it gave me everything I needed for the money I put into the room for 1 night. It had a nice and pleasant atmosphere which helped me relax away from the crazy party atmosphere in Pattaya. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

This hotel fake promoting that it provides Wi-Fi. But in reality, you have to wait for 30s to load a web page. They should send the hotel owner back to the times when the internet was first created. And make him admit that in 2022 2k/s is not real Wi-Fi.

This is a hotel with a good downtown location. The hotel lobby man is very good but the checkin staff are less friendly. The lobby is very nice but the rooms are very badic and dated. This is a bang for you buck hotel. Cheap enough if you do mot hsve high exoectations. I would day ok for the money but light on ammenities.

Bad quality hotel management in all aspects; neglected pool and Fitness room, rooms and service. You pay here for the building interior as shown in the photos, not for the service and maintainance. A non english speaking apathetic receptionist can be mentioned as well! Absurdly the hotel's name is Boutique :)

Our host was extra helpful. Alex was great when we extended our stay and managed our booking very well. The building maint is quite a bit behind and is a bit frayed around the edges. Breakfast goes with the room but when the hotel is not full the variety is very limited. Great access to downtown Pattaya and many nice restaurants and the sights and sounds of the beach area are within walking distance.

There are cockroaches on the table, under the bed, in the showers, and even in the kettle.. We asked to switch rooms but all they did was spray cockroach repellant in certain areas. Additionally, we couldnt sleep with the smell of the cockroach repellant so we had to open the windows and doors. The staff took this issue very lightly and did not seem to take the matter seriously. Wouldnt ever recommend.

Booked online for a sea view room, got put in a room in their other building (Brava boutique hotel) a street back which had a view of a dirty street, we were given no soap to wash our hands with & after asking for some we were told we weren't allowed any more as we had some in our room... (she was referring to a 20ml bottle that said 'bodywash') There is a soap dispenser & a bodywash dispenser in the shower that were also both empty. The wifi drops out a few minutes after you log into it, we were told that we had to pay 500thb to replace a towel that had a little bit of cc cream and mascara on it, after we kicked up a fuss, we took the towel back & it took 1 minute to get it out with our soap (that we had previously had to go & buy) We had to ask for toilet paper after room had been serviced as they hadn't supplied us with any. Staff were rude. No coffee, tea or milk in rooms. Cushions were stained. The corridor stunk of cigarette smoke as people must be smoking in the rooms. A little unfortunate as the hygiene of the place was ok & it's a nice enough hotel that has alot of potential if managed properly. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Hygiene was ok, online I thought I was getting a sea view, instead was put in a boxy little room facing run down apartments. Had no soap or toilet paper. They tried charging us 25$ to wash a towel that had a bit of makeup that was clearly washable, which we washed our selves. The wifi didn’t work. The staff were very rude in reception the whole time I was there. Not recommended to anyone !!

This hotel needs some work. There was putty all over the shower in obvious different colours to the tiles. Showers were super narrow. Buffet breakfast was average. Some of the service at reception was horrible and it was like it was an inconvenience them helping you. Sometimes they would charge you for internet, other times they would not.
