Firstly I booked this hotel because my business meeting was close to this hotel, otherwise I would have taken something closer to the beach. This hotel once was a 3star I believe but it has fallen down and showing it's age everywhere. 1. There was no coffee tea or water heater in the room so I could use some coffee. 2. No room service at all, no phone no pabx calling device nothing. 3. I stayed 10 days and there were some days that I saw only 1 staff at the entire hotel! yes only 1 staff! that's the one who seat in the counter... could you believe it?! 4. Room service lady comes when she feels good, she could come at 10 or 11 or 12 or even 2 ... I get to my meeting can came back to 2PM and she did not serviced my room! 5. Towels were so many times used and washed that it became sand paper totally. 6. My wife called at the hotel's number as my phone was turned off, the hotel stuff let me know that news after 12 hours! AMAZING?! So for whom is this hotel for? 1. if you are a writer and you need piece and silence around you then this is the perfect hotel for you. Besides the swimming pool you can seat to the shadows with lots of lots of trees and you can write an entire novel if you wish. 2. This hotel has landscaping all around, trees flowers and shadows ... all around. If you love nature and silence then this is the perfect hotel for you. *** When I was there the restaurant was closed so I had to order food 2/3 times a day.

Convenient location, fair prices and quiet ambience

Room was just ok. The sink was broken and I was advised to put a plug in a plastic bag in the drain if I wanted to wash some clothes. Otherwise rooms are ok.

Difficult communication with staff in English. Near to inner city. Breakfast not ideal

GOOD LACES AND REASONABLE PRICE

Everything advertised about this accommodation is just right. Great location for arriving and departing. Convenient for access to Pattaya without being too central. Good pool. No food or beverages but superb value for money

It's okay to stay, quite a location is 10 min walking from FOODLAND so easy to find food

Have good seafood restaurant.
