1/5 star is even more for this hotel. Rooms dirty; linens dirty. Washroom - not clean. AC - not working. Worst experience. Hotel owner and administration are Indians, really not expected this kind of stay. Even if anybody walk in, or any actions in the neighbor room; clear and loud. You can not sleep anytime peacefully. I booked for two nights, and checked out after first night and booked another nice hotel in near by. Not recommended at all.

Excellent facilities and spacious all areas but with poor maintenance. The area after covid looks uninhabited because the surrounding businesses have not reopened. The room had a broken glass and I was horrified when a rat entered. Fortunately this happens in the early hours and they changed my room. The neighborhood was not crowded. The hotel deserves better luck.

Don't book the room by just looking at the room photos, they very deceptive. Photos were take very the Hotel was new, now its totally different. It will give you experience of haunted hotel. Only people who booked here were Indians. You do get Indian food available here, chefs don't know the items in the menu, anything apart from thali you order. They will watch the youtube or Google it before making the dish for you. Cooks who are prepare the meal are not Indians, they are from Burma and Bangladesh. So they are trying their best. I had called 4hrs prior to have the room ready I am on the way. They told, not to worry. When I entered the Hotel, surprise room not available. they made some room ready somehow. Had to wait 2hr at the reception before getting the room. When I told them, not happy with the room. Told will change, come later. When I went at reception later, told me no rooms avaliable. They can't refund even if I cancel the booking. So had to spend my stay there. Swimming pool is available, not sure which year was it cleaned before. Visit with your own risk, you can make good friends with insects. Don't might them, they will stay in your room for free.

I went, I saw, I stayed. Cleanliness is good. It is a good hotel in the middle segment. There is a safe in every room. Close to the walking path, friendly and convenient.

This is an economy hotel but still some basic things are not good .like there is no TV . Mini bar is not working .AC needs to be serviced . Rooms are not clean and chocroch found in the room as well. There is no such room service. Still its not that cheap meaning if you ara paying almost 500 baht per day you deserves more. And not at all suggested if you are with your family. Not recommend.

The "encore" (=still) is NOT a paradise, but is still an old, down worked hotel with some urgently needed maintenance going on. One of two room lamps had light, one of two in the bathroom also and one of two wardrobe doors had a handle. The linen has many holes from cigarettes and age. The kettle has been used to cook soup some time ago and wasn’t cleaned since then. Lucky enough, most of the go-go-clubs and disco bars in the basement are temporary or permanently closed, but the bum-bum-music of few reaming once still can do harm to your sleep. Visitors can freely walk in and out, so this seems also to be a security issue.

Very good and awesome hotel. Management also very helpfull and owner is also from India. Very good neat and clean room. Also very good swimming pool. Food is very awesome. Best for Indian to stay. Very near to walking street. 7 -11 store opposite side of hotel only 15 feet. They also have Indian restaurant inside hotel and also have massage parlour and everything what we need for daily use near hotel. I give more than 5 stat to this hotel. It was my awesome experience in this hotel. I request every indian people to stay this hotel only because you will find 100% Indian culture in this hotel

Stayed for a couple of months. Decent place, great and helpful staff, doesn't have the luxury feeling but you're very close to the beach and easy to hop on a songthaew to get to central festival, central marina, or terminal 21. The road it's on is a bit dangerous with all the motorbikers always racing and speeding on it, but otherwise most people on the street are friendly. Never heard loud music from my room, which was close to the pool on the B floor. Free wifi was very fast in comparison to most places, around 10-14 Mbps. Cons: - No hot water - Roaches from time to time - Costly electric rates

The hotel is ok in general. It is quite old, every wall had a different wallpaper, the bathroom was really old and used and towels had wholes. Additionally the duvet had no cover which means everybody sleeps under the same duvet without washing it, as I cannot believe they will wash the whole duvet after every guest. But the biggest problem and my biggest complain is about endless noise from the swimming pool. It was not a pretty place to relax. I never saw anybody swimming but I always heard endless cruel never ending noise of loud music with heavy bass. They just made it a party place. Every time I wanted to go there to swim they had such terrible noisy music. Once I went there at 9am and they started the music. So I turmed back to my room after I heard the noise already on the coridor. I tried many times during my few days there and only on last day it was quiet at noon and I could swim. The noise from the pool is not just at the pool. It goes to all the rooms. They were playing it the first night I was there until 10.30pm. Im a tousist, I come back to the hotel after visiting and I want to relax and sleep but with such heavy bass all walls in my room were shaking. But the next night it was much worst. They played it almost whole night. I managed to sleep and at 6.20am a heavy noise with strong bass woke me up. Again they decided to continue the party. Seriously, this is not a hotel, this is a never ending noise. I regret I ended up in this hotel. Additionally around midnight every night I heard groups of young ladies running and laughing at the corridor. I don't think they were tourists. This hotel is located next to the worst part of the city, where all young ladies work during the night. In the morning I saw a lot of them going out of different hotels and looked like they just finished working. Really sad part of the city.

My recent stay at Marine Paradise Encore was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. This charming establishment offers a serene escape with a delightful, albeit small, pool. The location of the hotel is ideal, providing a tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's perfect for those seeking a quiet getaway. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure our stay was comfortable. The highlight of this hotel is the small pool area. While it may not be Olympic-sized, it offers a lovely respite from the heat, with comfortable loungers for relaxation. The pool's intimate setting adds to the overall tranquility of the place. The rooms were clean and cozy, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The on-site dining options served delicious cuisine, offering a taste of local flavors. Marine Paradise Encore is a great choice for travelers looking for a peaceful retreat. While the pool may be on the smaller side, it provides a refreshing break from the heat. If you're seeking relaxation and attentive service, this hotel is a good option for your stay. I would highly recommend it for those who value peace and quiet in a beautiful setting.

The hotel is located just 10 min walk from walking street and Pattaya beach. Booked this hotel room and the room was okish if you are going to keep your luggage and go out to explore Pattaya. But if you are staying then there are other options you need to look for. The bathroom was clean but everything looked so old and broken. The soap dispenser was broken. The bed was stiff. Only the location of this hotel is the usp.

Awesome location. Besides, as an indian, you get the best food here and pretty cheap when compared to outside food. Well maintained swimming pool as well. The manager is very friendly and provides much assistance in tours as well as can guide how to spend your days there.

Average hotel. Although staff is cooperative but if you can't sleep in the noisy atmosphere then this place is really not suitable for you. Pool and bar club in front of the hotel remains open till 4:00 am so be prepare to sleep after that. They mentioned WiFi but it wasn't working at all in any room except lobby.

Probably the worst place ever. But some upsides first. The price was low, very big discount thanks to no tourists I presume. Bathroom was not as bad as everything else, but not really nice. Ok let's digg in to the bad stuff. The hotel handed me a key for standard room even if I booked a deluxe. Ok. Maybe just a mistake who knows. The standard room was in such bad condition I could not stand it. Remind you that I have a very high tolerance level and have slept on tile floors on work trips and been happier. I returned the key and asked to get a deluxe room (a refund and finding a new place would have been a long night). Ok got a new room. The new room is different and not in as bad as the first. But I would not even want to have my enemies stay here. The stench is horrifying. The air-conditioning is louder than you can imagine. The floor is actually clean and tiled but that is where good things stop. Water damage, I would not sleep in this bed without a hazmat suit (yes I sleep on top of the bed on my towel that is cleaner). The filth is everywhere, fan in the ceiling have not seen a cleaning lady in 100 years and have dirt dripping of it while it spinns. I turned it off, too gross. Yes, I would not spend a second extra here. Tomorrow morning I check out and get another place and just leaving the second night, not much loss anyway since it was cheap. Ok would I recommend this place. Yes, if you have no other option than sleeping on the street. But it is a tough choice.

If it were not insects. If it were clean. The rooms had not been so flat. If the air conditioner worked. If they did not charge for free water. It could be a good hotel ...
