Don't be fooled by the greedy stingy folks who gave negative reports here. They paid little money but expected a 5 star hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. Pools are nice and functioning. Hotel clerks are nice and helpful. Location is not centered but easy access to north or south with baht bus. I had extended my stay here from 2 days to 12 days and will return again. You need to stay here just 1 night for the experiences and make a judgement for yourself.

Don't be fooled by the beautiful photos of this hotel you might see online. The photos they used might be from years ago when the hotel is still new. The reception was not friendly at all. You will see a lot of fines and extra charges displayed on the counter. The room I booked doesn't look anything like they showed online. It was much smaller. Requested for double bed, but received 2 single beds. The bathroom is small and moldy. The safety box doesn't work. There are tiny cockroaches that will come out when you turn off the lights.

Even after the perfect time for hotels to renovate Zing was happy with its current standard. Although signs everywhere saying wear a mask, the staff do not. This hotel is very popular with the Indian community. I received a call from reception at 25 past midnight asking can workmen come though my room to use the balcony to fix the neighbours aircon. Unbelievable!! Lovely mould on the aircon too. One night was enough. I’m sure hotels in North Korea were in a better state. The best time here was when I left.

Staff aren't friendly and unhelpful. I never see they smile to any customers. Safety box didn't work, asked for help and nobody comes. The sink in the toilet was about to fall down, informed receptionist to send somebody to repair it from the first day of my stay till the last day, got no repair yet.. On a check out they finally asked me to pay for the damage that i didn't do. The aircon didn't work well, pretty hot in the room. Elevator smells bad. The only thing that i like is the cleanliness in the room.

The manager in day time he is very good person and helpful. but when he not around at night time the reception staff the lady and fat man very bad costumer service hope the menager he tell them something about politeness to costumer night team really bad ( cleaning lady 11:40am nock my door and ask me do you check out to day or no ? What a rude there is a phone in room can call instead of kick the door

Good location. Friendly and welcoming Staff, well trained and groomed. Good food. View from the top deck and Pool. 💯 We had pretty decent neighbor guests too🥰

Very bad experience. Discussion, started like this, I asked for a taxi to airport for drop, a guy in the reception said they will charge 1000 bhat. After an hour, I vacated the room and reached the reception for checkout and taxi booking. That time, that guy was busy on phone, so I was asking for a taxi for a drop to airport from a lady, who was also in the reception, next to him. She said, it will cost you 1500bhat. When I said her, the guy standing next to you said only 1000 bhat, she started screaming that, you should have booked yesterday for 1000 bhat. For now, this is the price. It was so annoying, for 500 bhat, they treated client badly. I was telling her, screaming like this is not the way to treat client, she's replying, I will do like that only. That moment, I decided, not to speak further with her, that will bring my reputation down. I booked a taxi in grab app for 750 bhat and reached airport. My sincere suggestion, pl dont spoil your mood by visiting there.

I'm writing here because I couldn't reply to my previous comment. Hotel management ignores complaints. - To see the level of cleanliness in the rooms, try to clean the terrible layers of dust that accumulate on the televisions with your finger. - Enjoy the puddle in the bathrooms. It takes almost 15 minutes to wait to create a proper situation to take a bath. - Use a pillow so as not to listen to the noise of the guests making noise by shouting. - Listen to music by wearing headphones in order not to be disturbed by the sound of the construction drill.

Grand for a very affordable room. Not too far from the start of walking street. Just a short bike taxi in.

Great all you can eat breakfast they just need a real coffee maker lol 169 baht can't beat that at all. I know it is a lot to ask that the egg cook knows all the different types of eggs. Only hear an omelet is a tasteless lump of egg. when I asked for a western omelet the cook had know idea.many places around the world add things into their omelets . And I hate runny eggs and the cook nods and will tell you ok after ordering over hard eggs. You still get runny runny eggs.and I'm not sure why they serve little hot dogs as sausages.they are awful.

I had a conflict about the water pressure (too weak) and temperature (extrene hot). The staff did not want to help me, and they were very rude. No respect or hospitality. The guy from reception was yelling with me. They promised that they change my room for my last night and I can speak with their supervisor, but did not do these things. The cleaning ladies are very loud in the morning. I always woke up because of them. I would not recommend this hotel, very disappointing.

Don't be lured by the purple, it's a very strange place and NO HOT WATER. First of all, at check-in, the clerk is rude, absolutely no effort to pretend to be friendly or happy. There is a price list for 'dirty or damaged' items at the desk as if it's the most important part of your stay. Again in the room, it's plastered across the walls in a very tacky way. Apparently they love to charge guests for anything possible. The next day, the rude guy was accompanied by an older couple (owners maybe) so this time he acted a bit more cordial but only after I said 'hello' to him. The area is very sketchy so if you're new to Cambodia, lack in street sense or are sensitive you do not want to be here after dark.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel premises were very clean n tidy. Rooms were well maintained every day by housekeeping. Also the hotel galley department was best regarding breakfast.. My personal view regarding hotel zing is that they are the best. And they are giving the best hospitality in town..

Nice modernized& upgraded last months, looks much nicer Lobby& big yummy Breakfast buffet with real bean coffe/ Omlettes/ fruits/ salad& 2 nice pools.. a big on groundfloor& 1 rooftop pool with sundeck/ view to Big Buddha Hill/ Jomtien& Pattaya. On main connecting road incl 10THB- bus 24/7. I LIKED IT A LOT BETTER than past. Good multi nation mix guests. Very friendly & helpful staff. CHEAPEST GOOD 3 STAR HOTEL- GREAT DEAL VALUE

Liked the location, very friendly staff, really tidy room, good water pressure in the shower. Had a corner room, probably, that is the reason i was not disturbed by noisy indians or something)) . Too bad hair dryer was only available at the reception. Good hotel. Though i didnt try swimming pool. Hope to come back and do it next time

The staff in the hotel is very rude at any time and they are the biggest scammers they will gonna fine you 2k when you check out even you smoke or no 😂😂 and then if you dont pay they call police. Most of there staff is gay & rude the hotel is basically a brothel with scammers.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 shame for the owner.

The hotel is next to the highway so it's noisy, the staff is a little kind, you know. I was very dissatisfied on the last day when I paid much more for a day's stay in the hotel. Clean rooms, but don't expect more from a hotel 3 stars, maybe by paying a little more you can find a better hotel, I don't know.

Service and hospitality is very good. Rooms are nice and clean. It would have been better if there was a shower curtain in the bathroom to prevent water splashing around, but overall, it is a nice place to stay.

Lovely hotel situated on the main Pattaya Jomtien baht bus. Quiet location with a nice pool to relax by. At night they serve a really nice meal! Should advertise this more Cleaning staff do a really good job

Rooms , service was good. Location: Beside the The 7--11 store exists. Also Near By Pattaya south Bus station, where you can get busses to Suvarnabhumi Airport .

Don't expect much from this low cost hotel and you wont be disappointed. Photos of pool area, lobby etc are obviously years old now ... see attached. Rooms are small and despite owners attempts to tell guests to be quiet at night, they're not. Booked a deluxe room with pool view, disappointed in what we received. Hotel porter not available. Taxis to airport available at 1300 baht which is reasonable. Used as a high turnaround place to stay

Nice location and good smell in the hotel. But unfortunately the bathrooms are weird. You must spend 10 minutes to properly prepare yourself to wash. The water accumulates opposite side of the booth. I couldn't understand why they didn't fix it so far. Because many people complained about it in the previous years when I check other comments.

Clean and best service. I recommend you to stay for sure you will extend.

I am visited Pattaya city in Thailand (2017).The Zing Hotel staff also friendly and very helpful. Hotel premises were very beauty full clean. Rooms Service were well maintained every day by housekeeping. The Zing Hotel front gallery department was best amazing breakfast. Also my personal view regarding zing hotel is they are the best. And they are giving the best hospitality in City.
