A bit pricey, but we liked it maak maak. Very cold AC. Very hot shower. Very responsive room service. Edit: Stayed here in June for two nights while we fumigated our condo. Price was 500 baht higher. AC was good until midnight...then stopped cooling. Front desk was no help (can't give you another room till tomorrow.) Sleep in a 25C room all night. Garbage stay. Careful if you rent here...

very decent Hotel for the Price. Big rooms and well planed. Nice staff too. needs a bit of a renovation but absolutely ok. The pool is really nice

LK Royal once had a fantastic breakfast area. Turned into a weed shop so now your breakfast choice it next to nothing unless you want to pop into the weed shop......

Stopped in the hotel for a month rooms cleaned every day throughout amazing service and great staff

It looks like the hotel has just been opend after the Covid pandemi. Not to clean, goods was stored around in the reception area and the staff was not to friendly. But our room was great, big, clean and very comfterable. The hotel was located in the senter of Pattaya but there was not noice from the trafic.

Really big spacious rooms, just out from the centre to be quiet but easy walking into Treetown and nightlife areas. No breakfast here but many options nearby. The pool is on the north side of the building so gets very little sunlight. I'd definitely stay here again if other preferred options were not available

Comfortable serviced apartment rooms, convenient location, good choice of cable TV channels.

Good location, clean, open eating breakfast area. Style from the 70's even though new making it odd and certainly not worth $71 Aud per night. Counter staff grumpy and unhelpful. Extended 1 night and quoted almost double the prior rate and triple agoda rate.

Rudest staff ever.... didn't even serve water upon asking. The Goibibo app says that the standard room has a bathtub, the receptionist said they don't have and it's not their mistake that Goibibo published something. Asked for additional money to upgrade. It's a scam. Again, rudest ever reception I ever came across. However, for our case, they provided an option with a twin bed instead of a king size bed in a room which had the bathtub. Beware before booking. Breakfast was just meh....2/5 for it The ratings I am giving is primarily because of the rude behaviour of the receptionist only.

It not much so good service when the window it have problem i call to reception to help me that it happen in night time but the reception said she dose not have who come help and staff already back home. So how i can take shower ? Thinking about that .cuz tgat u window have problem it brpken. So in finally they said they will try to find someone to help but before they said i have to wait untill the morning ? What the......ck? After i little bit not ok she send somwone to fix. I thunk next time i will not book this hotel again.

The breakfast is very good. Lots of variety. Sumptuous and healthy. I recommend this breakfast at LK Empress
