We had a beautiful sauna, spa, cocoa body scrub and massage here. The staff were friendly super attentive and caring. The views were breathtaking. The perfect afternoon. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Royal Wing Suites for 2 nights. The room was underground from lobby. The room was quite big, consisted of 1 living room, one bed room and a big bathroom with jacuzzi. Fruits and chocolates were refilled everyday, newspaper every morning. Very well and large swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent but too crowded of people. Overall was wonderful.

However, while the hotel excelled in many aspects, there were a couple of areas that fell short of expectations. Undoubtedly, the standout feature of the Royal Wing Suite & Spa was its exemplary service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly enhanced our stay. On the downside, the on-site dining experience did not quite meet the high standards we are accustomed to, especially coming from Melbourne where culinary excellence is paramount. The flavors of the dishes lacked the depth and vibrancy we anticipated, leaving us somewhat disappointed. Additionally, we encountered challenges in accessing poolside service due to limited staff availability. With only two workers tending to guest needs, it often took longer than expected to place orders or request assistance. A potential solution could be the implementation of a QR code ordering system, which would streamline the process and alleviate the wait times during peak hours.

I absolutely enjoyed to stay in royal wing suites & spa. When I stepped in the hotel first time, a good scent and quietness made me relax. Staffs were very friendly and kind. The hotel was so beautiful and clean. Everything was perfect to me. If you need a vacation to relax, I definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you team Royal !!!

My wife and I had been stayed this Royal Wing many times for more than 30 years ago by using room 0610. Now I came back the same room and appreciate the same feeling of comfort, cleanness, privacy and luxury. I can recommend you to feel same of mine.

I came to this hotel on the recommendation of close friends who frequent this hotel every year and stay for several weeks. We were extremely impressed with the whole "package". The cleanliness, the service, the generosity, the quiet and the facilities. We were pampered from the moment we arrived until we left. I would definitely go back, and look forward to spending quality time there again.

Absolutely amazing stay at Royal Wing! Staff are the very best right from reception to room service to restaurant to pool- ready to accommodate your every request, ever smiling. Food at Caprice was awesome. Location is about 10 minutes ride from main Pattaya city but also an oasis to come back to after an outing in the busy city. Rooms are spotlessly clean, huge bathroom, excellent toiletries. We were celebrating a birthday and they decorated the room and gave a delicious cake. Really nothing to fault! Their motto is service at it’s best! A must stay while in Pattaya.

One of those awesome old style hotels,with real room/suite sizes,best panoramic views and all that! The staff and their service is really outstanding. Any issues we had,they helped patiently,even when credit card didnt work for few hours at payment,they were so nice and calm. Not those modern mini minimal hotels,but if you like the real deal,big bathroom with tub,2 balconys,living room w huge couch and amazing beds w real linen... This is it!

What an experience! My goodness, they treated us like royalty. Beautiful surroundings, staff were attentive, nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for something special, this is the place.

Amazing hotel, very well designed and the service is awesome.

Excellent property. Stayed there for 3 nights. Guests staying at this hotel has access to special areas and pools. The breakfast was quite elaborate. Only downside of staying at this property is that there is no activity after 7pm. Suggest, if the authorities could introduce some late night activities at the property.

Excellent. My wife and I travel extensively. We rarely find a hotel that satisfys our needs. This hotel did. Nice size room very modern. Beautiful grounds o. The water restaurants were nice check in was delightful. He asked if I needed a late check out upon departure when I CHECKED IN. Great bed, great shower, great towels even as no lots of the. Asked for foam pillows under special requests when I booked and they were in the room. That never Helens. An amazing nice surprise and not expensive for room or food

The team of staff here are fantastic and really make your stay comfortable. Good selection of food available throughout the day.

This was truly an amazing experience! One of the fanciest place I've ever stayed at! The staff really treats you extremely well! The location and the view is just breath taking! My room was the pricey one. I believe they call it luxury elite. The room has a jacuzzi and a rain shower head. It also gives you access to a private pool only for luxury guest. The food is amazing! I'm used to the food not being good in hotels back in America. So this is was totally different experience! The price was more affordable and more tasty. Overall I'm super glad I chose to stay here. I only wish I stayed longer. I do highly reccomend you stay here. So many fun things to do here and around locally. I felt like I was finally at peace just staying here. It's definitely going to be hard going back to other hotels and back home.

I think that Royal Wing Suites is the best resorts we have ever visited. From the beginning till the end, the experience was amazing! This resorts gets it! They understand that people visit places like this to be relieved. The rooms are very clean and everything that you can think of is available. We wanted to visit the city of Pattaya and the staff ordered a taxi for us. The VIP taxi and the driver named Taeshin was great. We asked him to show us the real Pattaya and wanted to visit the places that local people would visit. It was an amazing experience! We will definitely come back to Royal Wing Suites in the future. Thank you all!
